Love this Whole Foods! I have been coming here since they opened, and the selection has always been excellent, while the staff have always been considerate, kind, and joyful. And when the lines inside start to be pretty long, it does not take the staff very long to open up new lanes to get customers on their way in a timely manner.The curbside pick-up is clearly marked and very convenient. When loading up the car, the staff are always very professional and friendly.The store not only feels very clean, but they also almost always have very fresh and discounted produce, which is always nice for somebody like me who frequently purchases from the fresh produce area, as I need a steady supply of fresh fruits and vegetables.They also have a very wide selection of fresh foods that are made each day, and they have a nice bar, outdoor seating area upstairs and downstairs, and a small play area with tables and chairs upstairs for families with young children, that I have spent many-a-lunchtime eating while allowing the children to play with the toys.Definitely recommend this Whole Foods location!

The store fulfilled all my Vegan needs. From cooked foods to raw food, frozen food, packed food, canned food, bagged food, you name it. They offer all kinds of beverages too. The place is always clean, always safe and well illuminated. Staff is trained to give you high quality service. Restrooms are always available and has plenty of parking. For those with a Gluten Free diet, they have plenty of products too. You can feel a special vibe in here too.

Love the variety of foods I know, and the plethora of foods that are new to me. Great place to shop if youre looking for healthier alternatives to foods you currently eat. Also great if youre looking to try new things. People with food allergies and sensitivities will also find more options to choose from here. You can get discounts at check-out if you bring your own shopping bags (they encourage re-using/recycling bags.) There are also discounts if you have an Amazon Prime account. Highly recommend.

This Whole Foods has such a vast selection of prepared foods. Their Sesame Tofu is THE best Ive had, and Ive had it in a couple different states at this point. Bonus - Im pretty sure the bathroom was heated which was such a treat on a cold night.

This locality fulfills the expectations of the brand. Tidy, nice, clean. Products are great and you find an extreme amount of vegan, gluten free, sugar free products. It is my favorite place for shopping produce and all kinds of foods. Not crowded and staff is nice with customers. Plenty of parking too.

Awesome store with great selection. A little bit pricier than other grocery chains and only one location in El Paso but still worth the drive. Love the $1/each oyster special on Fridays.

Good place to shop for groceries. The sald bar is super expensive (Watch how much you serve yourself. It adds up quickly). That said, it is very good and fresh. The meat and vegetable dept is well stocked.

Very organized and always has what Im looking for, if not, an alternative.

Store is always clean and tidy, lots of organic choices. I like the seafood column, I bought shrimps, squid, scallop and halibut here, always fresh with good services. Cashiers are always helpful. I like that it is not crowded here.

I love this store. The people that work there are so helpful and friendly. Its a beautiful place to shop. Is very clean, well lit, and organized. Its a grocery store but so much more. Love their personal products section... Everything from shampoo to acne cream, great make up, creams, soaps. They also have gifts, clothing, toys, plants, and flowers.The pet and baby section offer limited selections but you can get the essentials. I tried the store brand diapers. They were really nice! I didnt expect they would be so soft and well made. They are chlorine free, big plus. Please note that if you use Pampers, Huggies, or Luvs you will need to buy one size smaller in the Whole Foods brand, I really liked these diapers.The store has little shopping carts for kids and offer a free piece of fruit for each child. Speaking of that, the produce department is gorgeous with any kind of produce you might need or want, including jack fruit!There is a wonderful food smorgasbord where you can serve yourself and post by the pound. There is a deli, a flaming pizza oven, a coffee shop, a bakery, wine dept, bulk food department, seafood counter, and butcher shop. I could go on and on but you need to go experience it for yourself. Had to change my original 5 star review to 2 stars. I love the assurance that all my foods are going to be whole and not half taken. What I dont love is hearing that employees are basically on call EVERY DAY. The schedules get changed DAILY and that causes the employees great stress. I mean that sort of makes sense they are owned by Amazon and they dont care for their employees but know that we can see the stress in employees and that is #NOTCOOL

I love that they have a Vegan burger on their cafe menu, but was surprised to see how many calories it has. I make these at home and it isnt this much. Also, they had the vegan burgers in the meat section which was a little odd. Over all tho I loved it there.

This is your typical Whole Foods. The only reason I give it only 4 stars is I find it lacks the selection that I am used to when Ive lived in other cities with Whole Foods. That may be due to local demand but it is never the less disappointing some times......For example I needed veal once and they didnt carry it.

This was my first visit there. Very nice place. Has a very good variety of a lot things. Very clean and neat! If you want top grade good brands, this is your source!

First time coming to this location, I originally lived in Houston Texas and would visit the locations they had there. This location was well stocked, very clean, and didn’t have much traffic during the time of day I went (2pm on a Tuesday). The reason I gave it four stars is because two of the interactions we had with staff were not very pleasant, they acted like we were a bother to be helped. Will definitely be coming back to this location due to the options they have available, we just hope our future interactions with staff will be more enjoyable.

I am an avid Trader Joes fan. But I have been really impressed with Whole foods. For one, I dont have to drive on Sunland Park Drive.( Sprouts) Although Whole foods is a bit more pricey than Sprouts or Albertsons the produce selection is excellent and fresh. Gaining in popularity, WF is getting pretty crowded however, the cashiers are super friendly and helpful. I absolutely love their frozen coconut 🍤 it is a great find and of course, this is the only place you can find it. It is a little pricey at almost $20 a bag but it will give you a couple of dinners. Selection of organic veggies is terrific and during sales you can beat most of the other competitors prices.

This location does not have self checkout. Otherwise very good!

Great food selection, hot and salad bar, pizza and ramen. There is also a bar with great beer selection. Indoor and outdoor seating, meeting space and a small kids’ section upstairs. As a parent, this is great because Mom and Dad can enjoy a beer upstairs while kids romp around. They even have a little garden!

Its a really clean store. Friendly staff. But still the prices are crazy high. I wont visit too often as I can get the same products from other stores for cheaper.

Always clean and organized. I love the variety of things available. Last visit Gabe from the cheese counter gave my daughter a $5 piece of cheese just because he heard her talking about a certain cheese. Its just a pleasant place to shop.

One of the many reasons why I like shopping at Whole Foods in general is when you walk in you are greeted at the door with the wonderful smell of either baked goods or soap. This particular location has the smell of the seafood department. It doesnt make for a good shopping experience since it wafts through their produce department and lingers through the store.

The bakery did an outstanding order for us, a magnificent half sheet specialty cake for my sisters graduation celebration. Sam and the rest of the bakery staff outdid themselves with our request. Thank you all so very much!!!

Bad costumer service they are always watching you, but not helping you to find the products. They are always so rude. Sometimes I like to buy a coffee and be at the terrace. They sell good products but really overpriced not worth it I rather go to Walmart.

I go nuts when I go into s Whole Foods Store. For a foodie this is the place to go. I found all the produce, cheese, & meats so beautifully laid out & fresh.

Great place to shop. I needed help finding a certain item. The employee there was very knowledgeable on it and also helped on finding a specific scent. Which they had ran out but gave me info on when it would be in stock The items I bought were to small to fit in a regular bag so the cashier offer to put them in a cute small gift bag and I didnt have to pay extra. Discounts are added if you are a prime Amazon member. $$$ saved.

Expensive but there is a large variety of eveything you need thats organic or gmo-free. Take advantage of the amazon sales to save money. Also curbside pick-up was quick and easy to use.

I was disappointed and expected a bigger verity in the supplement section mainly the homoeopathic items for anxiety and stress but was still able to find something so not a whole loss. Other then that the staff was helpful.

They are relatively safe for a supermarket. Their hot food is mostly all gone, to come back who knows when, but their bulk food is there, and their cold foods are fresh and tasty as usual.

Do not apply here if you’re young. They try low balling you bc that’s just how Amazon does it. Also, Fernando Ortega has a napoleon complex towards new hires with not much work history. Don’t know what his deal is but he is very b****y. They really act like it’s an Amazon warehouse when it’s literally just a store.

I’m extremely positive you guys would thrive being the first health conscious store on this side of town! I know many of us drive that way but not as often as we would like. I’m extremely happy every time I go because they always have new vegan products and they are amazing at keeping the store clean and exceed at customer service which I find is really rare here in El Paso! Almost everything here is extremely expensive bought some soap bars that are supposedly natural however Ive bought more natural soaps elsewhere that dont cost as high as what is sold here.

Best place for health food and vegan selections. The bakery is also amazing for cakes and treats. Another thing I love to get is the take home meals. A good portion for a great price. Finally, they have a hidden gem in their beer selection. Both the tap room and their shelves are well stocked.

The people that visit here keep there noses high in the air. Not my cup of tea. I walked to my car to find a Karen note on my car about the way I parked. FYI meh

Ive shopped at Whole Foods where they were available before Amazon acquired them.Consistent quality all over the country where available.I miss the mint water they used to sell, but there are still many other things I go to WF for.Worth the trip.Worth the money if you shop prudently.

Shop while you sip on a pint of beer... Need I say more? What a great food experience! Pricey, however, you cannot beat their selection of wine, beer, fresh produce, vitamins and more! I purchased three quality cuts of grass fed beef and they were fantastic. Seafood department is awesome. A+ to Whole Foods El Paso!

Glad to have a whole foods in EP and I shop here quite often, but the Friday pizza night process is a mess! There is a special that night with increased number of orders and the workers are clueless. The phone never gets picked up and when you do show up to pick up there is always a line with no one knowing if your there for pick up or order. Our pizza has been cold due to this very reason of just sitting around for a long period of time. If youre gonna have a pizza special night then make the process more efficient. We always end up doing groceries there the same night, but now would rather save my money and go elsewhere

Good organic market with a restaurant inside. Very cool concept with all the food you can want. The coconut flour was the highlight to my visit, and the meat counter was a close second. Walking in you already know that everything is WAY overpriced, but hey, it is all about goods and services. If you want it, you have to pay for it. I really enjoyed shopping there until we walked out the door. Then I saw it. This is an anti- American store with a 30-06 posted and a 30-07 (which I dont care one way or the other about open carry). Until it is removed neither my family, nor I will shop here.

Ordered online. At pick up, darned app doesnt let the store know were there. On the good side, once we check in, the people are very helpful.

Brand New and nice atmosphere

Really disappointed. I purchased a cannoli and a slice of chocolate cake. The cannoli was soft and the cake was three days expired. Last week, the donuts were so dry and hard we couldn’t eat them without choking. The pizza 🍕 guy is great!

I love Whole Foods. Its one of my happy places. They really make health gigs floods, hard to find foods and hard to find food brands so accessible.Being from NYC the whole foods in El Paso isnt as big comparatively or have as many brands or varieties. But they still do a very good job of being well stocked up on things. I wish their bakery section was as big a the one in NY with a lot more varieties but Ill take what I can get.They need to open up another Whole Foods in the East side of El Paso or the Northeast El side. Theres only one on the west side.

I didnt spend a lot of time in here so this review may go down as I shop here more frequently, but everything I experienced during that first visit was second only to the main Austin location and Ive visited a lot of Whole Foods markets around the country.

I always our purchase at wholefoods and love their food regardless of their horrible customer service.I love their rotisserie chicken and last week I bought a hot one and a cold one. I asked them about how long the cold chicken could be left in the fridge and they said 3-4 days. I thought that was pretty cool and thought it would be a good idea to do since we are always on the go and I dont always have time to stop by the store to get a fresh one. When it came time to cook the chicken I saw the bag was a little torn from the side and the chicken didnt smell that good. It took me a day or two to take back because I was really busy and at the end I sent my husband to do so. I really needed to tell them that the refrigerated idea wasnt a good idea or if I was misinformed. I guess I was expecting a little better customer service, but when he came back he said he would NEVER step into that store again! He said they interrogated him as if he had some illegal substance on him, and I really do not appreciate that. There are times I cannot go to the store and get the shopping done, but now wholefoods has made it harder for me since my husband refuses to go into such a snobby, rude store. My husband might not have the best clothes and at times looks like hes homeless but hes a very respetable astrophysicist from a big company out in silicon valley. Do not judge a book by its cover WHOLEFOODS!!!!!!
