Complete scam took my money right away part has been showing awaiting fulfillment for a week now which I wouldn’t be concerned about but no one even answers the phone don’t buy from them at this point I’m highly doubting I’ll get my parts

I had searched the internet to find a replacement control panel for our hot tub. Finally found one at Spar Parts Depot. I called just to be sure they had one in stock. Got connected to a gentleman in what i assumed was their parts department. He said they had 2 and if I ordered it on line he would process it quickly. He followed through and did just that! I had the part within a few days. Great customer service!!!!

Always have been helpful with my Caldera spa issues

So my Cal spa circuit board blew a fuse I pulled the fuse out is a 300 mA 250 V fuse. Glass fast blow. I called spa parts Depot and asked if they had this fuse. They asked me what circuit board, what spa, and went through a whole spiel of how all cars are different and they all have different fuses... I told him I have the part number in front of me I have the fuse with me and he said he could not help me unless I know what circuit board it came out of. absolute lunacy I will never call them for anything ever again.

Horrible shipping department. They couldnt send my item in almost a month. After first call she told me, she will send the item next day and next call they apologize,they put the item on the side and didnt see it.Unbelievable, think twice of placing order or call right a way to make sure they take care of your order.

Great folks and ONLY place to buy older Caldera Spa parts. For all tubs they help trouble shoot and find impossible parts to find. Yeah, they do charge on order, but normally they ship before you have to pay the credit card...but if late, will either cancel the order or work with you.

Ordered a manifold. Was sceptical at first, when they wouldnt answer my emails or answer the phone. Thought they were a scam. But eventually they picked up the phone and I received my part today. Customer service could be alot better. But thanks, appreciate the service.

Horrible customer service. No correspondence to requests or comments. Took 16 days to even ship the part. Then received something different than what is shown on the website. The worst transaction I have had in the past 10 years, and I order a lot of internet product.

Scam Scam ScamVery very poor customer service! When I ordered the website said in stock! Yet it appears from other reviews it’s may be scam store?? Ordered filters for my pool as I was totally out. Paid an additional $54.00 2day FedX shipping to get them quickly. Here I sit 5 days later with no filters! My pool needs them quickly! $191.00 they charged immediately to my credit card! I’ve emailed then as well as on-site messaged them and no response what so ever from this company. Very very bad company to deal with so far! Either get my filters to me now. Or refund my money!

Do NOT order from this place! We ordered back in May, they immediately billed our credit card and we still have not recd the order. I have tried to cancel several times but no one will respond to my e-mail and you cant get through on the phone! Scam!!

Our hot tub guy ordered a part for us - it doesnt fit. I have tried to call Spa Parts Depot 5-6x and their general mailbox is full (was able to leave a message the first time only). I have also emailed 2x and never gotten a response. Terrible customer service. Very frustrated.

Ordered a 3 button balboa control panel. Was sent a 2 button panel. Still waiting to see if they actually have a 3 button panel. Company does not answer their phone.

They shipped me wrong item and have contacted numerous times over the last week. Have yet to get any response from them. Horrible customer service. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Do not buy from them. I placed an order with them for my hot tub. I received my order confirmation and had my credit card charged. 10 days goes by and I have not received my order. I tried calling the store. There phone system is setup in way to put a caller in an infinite loop. You can never get a hold of someone or leave a message. I decided to send them an email inquiring if they have my order and what the tracking information is. The only response i got form them is confirming that they do have my order. That is it. They did not tell me the tracking information or if its back ordered. I have sent other email to them asking for this and they never responded. Stay away.
