In new far East El Paso TX on hwy speed road, close to US-180 (Guadalupe Mts, TX Mt Trail, and Carlsbad NM) with store security and super busy.

Always have what I need, friendly staff, great prices. Lines are usually pretty quick. Lighting could be a bit better in the middle of the store.

Store was clean & stock. The cashier was not friendly she got mad because I asked her if she was open. Rolled her eyes at me. She cash me out but didnt talk to me.Ya I wont be back.

This particular Walmart is so convenient for me. I live a few blocks away. I like that it is smaller than the Super Walmart. It has all the stuff I need and I can get in and out in no time.

Its your typical Neighborhood Walmart. I have found that they tend to stock this store better (where you can consistently buy the items that they usually sell) than the Super Walmart on Montana/Joe Battle. Quality of fruits/vegetables is so-so. But the parking is horrible, and the store is usually crammed with people.

Neighborhood Walmart has everything you need. The busy schedule is always in the afternoons. Sometimes, the staff can be overwhelmed with longer than waiting periods. I recommend to go during opening hours (7:00 AM) or late evening to avoid the rush.

Amazing place pick up drive through is on point they have your stuff out super quick and have had no issues. Inside is Amazing and well organized very friendly people and police. Would recommend

Im so grateful for their free grocery pickup service. Having a bad back, being able to select my groceries and have them load them in my car is a real plus. Sometimes, getting a reserved time or having my item listed as unable for curbside pickup can be frustrating. Im not sure why they do it as you pay for the groceries in advance, but it can be inconvenient.

I really enjoy the grocery pickup service at this location. Friendly and helpful staff. The only problem I have encountered is that often times they do not have the product you ordered. Sometimes they fill the order with a substitute and other times they just tell you they did not have the product and issue you a credit. I would rather have the product than the credit.

** Update (07/03/2018)This location no longer has the Scan & Go system. **Great place to shop. Theyve very recently added a new Scan & Go system.You grab a cart that has a cupholder, a scanner holder, and bags. You grab a scanner and then begin to scan your items as you shop. Once youve scanned the item, you bag the items with the bags already attached to the cart.Once youre done shopping, you take your scanner to the Scan & Go section, the attendant scans your barcode and then you pay. You can pay with cash and/or card.This saves so much time with not having to wait in line for so long! It also works with produce. You touch the red apple symbol at the top right corner of the screen, type in the four digit fruit code (located on the fruit), hit submit, and itll either ask you for quantity or pounds. If pounds is asked, just locate a weigh scale and type in how many pounds you have. Done!

What is there to say, its Wally world, definitely can tell people got their stimmys

Very convenient if needing groceries, pet food, toiletries, shampoos, conditioners, etc, etc. They do not carry clothing or household items/furniture nor electronics.

Went there yesterday to buy some ground chicken they didnt have any out and the guy restocking the meat section came up to me and asked what I was looking for I told him and he went to the back a few minutes later came back out with a new box of ground chicken I dont know his name but I just wanted to say thank you thats never happened to me before great customer service.

The parking situation is terrible and the store is packed whenever I go. The front aisle has a ton of stuff in the center and it makes it a nightmare to get anywhere when people are standing there blocking the aisle or moving super slow. I prefer the smaller markets where you can get what you need quick and get out rather than walking through the super Walmart. Thats not really a thing here, though. If youre closer to the Walmart on Montana, I would just go there instead.

Well I think its safe to say you would probably agree with me this business is a very helpful store for all of us the cover just about everything and you were greeted so friendly like they have food on the site McDonalds or whichever store may have different restaurants in the store itself the staff members are always working so hard to keep you stocked up in the store so that you can find almost everything you might even consider wanting to eat or the clothing Automotive household goods Plumbing electrical from one day the to the next the store takes a complete 360 from each holiday and then they put the items on half off if not more and whats really nice is they have very special discounts every so often on the website that you cant compete the prices did Walmart has compared to other stores freezers TVs and many other large items bicycles camping equipment swimming supplies for your swimming pools and then every holiday is covered completely by the store no matter what holiday it might be they trying to cover every bit so that you can celebrate your holiday with your family with everything you might need. With additional security Now that makes you feel a little more safer

I come here often because it’s close to my home. Pretty decent selection. Sometimes the produce is mehh and I did purchase bad pork that wasn’t showing expired on the package but when I took it out the backside smelled terrible. Not sure if there was an issues with the fridge there but I’m skeptical about the cuts of meat I purchase from here.

Supervisors need to monitor the lines more often, not rely on self-checkouts as much. During high traffic (busy hours) they need to have atleast 2 cashiers posted at the registars at all times. Consistently they DO NOT, speaking for many customers.

Pretty nice little Walmart, my only complaint is that theres always boxes or things in the way and it can feel a bit crowded at times.

So since Covid had started I have been doing the grocery pickup and last week a young man loaded the groceries for my husband and I wish I knew his name because he loaded my groceries so beautifully, no boxes were crushed or bread wasnt squished . He deserves some recognition or something .HE DID WONDERFUL!

Its pretty hard to find stuff when your Puerto Rican. I go today buy stuff to make food that has specific ingredients and cant find it because frustrating I bit. I went here today and found everything I needed down to my plantains that look great and freash. I am one happy camper right now😁👍

Too crowded not suitable for handicap people. Couldnt get through some of the aisles.

You can always find employees kicking back, chit-chating a few feet from you, while you struggle to get the self pay machines to work.

Absolutely garbage customer service. The delivery driver delivered our groceries to the wrong address and the store refused to do anything to make it right. Fortunately Walmart corporate refunded our money, but it’s clear this store’s management has no desire to take care of a customer.

My last visit had ZERO cashiers. All self checkout. They are doing away with human jobs.

Let me say that with the virus going on and being a hot spot in the 79936 area, this Walmart doesnt spray there carts, 2nd majority of the time they dont have the wipes to wipe them down and the hand sanitizers container are always empty, they dont wipe the self checkout areas nor the paying machines its a time bomb ready to explode. Take your own hand sanitizer. I avoid as much as I can this Walmart Id rather go to food kingits a lot cleaner at least they leave a spray bottle for to to spray and wipe. They always have enough cashiers too.

We went early 7:am Oct 2020 to beat the rush? but the employees were still restocking shelves and there was no safe distance.

This wal mart is great, smaller yes but its usually not very busy. Its clean and the people are friendly. Actually this wal mart sucks dont go here and clog it up 😉

This place is rediculious all the time. The only store Ive ever gone to where your forced to check out and ring your groceries up on your own. Without the option to have a worker help ring you up. Who wants to shop for their food and ring up 100 items? Especially if your shopping with small children. Even at that they stand there and watch as you struggle to scan your food and fail to even offer help with bagging or any other possible needs. Resulting the lines to build up. Horrible management skills!

Great place to get some quick shopping done. They got plenty of self checkouts to keep the lines at 0. Always clean and the staff are always happy to help.

This location is close to home but they are never properly stocked. Its very hit and miss and the parking situation is terrible.

Got what need for short work week with Turkey Day on Thursday.

This is the closest grocery store to my home. They have some great workers but sometimes i get a few that just wont help or ignore me when I need help but i find some that would go put their way to help me find what I need or answer my questions.

The store seemed nice however when I went to checkout there was not one cashier working and the only way to checkout was to go through self check. This is a little insane to me being that I have no choice but to do the stores job for free.. I spoke with a manager and was told that’s just how they do things and there are no cashiers scheduled before 11am.

My husband and I went to this walmart when we encountered a young man at the self-checkout cashier that lacked common sense. My husband was buying medicine with HIS card, and the cashier asked for both of our I.D. I am truly upset with this as I wasnt even the one making the purchase, and he demanded my I.D. Walmart please do something about this as it isnt the first time this has happened!

What I like the most about this store is the availability of items, the kindness and the professionalism of people who work over there. They are always willing to help. No bad attitude contrary to some other stores where people would not hesitate to display RUDENESS for no reasons.

They are ok, but they sometimes have higher prices than regular Walmart and the lines get longer and longer due to heavy self checkout reliance. Out of all the registers only 2, if youre lucky, are open. Takes way too much time to get in and out.

Not a bad place....unless you mind being followed around the store because of the color of your skin. I shop there least once a week and spend at minimum $100 every time I go. Tonight I was looking for some medication for my child and out of no where an associate showed up over my shoulder clearly keeping an eye on me, while pretending to fidget with something. Will never shop there again.

I love this neighborhood location! They also utilize the scan and shop app so you can scan up your items as you shop. You can use a phone app or a handheld scanner for this. **Edit: they were only testing out the scan and shop thing, so it’s no longer an option.**I just wish they also did grocery pickup! Fingers crossed they add that soon!

The store is usually clean, stocked and associates are always willing to help. However, Ive stopped shopping here entirely due to the lack of cashiers. I really dislike self check out, especially when its a weeks worth of groceries and I have a baby and a toddler to keep an eye on. After being put in this awful situation two consecutive times, I made my mind up to shop at Sprouts or Target. Its a matter of safety for me. Im not willing to be distracted trying to load everything from the cart to the self check out. They completely lost my business since they dont have cashiers and they rely on the customer to do their job for them at the self check out.

Employees are always kind and helpful. Manager is also very nice. Store is always clean, and see employees/stockers working hard.

Easy going atmosphere. The people that work here are extremely kind,polite,everywhere you turn happy faces. It might be just a small version of the superstore but maybe thats why its different.Good prices and I found Texas toast. Which is so hard to find at the superstore Walmarts. Overall great experience for being my first time here. Definitely will come back!!

Just down the street from the house so it’s convenient to come here and usually stocked with everything we need, there are some items that only the big Walmart’s carry but it’s understandable. Be careful in the parking lot though, people constantly go down the wrong way and this store has lots of people walking through the lot offering services so just beware of your surroundings. Staff and management are friend, always helpful and will be more then happy to answer any questions or show you where products are if you can’t find them.

Poor selection, way over priced.(still cheaper the some other store in the same town ) dont even think about buy non perishable items 1dozen eggs will cost ya enough to say its cheaper to drive 100 miles away of ya need more then one thing. Produce and deli is fair so thats a plus

This is a smaller Walmart with mostly foods. You can get good prices on produce and other food items. Good for a trip where you need a few items for your next meal or to fill your pantry.

Selection is good but the employees are lack there of when it comes to knowledge of the items in the store ive given up hope of one of them knowing where something is.

This store was just built & opened not to long ago, yet they are ALWAYS remolding the store. The self checkouts that used to be near customer service desk is now upfront near the entrance/exit. Does anybody even use these? They always go down & never work. They only have 3 registers open & service desk. Store is constantly crowded. Never have what your looking for. The only thing that its good for is if your going for an item or 2. The neighborhood market is the only location that doesnt have the first convenience bank. Not even an atm.

I went on December 31,2018 it was super packed,was going to walk out. I am glad I didn’t the lines were super and I mean super long, got in the self checkout line it moved pretty fast it took me like 5 minutes in line which was fast considering how long it was. I honestly thought I was going to have to leave my groceries and leave. Thank You Walmart!👍
