Visiting Imperial/S Ca and needed a spinning combo. Decent selection for a desert location! Needed a non resident fishing licence and staff was outstanding in making this happen!! They cover a lot of sporting needs and with a good selection. Well done!

Couldnt find someone to help me locate an item. I had to walk the entire store. Checkout was quick and smooth.

I still go to Big 5 only because I remember going there as a kid. Customer service is cool. But there always seems to be few employees working.

Its great for last minute equipment or for kids, but for teenagers they should look for more quality clothing or cleats. Equipment is great here though.

Wide variety of products, including camping supplies, sports supplies, firearms (no handguns, unfortunately), bb guns, and clothing/shoes (mostly major brands, such as Nike, Adidas, etc). The clothing was very pricey, especially the shoes. Staff is friendly. Update: bought a shotgun here recently. Customer service was excellent until I tried to pick up ammunition on my next visit. They claimed my paperwork was outdated and denied me ammunition. Disappointed with the service I received.

Just like the Yuma Big 5. I walked in with the intention of buying a few items, but not one employee acknowledged me much less bothered to ask me if I needed any help. How Big 5 manages to stay in business in beyond my imagination.

Your typical Big 5 sporting goods store. Plenty of variety in athletic clothing, fishing, and seasonal activity gear. A little cramp but the sales associates are friendly enough.

They have the fishing tackle I like,and the female staff is very good looking...

They have Nikes for way cheaper than anywhere.

The manager looks like he hate his job and always that I saw him has bad attitude, if you dont like your job let someone else get the management and retire please.

We bought some worms from there. We get out on the lake, open the container, and there are 3 of them that are actually still alive! And that was just barely! We put them on the hook and cast, half the worm goes one way with the hook, the other half goes elsewhere! Needless to say, we were not able to use worms to fish! No good!

Only place I could find butane fuel, Wal-Mart is either sold out or no longer carries it. They are over a dollar more expensive than Wal-Mart and lower quality, for campstove butane fuel.

Everything is in order, the only bad thing or recommendation I would make is to be able to pickup in store what you buy in line, this way they can make a bigger profit since many costumers come across the border.
