Very polite and friendly personal at deli and cashier area food is delicious 😋 keep up the great attitude and work habits!!!!

Yesterday I bought sweet bread and impanadas and man the impanadas were moldy inside. I will NOT BUY SWEET BREAD from this store terrible. how can you sale this to your customers. Poor quality of food.

We ordered a cake from vista and when it was time to pick it up the ladies were rude and flat out said no with attitude because I forgot my receipt I did however have a picture and it was able to be read legibly but I guess it wasn’t enough and they didn’t explain that they don’t give out the cake without receipt. And when they did they pointed at a poster that was semi covered and said read there with an attitude definitely not worth your money or your time. I hope it is brought to baking staff’s attention

Last few trips keep thinking just last bad visit but continue to disappoint. Flies in sweet bread area, sushi rice hard old questionable taste for sushi its a no no, expired food 2x and not cheap if you not buying hot food its a gamble if still in edible condition. This location onlyso far

I will never go back to Vista. The sweet bread display was full of flies and I was horrified. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family how unsanitary it is.

The help could be a little bit nicer. Everytime I go to bye some sweet bread the lady is not very nice very rude . Everyone else is nice and friendly

Went here with my parents and it’s really great. They have unique items and prices are reasonable with other stores. Docked a star because the lines were so slow and they didn’t bother to open another register. Won’t stop us from going again it’s a great place to shop!

Worst experience ever. The guy putting away the vegetables didn’t know where anything was didn’t even offer to maybe ask someone he just said no then I went to get sweet bread took about 5 minutes for the cake lady and the lady working on the burritos to tell me that someone will be with me shortly I ask if they could serve the bread since they were not doing anything and they stated no because they didn’t know how. I mean how hard is it to put bread in a box then the other one said she didn’t know the code I’m sure the cashiers know the codes after sometime the lady in charge of that station came and I got my bread. I mean what happens when that lady calls in no one else knows how to serve the bread. After all that when I’m paying I can hear the the lady from the burritos the one from the cake and the one from the bread talking about me just because I asked them “Nadie mas sabe servir el pan” I wasn’t rude or anything but they were not doing anything and I don’t think it’s that hard to serve some bread hopefully this people get some cross training

Just a little more expensive than your typical store.. watch the prices on the items you buy.. they cheat you at check out.

Clean and inviting store, tried the sushi👎and unlike the other times it was terrible. The assistant manager was very helpful in returning my money and explained it isnt made in store anymore..thanks for the input, its always appreciated

For the most part ok. 2nd time I come in the morning and theres no flour tortillas. Said Buenos Dias to the lady at the tortilla station... she didnt greet me back and on top of that she was rude.

Vista is my to go store for the carniceria and fresh tortillas. While there, I usually always grab a small shrimp cocktail.. as Im mixing it, I see something blue in there. I pull it out and its a dang rubber!!! Ugh yea. 😠😠 had to throw the whole thing out..

I went and bought some California rolls and they were very old it said that they made on 2/9/2021 and must sell by 2/12/2021but they were bad they even smell bad not even the ten dlls I wasted they were spoiled

Gave me a destroyed cake, apparently no managers are ever there to speak to and didn’t want to return my money. Said they were going out of there way to return my money for a cake that looked terrible.

LOVE THE FOOD AND THE GREAT SELECTION OF GROCERIES AVAILABLE AS WELL AS THE TORTILLAS AND BAKERY DEPARTMENT. HOWEVER, IVE HAD SEVERAL BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THE EMPLOYEE AT THE AGUAS FRESCAS KIOSK. THE LADY THERE IS RUDE AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY. SHE ALSO TENDS TO TALKS BACK TO CUSTOMERS. SHE HAS HAD ME WAIT FOR HER TO FINISH WHATEVER SHE IS DOING BEFORE HELPING ME.

I love how they have agus fresca (super sweet) They have a deli where they sell burritos and meat and rice by weight. Fresh pan dulce and donuts. Chopped fresh fruit bowls and cups.

Great place and service. Every time the employees are smiling. They pay attention to costumer requests and solve them adequately. The upgrade they did to the building is very convenient, and it looks happier. The fresh food, snacks, tortillas, and great variety they offer makes this place a very attractive business to visit. I totally recommend it.

Its pretty nice. Sometimes only But are the Cashiers and the Butchers. Tend to give you not very politely attitude and facial gestures. Other than that. Prices are little high. Depends where the location is located.

I bought sushi and there was plastic wrapper inside the sushi roll .the fact that I let the manager know and she just didnt.

This place is the best

I like vistas bakery. That is mainly why I go there for. I have walked around the isles and it does have a great variety of products just like any other supermarket. Their produce section is always organized and they even prepare food daily which looks like its popular among high school students during lunch and afterschool. Overall this is a good place to buy what you need. It definitely has my approval.

I truly love this store. The cleanliness is 10 star. The premade food is the best. No dissatisfaction here.

I love this supermarket. The Chile con queso is super delicious. They have their own tortilleria. Definitely worth the visit.

Worst cakes EVER they are dry then you try and get your money back and they want to shame you 😡😡

Store has gotten better through the years! It wasnt all that great years back! Even got into an argument with the manager one time! Him calling me the F-word after I got upset at him! They always have some cool mellow oldies, rock on the speakers and they have carry out food that is nice and warm and very tasty. The store inside is always nice and clean!👍

Products are good, its the service thats not so good. Some of the employees there appear not to happy with their jobs, very bad attitude. Experience it every time.

Mostly great service except the cake / bakery sections. the last 3 birthdays I have bought cakes for came from the vista. I had one great cake come from there and the other 2 sucked. i kept going back thinking it was some fluke but no..their cake making skills have taken a spiral over the past 6 months or so. if possible go to the Vista market off zaragosa for cake needs...

Wanted to share info, kinda blown off. Went into bakery section to order cake. Stood there in front of lady ROGJT IN FRONT OF HER! Very rude lady. Next day pick up cake. Cake seemed a day or 2 days old. Hard cake mix. NEVER AGAIN! Complained shes still there in bakery section CAKES!

Lack of communication within employees. Takes to long to give you 3lbs of brisket preordered from days before. Then accuses you of not paying for product. Get a door greater Vista so you can check receipts at door.

Food good, prices are ok but the staff that serves food or the bakery staff are super unfriendly and rude, they like they dont like their job and they treat the customer horrible.

The prepared meals are good and so is the fruit and vegetable selection.The groceries are over priced.
