Great clothing. And great customer service. Was looking for baby clothes and I was so pleased with the selection.

Its been a long time I havent entered a JC Penny due to quarantine and other things. This was my first visit in a long time and I have to say that I was very satisfied with my visit. I found shirts I was looking for church and the associates were extremely friendly and courteous. The store was also nicely organized. I look forward to my next visit.

5 different employees in the jewelry department, all pretending to be real busy. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes while they all just glanced my way. Worst service Ive ever received in a department store.

Senior citizens this is the place to Shop at Cielo Vista Mall. Between the hours 10:30 am till 4pm. The Employees are VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. Word!!

Messy store, went in to get some joggers my nephew wanted for Christmas, found no one to help anywhere. Decided to just get him gift card, wait to purchase was very long and it wasn’t even the weekend. Definitely need more employees!! Will avoid ever going there again.

Great store with a awesome display of clothes for entire family.

Some of the women who work in the perfume department were very rude and acted like they didnt want to be bothered with the customers who were trying to figure out what kind of perfume they were trying to sample. This was only 2 women out of the 4 total that were in the same department. But overall it was a tolerable experience! Dont let this hinder you from visiting this store!

Horrible return policy. Friend bought me a sweater that didnt fit. I told her not to worry I would go return and get another sweater. I was only getting a $7 credit due to no receipt and no credit card. Its Christmas! At least be courteous when youre telling people thats all you could do for them. Not going to surprise anyone if this store also closes. I know the return policy I just think its ridiculous.

Separate was terrible. Sales ladies ignored us when asked for help.

We needed to buy some curtains from their décor department. The employees their were very helpful and friendly, and we got just what we needed thanks to them.

Very helpful service in the mens department. My son needed to buy 2 suits, 2 extra slacks and 8 white shirts for his church mission. This kind and older looking sales rep had a measuring tape to measure my sons size and helped us got the correct shirt and suit size that my son needed. Im sorry I didnt ask for his name to mention in this review. Sandy in catalog dept was very friendly and patience in helping us to order online the extra items that we needed.

Clothes is not organized.

I was being chased out of the store when I was upstairs buying clothes for my daughters. There was still 10 minutes left until closing and the associate told me 4 times in a row that we had to go downstairs. How the heck do you expect to shop when the employees dont let you or much less allow you to think and talk to family when someone comes on the intercom every minute reminding us the store is closing. Very rude and very uncomfortable experience. I will not be going back to spend my money here. Management should remember we are the reason they all have jobs.

I sent a ring in for re sizing last month, and it was supposed to come in on Nov 14, 2020. Today is Nov. 21,2020 and no body in that store is answering the phone, I’ve called plenty of times too

I was THAT guy and came here an hour before close. I was without my luggage after an airport mishap and a worker by the name of Jonathon helped me as if I had given him raise, and helped me find a good outfit for an important presentation for the day after. This JC Penny has great service, and even greater workers, I definitely recommend shopping here.

I love shopping in this store!! It’s by far my favorite store. The cashier at the kids department Juan is very helpful and very patient. He knows what hes doing and should have a raise. People like him, who actually does his job in a good manner and knows how to treat the customers with respect should work and stay not people who are helpless and lazy. Good job mijo, keep the good work!!!

Great store with amazing deals! I shop here for the whole family and always find exactly what I am looking for. For me my kids and my husband! Will definitely be returning. They even have shopping carts which makes everything so much easier! I also Love love love when they have coupons!

Beauty salon at JCPenney is great...never croded... lots of room even if it were. Friendly associates...make you feel special. Shopping at JCPenney is always good...lots of styles and always something of mine.

Great sales and clothes. Generally under staffed. But its a great place to shop, even for household goods. Hair salon on-site. Photo Studio is great. Bathrooms cleaned often. Checkouts are slow but staff is attentive and friendly.

TERRIBLE! You need to walk to a cashier to ask for help because no one is on the floor to help. There is only one cashier open so you have to walk the length of the store to pay. I guess its alright for someone who has no problems getting around, but if you have a handicap, its terrible.

This store is very nice and helpful as they assisted me in finding what I just needed me and took the time to help me find it. Good customer service. I was looking for a wallet and this young man helped me at a reasonable price.

Its always the same thing for pick up, since theres not enough cashiers on the departments, they cash ppl out in the pick up area making the waiting time at least 30min. Other times Ive been in line for 45min, I choose in store pick up because Im trying to save 8.95 on shipping. Overall they do have good deals and most of the staff is super friendly.

Very bad experience for my Mother in law she saw this amazing jacket that she wanted to purchase for her Grandson that had a 55% off on the whole rack. When she went to purchase it the told her no its only 20%, it is very deceiving to anyone trying to buy a Levis jacket that is $98, They refuse to Honor it.

The employee up in childrens dept. was super helpful. My daughter received 2 shirts for her birthday in the wrong size and he told us to get the size we needed and voila!..even exchange. So easy, no hassles.

Very professional. Took my puppy for pictures. My puppy was verry hipper, but the photographer manage to call his attention and focus. Took plenty of pictures to choose from. I took toys that my puppy liked. I highly recommend them.

My wife was so excited to get everything she wanted in one place. All fashion are there.

Store was very busy only one check out center (cashiers)was open downstairs. The ladies dressing room was only down to one dressing room area with only 3 rooms available and no air conditioner. My cashier Gustavo was fantastic which is only reason for 2 stars.

JCPenney has definitely become the new Sears. You can see clothes is just in racks there is no ryhme or reason to the way it places its clothes. We walked out without a purchase. The staff was nice and when asked a question they provided direction and most of the time it was just asking more than one as they where temps.

DO NOT order anything for store pick up. I been waiting more than 45 minutes. There is one cashier taking her sweet time with a catalog order. I have been in lane now 45 min its rediculous. NEVER coming back!

The mens suit department really needs to step it up. Their alteration department is always days being when there is a decent sale and the young woman sizing my suit had no business being in the department. In the end, after getting a manager involved, they eventually made their mistake up to me. But do not leave without trying the altered suit on.

The young lady that attend us was very helpful, courteous and polite, it was on the babies department at the Cielo Vista mall in El Paso TX. Thanks
