The people at Livingston were very good and friendly. The time it took to test my hearing till the time I got my hearing aids was only about one week. They worked with my insurance and got me two top of the line hearing aids at no cost to me and now I can hear things that I havent been able to hear for many years. I have struggled with hearing loss for over 10 years now. Mr. Moye has been helping me with my hearing aid needs for most of those years. He has been great! He is very helpful and clear which makes my visits enjoyable. In addition there is never a wait time. Most of my needs are met during my lunch time. Ms. Rose at the front desk is always pleasant to talk to. Overall, this office is great! They are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with hearing loss.

My husband went here a couple years ago to get his hearing tested. Leroyand Irma were very professional and patient with him. they guided him with the best aids to go with. His follow ups were always on time no waiting.When he complained that they would come out of his ears and were uncomfortable it was suggest that he go with some custom made inserts.It has made a world of differnnce for him. All I can say is he is very very happy with this location and again especially with Irma and Leroy.

Mr. Moye was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help my grandfather out getting properly suited with hearing aids. Being able to hear again really brought a smile back into my grandfathers life. Thank you very much for all your help.
