The staff is very knowledgeable, l was suffering from pretty bad allergies n went to buy pollen capsules they didnt have capsules but l bought the powder type, working great so far ! My nose is not running every time l go to my back yard.

VERY POOR SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!. DUE TO COVID ..THEY ARE NOT TAKING RETURNS EVEN IF THE ITEM WAS NEVER OPENED OR TOUCHED.. I read the directions right after purchase and brought right back in with receipt and the “Mgr”. Showed me the sign that had blown down due to high winds...stating due to covid there would be no returns...even after at time of service she said “you may try this.” There is also sign on the register stating that no cash refunds would be given ONLY store credit. She was not clear, not professional and apparently not sure if they will or they won’t (due) to different signs posted. I explained I was a cancer patient and needed something to try/what did she recommend.. everything totaled almost 90$ the unopened tea was 30$. After reading it was to be used 6-8 x a day to be effective ... I told her given condition that would not be in best interest.. she said sorry.. I was very upset. Said she should have taken one of the signs down, changed her verbiage to not say try/implying that if it didn’t wk bring it back! I was upset and telling her how I felt that she really should be more clear! She asked me to leave and said if I didn’t she was going to call the police!!! Poor customer service, expensive products and NO MONEY BACK OR STORE CREDIT!!! I have pictures of both signs in store now and by the way...the one that was stating no returns.. was nicely/conveniently blown face down she had to lift it up for me to read upon arriving back in store!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!

The owner of the store, not sure what her name is, was very rude to me. I’ve never felt so hurt by a person. She was rude to me in front of customers, just because I asked her why she hadn’t been in the store lately. After being a frequent customer there, I will no longer go to that store. Customers should be treated with respect.

I needed some health food items and Whole Foods was too far from my destination. The location for this store was perfect, and the service was very good. Finally the Green Goddess smoothie is one of the best Ive ever had!!!!

Had a great chicken salad sandwich and mixed berry smoothie here. Both with top-notch ingredients. Such a nice staff and welcome break from the heavenly yet heavy food thats on most El Paso menus.

I love it! The lady that help us has so much knowledge of every single product that they have. They have a restaurante inside the food is so good! They give you advise and help you with your goals! Amzing! Love love love it!!

Like many health food stores, they are a little pricey. But this local stop has become a favorite! We get maca powder, cacao nibs, and goji berries from here. It beats driving far west or far east for fresh, good quality food and smoothies.

If you have a uniqueness about your style or looks they wont bother treating you fairly here. Sorry customer service from sorry employees. Maybe cause im 6ft /huge with a even bigger beard & full of tattoos i didnt fit in to what they want in a customer. No one bothered greeting me or offerd to help, just a bunch of old tired ladies with 1 or 2 punks. As i was walking out the cashier asked if i needed help I gave the old hag the same courtesy she gave me, i said nothing and walked out. This sorry establishment deserves 0 stars

For shopping terrible, if you have no other options this is it then. Im willing to travel so I have options. EVERYTHING is miniature size and overpriced than regular over priced health store. UNCONFORTABLE feel. GOOD luck.

The quality of this natural market is wonderful. My favorite is the café; however, the service at the café is a different story. They seem to give great personalized service to friends/repetitive customers. I am a new customer who has returned a few times the past month, and each visit presents a little problem with the service. I was hoping this would change, but my last experience still “didn’t quite do it for me”. I don’t expect perfection at all, just a little courtesy would be nice.

I just ate dinner here, what an organic treat! I am in town on business visiting El Paso, and found the best place for vegetarians/vegans/organic nuts like myself. I had a black bean burger with zucchini fries, and all ingredients are organic. The price was good at just $7 for the meal. I came yesterday to get a juice from their juice bar. This place is also a market with organic produce, nuts, kombucha, personal care, etc. This place is a hidden gem for local El Paso residents looks to eat actual food, or for anyone out of town who wants to stay true to their diet. Ill definitely be back when I visit El Paso again in December.

This market allows for a healthy lifestyle with the convenience of staying on the east side of El Paso. Their staff is knowledgeable about the products and have helped me make healthier eating habbits. And the food from the cafe is to die for!

This is a pill shop, not a full natural foods grocery. Meh. Meh. Meh.
