More than happy with the job these folks did on my Taurus. But, beyond that, Mark and everyone I came in contact with at Marck Motors Body Shop was kind, helpful, and professional. I feel they went beyond what I expected. Not only did they do a super job of repairing the damage, but my car received a great wash AND the inside was cleaned, as well. I, of course, hope I never need repairs again, but if I do, I will DEFINITELY go to Marck Motors.

Great service! These folks fixed me up and gave me the simple repair I requested, I drove away happy with my car looking much better, and done in a short time. They were kind and competent, I will definitely return in the future when body repair needs come up.

We’ve been to Marck motors before for different issues, we always had great experiences, everyone was nice, the job was done in time and good. This time my daughter’s car has been in their shop on my recommendation for front end collision and it took a month and a half to complete, promising and not delivering inconvenienceing the whole family, I will never recommend them especially a service writer by the name of Mark is no longer there.I was just informed by my daughter that it’s still missing details, oh my God and made a comment about me since I called asking about Mark and told them why did this taking a long time. This is my point of view and there is no need to mention how much this job cost and that’s why it taking so long. So unprofessional. I will not recommend them again.

!!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! CHOOSE ANY OTHER SHOP YOU ARE PROVIDED!!! Took my vehicle here for repairs. Was told in my original quote the repairs would take 2 weeks no problem. Jodi let me know that if any additional changes occurred in the repairs, Marck Motors would notify me of said changes. I received 0 phone calls within the 2 weeks and the Friday to pick up my vehicle was here. Im told by Jodi, We arent done with all the repairs yet and still need to paint your car. Ok. Monday, We still have some things we have to finish up it should be done tomorrow. Tuesday, Jodi calls and says, You can come pick up your vehicle around 1p.m. The vehicle was done at 3:48p.m. and I was told to come back tomorrow for my wind shield sprayer motor. Came back the next day for them to fix it. Got home there was water leaking from the area of repairs. Went back for repair. Now today I receive a phone call because Jodi made a clerical mistake with my files and wants me to pay for her error. Why was I never called ONCE about ANY of these changes?!!?! Why was I not notified that I am liable for their mistakes??? Now they threatened to put a lien on my vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!

Sam was my point of contact through the entire experience, and the one doing my repairs!!! He was knowledgeable, and patient with me! Lol, I was in a car accident on my birthday which lead to my car being in the shop for a bit at no point did he rush my repairs, he was very reassuring that he would not compromise the integrity of the repairs. And even went to bat with my insurance for me over the battery!!! This is the only shop I will ever use again!!! I have told EVERYONE I know that needs work dont on their car to head over to Mark Motors!!! They are the BEST. A HUGE thank you to Sam and the entire Mark Motors team!!!! My car is brand new!!!! I appreciate yall

Jody is very rude to customers!!! They made an error when repairing our vehicle admitted to the error and would not cover it. She was threatening and when I tried to explain how I handle customer service at my business she quickly replied she doubts I have a business. She was unpleasant and the business is not recommended to anyone. Any other collision center is much better and way easier to deal with in my experience.

I had my wifes Kia Optima LX fixed there at Marck Motors and all of the people there was nice and friendly, they explained the process and the work was wonderful.. thanks Marck Motors
