***DO NOT GO HERE!!!***I pride myself in due-diligence when it comes to making a choice on such an important vehicle repair.In my case it was a front windshield.I had this replaced and chose this business due to its ratings - I was wrong.Not even an hour into the drive and the windshield starts making a whistling noise; checked it out and saw the top seal bulged up.Now I’m not a rocket scientist but it looks off from a distance and without staring too hard.I look closer and discover that the VIN on the dashboard has been damaged also…I can now see this is going to become a list of things.Took a walk around the vehicle and saw one of the side seals/gasket that was left dangling.Need I say more?Besides the few smudges left on the headliner and door pillars, I knew the type of service I had just received.I’ll leave it up to you to decide.But in good conscience I cannot recommend this shop.

Called due to the good reviews however they need to really improve on customer service and professionalism. To start, it took forever to get a call back. Then once I did it took another week to have someone come take measurements. Once the techs came over and took measurements it was a nightmare trying to get ahold of their worker Nathan . Every time I would call to get status receptionist would tell me he’s unavailable. That they would have to yet again resend my information to the staff. I understand being busy but if someone gives a deposit with their hard earned money. I at least expect a status update of some sort. With that said I am giving 3 stars because I was happy with my shower and the techs that came to my house were professional and courteous. The staff In charge of processing my order however were a nightmare to deal with. So if you’re thinking of calling here be aware that it’s hard to get someone to call you back and then once they do and you give them your money they give you the runaround about the status of your job.

They came out on Saturday. Four hours after they said they’re be where I was . Ok. Then left and the windshield is not flush with truck. So I had to wait till Monday to have them come back out . And they said it wouldn’t be till the afternoon. After waiting all weekend. They said there’s nothing they can do it don’t leak. I know it will when I can put my finger between it and truck. READ THIS!!!.. I came in to have the windshield replaced for my 07 FJ it was going to cost $250. This is about $400 cheaper from 2 other places. He went outside looked at the windshield and said I can fix that now and it is only going to cost you 50 bucks. I said deal when it was all said and done he only changed me 40 and I saved $210!! if this doesnt make you pick them well you deserve to pay what you pay.

Came to the house finished in no time no issues and more important cheaper than anybody else I could find... satisfied customer

This has been the greatest experience Ive ever had to get service with any company; and not just for glass. Ive read some lower reviews on this establishment from Kenneth, Jesse and Jacqueline and believe they are unwarranted and shall I say completely asanine. (most of their reviews are 1 star anyways so I believe they are hard people to work with in general) As I have never had a bad experience with this company. If you ever need anything glass; theres really no other competition in El Paso. One Stop Glass is the best!

Went to try to get a quarter size chip repaired and left with an 8 inch spread. They actually made it bigger. They guy said I feel bad charging you so I won’t. I don’t know if his intention was actually charge me for not only NOT fixing it but by actually spreading my break. I was VERY upset. Check elsewhere where they can keep on eye on the important details

I have had my windshield replaced twice and this place is the absolute best in El Paso! I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles. They are mobile which is a big plus! I’ve had two different technicians and they both were absolutely amazing. I had an incident but the owner was quick in resolving it. He was so professional and he called me personally which I greatly appreciated. One Stop Shop will always be my first pick, and always the one I recommend.

I needed the glass insert with blinds on my door replaced in my kitchen. I called and asked if this was something they did and they answered with a YES!!! They ordered the insert and was here the next week, I called on a Friday. They came on a Wednesday and my door was back to looking nice. Very professional, clean and mindful of the pandemic. They were very courteous and were able to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable about what I needed repaired at two different homes. Pricing I believe was pretty reasonable and given me current epidemic going on they were very nice when they arrived and finished the work. It would be nice if they called a bit before they arrived, but everything worked out fantastically.

I really liked this place. Cheaper than safelite and they come to you with no bogus extra charges. Andy was great at answering my questions and helping get my windshield replaced at a reasonable cost and very quickly. Would go here again. Hopefully I dont break another windshield though.

After calling several shops all morning, none of them could get my windshield for about 2-3 days. However One Stop Glass was able to get it the same day. They came TO MY HOUSE, for no extra cost at all and installed it within a few hours of me calling them. That’s not even the best part of my whole experience with this company, their prices beat everybody else’s price by about 100$! The new windshield they installed looks great! Very happy with their customer service and quick install!

Wonderful experience, I got a windshield replaced from here and unfortunately two years later (today) I got a crack from a rock on the highway. Im new to El Paso, and since I had heard the commercials of a nation wide company, I called them first. Turns out that I had to do everything online and wait a week to get in, plus they wanted $376 compared to the $215 I paid at One Stop. I paid for it and two days later (as scheduled) Jacob came out to my house and installed the front windshield. Great Service. I was in and out with a brand new windshield in less than 2 hours. I called a few other shops before selecting One Stop Glass. The “other shops” were simply more expensive for no apparent reason. Andy set me up with a factory windshield instead of a less expensive after market windshield. Amazing work as always there perfect

I got a chip on windshield repaired at this shop and love the results. I brought my vehicle in and was out the door in under 15 minutes from the time I walked in...all for $30. I did call in before I showed up to let them know I was on my way. This shop is a little difficult to find at first, but this is a first class shop. They also do other glass work for the home that I will definitely be giving them a call to see what they can do. I highly recommend.

Called yesterday to make an appointment was told they would be there between 9am -11am11am came and went and no one arrived . i called the office to find out what happend and all i got was excuess on how they were short handed .I can understand that but at least a courtesy call explaining the situation would have been nice .I asked him when i could expect the tech to arrive and was answered very rudely HOW AM SUPPOSED TO KNOW IM NOT THE TEC. IM HERE IN THE OFFICE .ILL HAVE THE TECH CALL YOU never got a call back .so called the office back to cancel the appointment and thank them for wasting my time and wasting half of my dayJust sad how the didnt offer any way to make up fot their unprofessional way of running a business other than $10 dollars off and wait another 4 hours

Went in to have my car windshield looked at because a dam rock on Joe Battle chipped it. The owners son came out 15 min before they closed, could have asked me to come back the following day; but he didnt.Looked at and said it was okay no repair needed. My lucky day!! He could have easily pretended to repair it and charged me $48, honest guy! So I asked to trouble shot a repair on a window at home. Very satisfied with the work and timeliness of getting it done. Will keep them in mind for future repairs and tell my friends.

Excellent service and price! The window on my sliding glass door was shattered and needed to be replaced. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Beto answered and said someone could come on Monday morning to look at it. Mario came and did measurements and realized I needed a custom size, but he could have it by Tuesday and replace it then. Mario was very polite, professional, and did an excellent job. Two techs went over and performed an outstanding job replacing a broken bedroom glass. They left the job site very clean and they also wrote up an estimate for some other work I need. Had set up for them to fix a windshield. The technician arrived when I did, I discovered money was missing from the vehicle. When I first asked the tech, he assured he had not been here prior. Upon further questioning, he tells me he had been in the vehicle before I was home. He couldnt explain why he lied, he got very nervous jumped in the van and sped off. He didnt even take the time to close his van doors. When we called the office they offered no resolution, they hung up on us several times before they actually heard our complaint.

I work at Angie’s Flowers and we needed a table top for the front of the store so we called One Stop and they took care of it for us and the price was way cheaper from everywhere else we called. I’m glad we called them Alex was very polite and answered all of our questions and Beto came back after the work was done to make sure everything worked out correctly. Recently we’ve had some serious rains here in West Texas. I took my classic car to One Stop due to water leaks from the front windshield and rear window. Personnel at One Stop were very friendly and very helpful. These folks went out of their way in making sure that my entire windshield and rear window had the proper seal to avoid further leaks. They even applied water to the windows to insure there were no leaks to the interior of my classic. The process was pretty quick; today I have not had any problems with water leaks. I give One Stop thumbs up, they are reasonable in price and very professional.

After our vehicle was vadilized, I search for glass replacement. One Stop Glass had a 5star rating. Called and made an appointment. We were delayed due to police and slashed tire bing replaced. It was Saturday and they were due to close. They waited for us!!! They helped a not so good day turn better. Very personalized service. I will be back for ALL of my glass needs!
