Never again. My experience wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great either. When placing my order I kept getting things handed to me that I did not ask for. I had to tell them several times what I needed. I saw that they were busy and had a long line so I didn’t make a big deal about it. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed so I had to order it. Invoice says three weeks till ready, after four weeks I went to store and they said they didn’t have the material so that they would take a little longer and that they would call me to avoid the trip. Placed my order with them 7/29 didn’t get them till 10/12 . Although they said they called I have no missed calls from them and I they could have easily left a voicemail just in case. When I asked why they didn’t they said they only call once. I’d rather go elsewhere where they have it together and make an effort to reach out to customers when things are delayed or ready to pick up.

The young lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. Did not know how to handle the phone and customers in store at the same time. Interrupted me several times to let me know she didn’t know the answer to my question and allOrders were already packed if they were ready. There was no communication with the school and she blamed them for it. She stated that she doesn’t control what they say or don’t say to parents, it’s not wise to bad mouth a client who gave you business in my opinion. Unprofessional tone and manner with customers, I felt like I was bothering her to check on my over $100 dollar order so I wouldn’t waste a trip to the school if it was not ready. Staff needs to be trained on customer service ASAP, they are dealing with paying customers and should be prepared to handle a busy season like back to school. Will not order from them again even if my school is contracted with them.

Cactus Trails. First and LAST time I purchase here. Horrible customer service! They were at the schools open house, running complete chaos. No organization or communication between them whatsoever. There were 2 young ladies helping which Im assuming if they’re behind the tables and answering questions they know what they’re talking about. I was told I could exchange the wrong shirts that they handed me so when I went into the store to exchange them as I was told. The owner (female) immediately says “no we don’t do exchanges or refunds” when I explained to her they had given me the wrong shirts and the young lady told me to come in to the store that they would exchange them the owner went off talking over me cutting me off. Then she called the girls up and yelled at them for telling me to come in for an exchange. They claim that they do exchanges because of Covid. They push the Covid excuse yet no one was wearing masks. For someone that is trying to make Covid the excuse you would at least expect them to show a little precaution. Then her husband comes up and starts raising his voice at me too for explaining I was only doing what I was told by one of the girls over the phone. In conclusion i paid around $150 in uniform/spirit shirts to get stuck with the wrong tees & a horrible customer service experience. To top it off the uniform shirts are a terrible fit (that’s another thing you can’t try on because of Covid yet they can touch shirts without gloves or mask). Never coming back here again not worth all the trouble. Do not waste your time of money at this place stick to Classroom uniforms better fitting shirts, you can try on, and a variety of fits.

Cactus trails elementary had thier open house yesterday, July 29. I went early and bought my sons school shirts from them; my sons teacher stated that Pre-k students were only allowed yellow shirts and I had bought different colors. She told me to go back to them and exchange them. I did and waited an hour and a half in line. The young lady, assuming its the owners daughter, said that she would gladly exchange them but they only had spirit shirts left. I exchanged one as the others were polo shirts. She told me to go to thier store and they would exchange them. I went this morning and the owner said they wouldnt exchange them. I tried to explain that her daughter told me that they would. Her husband pitched in and said they they would not exchange them and that they had signs ag thier store that stated that. I examined that no such signs were put out at the school where they were selling the shirts. They need to correct thier diffieciency in customer service and communication amongst thier family. Hopefully the daughter sees this review and make this situation right.

Worst experience!! They told me false information at the time of purchase and then refused to finish my graduation stole on time and placed blame my university. They are rarely actually open during their scheduled business hours and when I finally received my order and voiced my concerns I was screamed at by the owner and kicked out of the store while she blamed my university for her mistakes.

Worst customer service ever! Was told my daughters letterman jacket was to be READY on 2/ 12 when I called she literally said she messed up and hadnt even ordered it yet. Did not even offer an apology, didnt even attempt to make things right, well her response was if you dont like it come get your money my daughter was supposed to wear it to her last travel tournament with school since she is a senior. If I could give this place a no star I would! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

If they had a NO star option that is exactly what i would select. worst customer service ever unfortunately i was not lucky enough to deal with the owners where i see great reviews i was treated like garbage because i didnt have my receipt and was told im a crazy mom. i am still in SHOCK for the way this employee treated me and her horrendous attitude. she gives the place a bad NAME. horrible horrible experience.

Despite all the bad reviwes, I ordered 2 shirts from them. I took shirts home and washed them separately in case they would bleed out color. I air dried them and once I went to put one of them on a hanger, the top button popped off. I said no biggie, then I noticed the 2nd button its cracked. I called, told them I had the shirt less than 24hrs it had not been used,explained the situation and they said bring it in. I told the lady I would be there the next morning. I bring shirt in and they sais since its been washed nothing can be done and maybe it got caught in other clothes. I told her it was washed alone. She said that it looked like it was pulled. I once again told her that it had not been worn and that the 2nd button is cracked and same thing will happen. She was rude and said nothing can be done since shirt had been washed. I said can u replace the buttins and she said we dont have buttons. How are they supposed to keep customers happy and returning if they are rude and cant even fix 2 buttons for you. Yes, I can go buy the buttons and fix it myself but after paying $13.00 for a shirt. I should not have to go spend money on new buttons and thread.

Very bad customer service. Ordered uniform shirts and when I called to get a status update I got a very rude response, If we didnt call you, theyre not ready. When I went to pick them up, I got the same rude response. She was very dismissive and not at all concerned until I mentioned that if they were not ready I wanted to cancel the order. All of a sudden she finds the shirts and the receipt that stated they called me. I asked when and if they left a message because I hadnt received a call. I even pulled up my call log to check if I had missed the call. The date they said they called me was when I called them and they said my order wasnt ready. She said she didnt know and that they were too busy to know.I get its a busy time for them but at least show some concern and courtesy to your customers. Other reviews mention the same rudeness so its not just my perception. I went to this business because of a recommendation from a friend. I will not return the gesture as I will not return to this place or recommend to anyone.
