Good tortillas, but the worst donuts in north east El Paso the lady who sold me a long john argued with me and called it a chocolate eclair there is a difference An éclair is a French long pastry usually iced in chocolate and filled with white cream. Its made of a non-yeast leavened dough called in French – Pate a choux or cabbage paste. ... The Long John, on the other hand, is a long doughnut made of yeast dough and fried they dont know the traditional American paistries and the Mexican ones are OK not as good as Bowie bakery

Went for a brisket burrito today at 12:45 pm and was told she couldn’t sell me a burrito only the brisket by the pound because they were closing in 15 minutes. If they close at 1:00 they should serve until 1:00.

Food quality is good, items. But requires, a little bit of professionalism. But in general, everything is good. I love the guacamole, the tortillas are good, and the dishes are delicious. As well, if I crave, dulce de leche, or a Mexican snack, I know where to go

Went to buy burritos this morning. The server pretended not to see me and did not come to take my order. She was also wearing her face mask under her chin, when it says at the door Must wear face covering I just walked out, super disappointed 😞

I hate to say this but I prefer the location on Fairbanks for the prepared food such as the burritos it seems way fresher and taste way better. Fairbanks location also has a way bigger variety in groceries. I just wish the hot prepared food tasted the same. Extremely disappointing!!! Ive seen expired food there cookies that are weeks old on the counter. Ive also gotten moldy tortillas. Last time I checked none of the brand of tortillas I buy along with a few others had a best before dates on them. The bread in the display I bought was old my husband ran a bakery so I know it was old I even had him try it. Not going back anymore given them to many chances. Bummer since it close to home.

Went today to pick up a few things and was a little disappointed in the management. Sign says to wear a mask and only 5 customers at a time. There was a man shopping with his mask over his head instead of covering his nose and mouth. Had to listen to a litany of how he served in the Middle East and if terrorists didn’t kill him Covid 19 wasn’t going too. I told him wearing the mask was an attempt to minimize giving the disease to someone else. He then went on about a study John Hopkins University did on the Spanish flue epidemic. The conversation was cordial but I wish the management would enforce their rule or not have them. Pretty disappointed that I had to hear his opinions when all I wanted were some groceries. Management Failed for sure.

Excellent meat market and welcome addition to the NNE. Go here for super fresh meats, cheeses, salsas, chicharrones, and anything else you may need. In addition to the market aspect of the store, there are tables available and fresh-made meals available for immediate consumption. So, so glad theyre finally open!
