I was supposed to be picking up some shirts today, when I showed up they were closed even though they were supposed to be open. They should have notified me. Why tell a customer that their items will be ready on a certain day that you weren’t going to be open. That is just rude.

Very badly organized place, it took this people over two months to print 25 shirts when it was supposed to be 30, they were supposed to have names, they took a list of the names and shirt sizes but didnt get what I ordered, Very disappointed

I came to print it to get a picture printed on a poster So I went and picked it up the following week . The image looked good initially when I went into the office to pick it up. Unfortunately the lights were also off in the business and it was cloudy outside. I wanted to get my poster framed so I took it to another business. I put the poster in my back car seat where I had nothing and went straight to get it framed. Upon taking it straight out of my car and into the frame shop the representative and I saw that the glare of the poster had been scratched by some sort of a rag That ran across the surface. It didn’t affect the image but when you shine light on it you can see it. And it looks bad. Seeing as how this poster was going to be expensive to frame I figured I would call the owner of post it to see what could be done. Upon calling I was met with the most disrespectful customer service I’ve ever received. He proceeded to tell me “You’re crazy you saw the image when you picked it up and if anything happened it was because of you”. Belligerently yelling at me and telling me he would not replace it for free even though I hadn’t even asked. I simply let him know that this kind of customer service speaks volumes for his work. Clearly there is also already a negative review against him being rude and unprofessional to his customers. Beware if you’re considering coming here, of the customer service you will receive. It’s not understanding or accommodating.

Danny I guess is the owner was very rude and unprofessional. He said he would for sure with no problem get us our order of 75 simple, one sided print invites on May 1st. They never even sent us the sample UNTIL the day we went in to pick up the final prints which of course were not ready because they forgot. He told us he would have them ready the next day which was today and when we went in he had a bad disrespectful attitude almost even bothered we were there. We only went to this place cause of the reviews it had but I’m starting to think those are not customer reviews. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
