Went in to buy a hat and the staff was very helpful! I was assisted by Isela. She went above and beyond to help us out and to answer any questions that we had. She made us feel not like customers but more like family. She was able to find the specific hat that I needed from a different store. Overall it was a great experience visiting this store. Giselle was very helpful at the end too. Thank you for the great customer service!

Went there to exchange a tshirt for a bigger size ...They didnt want to cause it was over 30 days...They offered me $7.00 for it when I paid more than double that..What an insult!!!Employees are rude...everything is overpriced...

Bought 4 pairs of jeans and a wallet and a brachlet they only had 2 my size they checked around other stores and found the other 2 in another store they said they can get it here tomorrow after 2.its 5 i am a truck driver i leave tomorrow we called them they said they will be here in a hr 2 hrs went by nothing called again it will be in here in 30 minutes nothing allready paid for them

Me and my fiance came into the store stressed and rushed because we are getting married in two weeks. Isela kindly asked us if we needed help. We showed her pictures and shared our vision. In an hour we were good to go. Everything as we had imaged it and within our budget. Great team that was kind and patient with us. Ale helped isela take measures and make sure that we both like the colors and textures fit.

This place is so nicely stocked, its clean and staff is soooo helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been a customer of Starr Western Wear for well over 10 years and just had our first visit to the new store at Sunland Park and the service Was far superior over the other stores! Went in to the Sunland Park store and dealt with Brissa in Customer Service. She was super friendly and helpful with what I needed. She took the time to understand my needs. Starr Is lucky to have her and they have her in perfect department as she truly understands what customer service means. Thanks for the Tim Cox calendar as well!

I went last Saturday and customer service was stellar, I was looking for some clothes for my little baby and Isela helped me find everything I was looking for and a little more. I will certainly return in the near future.

On Sunday I came into the store looking for the right fit of Levis jeans. I was helped by a girl with red hair named Isela. She not only helped me find the right size and fit, but was very professional, patient, and very excited for me once we found THE one. Truly grateful for excellent customer service and people who love their job. Will come back for more Levis!

AmA plethora of mens clothing in many different styles. Lots of vests. Hat Haven! They know how to fit and shape a hat! Mostly friendly staff. Come prepared to do a little roping practice. They also carry some womens and children clothing but I did not get time to shop in those areas. Again, it is mostly mens and it is wonderful!!

Beautiful store and good selection. Been here twice and the customer service was not great. Everytime we asked a question an employee had to ask an additional employee, and so on. Staff is not very knowledgeable.

I was getting my first pair of boots, very intimidating. Isela was awesome..she has the greatest customer skills Ive ever experienced. She was was very patient and extremely helpful. When I found exactly what I wanted, she went out of her way to find my size at another store. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything but I did!! Thank you Isela, for all you do. God bless.

Awesome store and great selection...very poor customer service. I was there for an hour and not once did any of the staff even acknowledge us or ask if we needed assistance. We had to help ourselves which was very frustrating. It felt like they were ignoring us.

I am beyond impressed with everyone’s customer service at this location, especially with Cindy and Sandra, They were extremely helpful and kind to help me find the FR clothing I needed. I’ll definitely be back!

Finally a Starr western wear in the west side . They have a great selection fair prices . But customer service was horrible. Never once was I asked by the staff if I needed any help . Once it was time to pay the cashiers looked annoyed for pricing and charging me . Finally after we paid I notice a nice tie I wanted, around the same time my wife wanted to go to the women section to get a shirt for herself so I took the tie with me to pay later . The girl chased me down asking if I was going to pay for it . I told her I was going to pay for it when I purchase my wife’s shirt . She said she will take it to the cashier for me as if I wanted to steal a $15 tie after I just spent $200 and was willing to spend another $60 for a shirt . I’m willing to take my business elsewhere if this service continues.
