Came in for an oil change, and wow ! I was super impressed on how friendly the staff was.They took me in right away, And had me out the door in no time. They did not try to upsell me unnecessary stuff like other places, They recommended my brakes to be changed on my next visit because they were getting low . they even showed me how low they were getting. Best mechanic shop in El Cajon hands down! They are very professional and super knowledgeable, I i’ve been having issues getting my car to start . After a quick diagnostics they recommended replacing my alternator . Without hesitation I told them to go for it . Not only did they fix the problem but they had excellent turnaround time getting my car done in the same day! Even though they are busy, they will always make time for you! ***Editing to respond to she shops reply below***You are correct about aproblem with the TPMS. The problem is when a shop rotates the tires they are supposed to recalibrate the system so the car knows where each tire is located. You guys didnt do that, hence the problem caused by your poor workmanship.Went there for a tire rotation and oil change, I was a little leery when I first got there because they had a kid that looked to be about 17 get my car to do the work. I saw him filling fluids in the car using some kind of reusable bottle which was weird, they tried to upsell me tires & brakes which is normal, except I was asked 3 or 4 times from 2 different guys. Today my car is showing a low tire pressure for the front right tire, turns out it was actually the back left. The kid rotated the tires but didnt recalibrate the tps system. Wouldnt trust them with any actual mechanic work if they cant do the easy stuff correctly.

Came in for a smog check, Tony had me in and out in 10 minutes! Will definitely be coming back for other services. I definitely appreciate the fast and friendly service.

Awesome car service. Was fast, efficient, and affordable. I took my Hyundai Genesis in and they took care of me. They did a full diagnostic and solved some problems I had. The mechanics were nice and the owner, Anthony, took care of everything personally.

I spoke with Tony over the phone for a quote on some Front Pads and rotors for my Ford truck. He sounded very professional, and quoted me a good price. I took my car in, they did the brake job in a reasonable time and even completed an oil change. Recently bought a Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ about a month ago and although it was a beautiful truck it had minor issues. So I took it to Legacy Auto Service and Tony said that he would look into the issues himself. I had taken for several alerts that kept showing on my truck that said that “hood unlock and open” an alert for “ service trail brake system”, and a “ check engine light” alert, and when I brought those issues to Tony, he was on it, he kept my truck for whole week and was able to fix all those issues! Furthermore Tony professionalism, work ethics and expertise went a little further when he notice that my AC was blowing hot air, and without hesitation he fixed it by installing in a new condenser and the problem was fixed! Overall I am very please and very satisfied with Tony and his crew for job well done! Thank you Tony for all the hard work and effort you and your crew put into my beautiful truck!

The new owners suck . I came in a week ago so they can take off my power steering pulley and I ask one of the mechanics working outside he said good luck talk to the owner. He told me that it was in an hours work so hell charge me $80 to take the pulley off and $20 to put it in.. I told them it was not an hour that I saw in YouTube it was very easy and he was like OK go to that guy on YouTube tell him to do it for you So I went to autozone less been 5 minutes it was off and It was FREE

First, they took the time to understand what I wanted on my Mercedes. (The variety of cars in their shop was amazing) Then they made a sound recommendation instead of just recommending the most expensive tires. They finished off with checking out my battery for free since it didnt seem like it was cranking over properly! Turns out there was a real problem (not like the AAA phantom problem that suddenly turn into hard sell for $150 battery). They got me back to work in less than an hour! Great work guys, you have a customer for life!!!

I like the small town service that I have received from this service dept. They maybe small but the service is top notch. I stopped going to the dealer because I could never leave without spending less than $500 for basic services.
