All the employees were kind informative. The new waiting area is great. It’s clean and roomy. It was easy to distance yourself from other clients if you wished to. And they serviced my car promptly and finished 30 minutes early. I was very happy with my service from beginning to end!

Our experience with the Edmond Genesis/Hyundai team was excellent. Sam and Matthew in sales were knowledgeable and helpful in our search for a new Genesis. We signed a contract stating we would trade my late sons car, then my emotions got the better of me and I wanted to keep the trade. The dealership allowed that, they did not have to. A huge THANKS to George for his exceptional kindness during my meltdown.

My car was flooded and taken here to be fixed. I have it back now and it’s still not fixed all the way. No follow up phone calls or nothing after I went back the same day. I was informed they will resend everything back off to the insurance company and order the parts. That there was no reason for them to keep my car as it’s still drivable. I was reassured they will contact me once everything was ready to go and when to bring it back in. According to my insurance company everything should be fixed that was turned in on the repair bill. My horn still doesn’t work correctly, my light still has water in it, and my skid plate on the bottom of my car is still not replaced. They seemed very disorganized and halfway friendly. I know there was a remodel of the dealership going on when I was there. It’s been going on over two months since I’ve picked up my car with no follow up on how I’m going to finish getting it fixed. Go to any other Hyundai dealership after this one and I’m sure you will see a difference in service. It’s my opinion you should just avoid this place if you can and go somewhere else.

Service department was very friendly, efficient, explained everything that was being done to my car and they werent pushy about trying to get me to purchase anything that wasnt necessary. Our car was done in the time that they promised. Well definitely be back and purchase another Hyundai in the future.

Knocking my review down by quite a bit. My wife and I are in the market for a Palisade and decided to get a trade in value for out 2018 Hyundai Tucson. Pricing online, contacting other dealerships and reading the current market, now is the best time to either sell or trade. I get a soft offer from Edmond Hyundai from someone that is almost 8 grand less than a competing dealership! Granted, we live an hour away so this was done by the phone but with the initial offer, that is way to low to get us to come into the store. So, there is no loyalty when you purchase from this dealership. You dont receive and bump in offers if you take your new vehicle to this dealership for 3 years to have it serviced and pay the bloated $60 on top of the free oil changes. There are dealerships that care enough to want you to come back and purchase from them. It appears that these people do not care. I read an article that stated some manufacturers were only going to sell their new vehicle builds directly from their website and just use dealerships to accept the delivery. After this latest experience, I can see why but as stated before, there are other dealerships that will work with you and at least try to keep your business.

If your looking to buy a reliable used car get in touch with Kyle Dias at Edmond Hyundai. He went above & beyond in his customer service & treats the customer how they deserve to be treated when looking for a vehicle. I am not local to OKC & Kyle helped me to look the car over & answered all my questions through the phone with videos and pictures. I then flew into OKC to pick the vehicle up. I bought a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo & was able to drive 1027 Miles home without a issue. I have driven the car 7000 miles since then without any issue! He is a reliable & honest car salesman that will do what it takes to get you into a new vehicle!

If you want 5 STAR service in a 5 STAR customer focused environment with a 5 STAR product, then EDMOND HYUNDAI is the place for you to visit. At first I spoke on the phone with Liz, one of the Phone Receptionist a few times. She was just patient and awesome. I did not want to speak with a sales person right away, she then suggested to just stop by and take a look. I was interested in a particular vehicle. The day I stopped by, Kyle Dias, a Sales Advisor, (notice title Sales Advisor) flagged me down, as I drove around the complex, and from there it was so easy to find what I wanted, and purchase a vehicle. Kyle was exceptional in his product knowledge, excellent customer service skills and provided no pressure at all as to what I had to do. Once I decided, there was no salesperson going back and forth to speak with the Manager for a price, one of the Sales Managers comes to the office and speaks with you directly. Brian, the Manager was fantastic in helping me get the price that worked for me. Cole in Finance will get you situated with financing and other details, he is great, and then you DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE HOME. After you purchase your vehicle of choice, ask about “ringing the bell.” There is some temporary construction going on as they are building a new “state-of-the-art” facility. Once again, 5 STAR customer service, in a 5 STAR environment with a 5 STAR product. Professionalism, customer focused personnel, great prices, and the BEST WARRANTY PROMISES in the automotive business. I brought my Palisade in to see about scheduling an appointment for warranty work. Manuel the service advisor assisted me and was very helpful. He took all my information and placed the part I needed on order. He stated that once the part came in he would let me know. Two days later Manuel called to update me and let me know my part would be in next week and as soon as it arrived hed contact me to schedule an appointment to bring in my Palisade to get the issue rectified. If the rest of the warrant work goes this well Ill be an extremely happy customer. Hats off to Manuel for being a true professional. Thanks

If I could give zero stars, I would. My Hyundai with only about 70-75,000 miles on it started having engine knocking. I had to haul it to the dealership in a UHAUL trailer. My husband had to push it off HIMSELF while I steered. We did not have any help or anything related to an Edmond Hyundai customer promise.I have called every week & each week Im told Ill hear something in a week. They have had my car almost FOUR weeks. I have children and a job. I need my car.I was also told this is obviously warranty because my mileage is so low and my service is up to date with ALL service done through them. I still have no warranty vehicle.I called Hyundai corporate today. They escalated my case only because I call to check in nearly four weeks later.I was told a case manager had TEN days to call me. Another TEN days before I find out anything?It took them three weeks to even look at it.

They are in the middle of a remodel on 2nd building so the lot had construction going on but everything was still seamless and fast. Took my Veloster in for recall for an update on the ECM, I believe lol. I was in and out of there in about an hour. Everyone was very kind and helpful. And it gave me time to look at some brand new cars on the lot!! Thats always fun!! Lol.

I have been disappointed several times with Edmond Hyundai & Genesis of Edmond. So I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my recent experience getting service & warranty work done on my car. I worked with a service advisor named Manny Navarro there. Upon arrival I shared some concerns I had about my vehicle. He restated back to me what I had said to confirm he understood my concerns. Manny then gave me an idea of the time he thought it would take to complete the work. I had not arranged for a ride to my office from the dealership so Manny arranged for me to have a ride. I did not have to wait at all; the driver took me immediately. Manny called me while my work was being doing to update me on their progress and when my vehicle would be completed. He asked if I would like a ride back over to the dealership at that time. I said yes. He called a little later to say my vehicle was ready and that the driver would be contacting me to verify the pickup address and his ETA. The driver called shortly thereafter to do that. The driver picked me up and took me to the dealership. Manny then carefully reviewed with me what was done on the car along the charges for the service. One thing that Manny was supposed to do but hasnt was to arrange for a second appointment for my vehicle to try to troubleshoot some cabin noise. He said he might need the vehicle for a few days and was going to try to get with his boss to arrange a loaner. My understanding from Manny was that he would contact me just as soon as he spoke with his boss about it. He has yet to contact me to schedule the next appointment and to set up my use of a loaner vehicle. Thats the only reason I give the dealership 4 stars vs. 5. Overall, it was a very good experience. Maybe theres hope for this dealership after all. :)

Purchased my vehicle a few years ago and one of the incentives was free oil changes for 3 years. Until recently all was good. Vehicle was nearing oil change so I called like I usually do to make an appointment and would usually get options a few days out which was fine. This time they were scheduling 2 weeks out, which is way too long. Anyway I scheduled. Unfortunately a death in the family came up and the funeral is on the same day as I had previously had scheduled so I called back to change and of course another 2 weeks or more out to schedule an oil change. With that I called another Hyundai dealer and got an appointment in a few days as normal. Other people calling other dealerships get and appointment in a few days as well. Something is definitely a miss. Having an oil change shouldnt be like scheduling a doctors visit weeks in advance. Very disappointing. Also no concern from the reps answering the phone with appointments that far out.

Where to even begin? My suggestion: DO YOUR HOMEWORK! I was in the market for something more gas conscious. I had a 2019 Chevy Silverado RST Z71, I wanted a new SUV of some sort. I went on 10/30/2021 to see what was available on the lots. I went to a Kia dealership and really liked the 2022 Kia Sorento, but didn’t like that they had it marked up so high. I then went to a Volkswagen dealership. I found a vehicle I liked, but they offered me $41,000 for my truck when KBB said $48,000, so I wasn’t impressed. I then went to Edmond Hyundai. I test drove a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy… top of the line, and exactly what I wanted. My salesman said he would get with Brian (the sales manager) and start getting numbers out together. They’re in the process of renovating their location, so we were in a small building with absolutely ZERO air conditioning. After waiting for about 30-45 minutes, I finally had to step outside for some sort of fresh, cool air. Brian finally did a trade value and worked on the price of the car. They offered me $35,000 for the truck and said their best price on the Santa Fe was $51k (and some change). I told Brian and my salesman that it was a lowball offer and that I had already been quoted $41,000. He tried to sell me on the “Edmond Hyundai Promise”, but I pointed out everything they quoted and promised, I could get at ANY Hyundai dealership (excluding the $17.95 additive that they said you HAVE to put in your vehicle when it’s service with them for the warranty to work). He told me, “if you can get $41,000 for that truck, run to it and never look back”. They were very dismissive and it was extremely off putting! By this time, I had my heart set on the Santa Fe, but I knew I wouldn’t be doing business with Edmond Hyundai. I made the VERY short drive to Automax Hyundai in Norman, and these guys knocked it out of the park! I got a BRAND NEW 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy for $44,500, they gave me $46,000 for my trade in. Ty went above and beyond to get me fixed up and I can say that I’m a happy camper. Do yourself a favor, do your research! I can’t even begin to imagine the countless families that they’ve successfully taken advantage of, again, they’re renovating, so that must mean they’ve found plenty of “suckers” to fit their ridiculous bill. Stay away from Edmond Hyundai, unless you enjoy being screwed over… to quote Brian, as he did give one good piece of advice… “Run…and never look back”!

Ok. I’ll start with the con. The price of the vehicle I wanted was not the actual price. The price was actually 5K higher. NOW, that said Dallas, the general manager, bent over backwards to get the price lowered to something I can afford. Ashton, the salesman, was polite, extremely upbeat, and knowledgeable about the car. He explained many of the tech features. Overall although my payments ended up being about $80 higher a month than I wanted, I’m ecstatic about my new car and the staff was top notch.

Hard pulled my credit before seeing their out the door price or getting my trade in appraised. Low balled my trade in like crazy, preceded to put an extra 3k on top of it when challenged. 5k markup on MSRP and $500 Dealer fees. Buyer beware, these tactics will put you upside down on car quick!

I am really upset. My oil change went fineIt was the recommended items I am totally upset with. I supposedly need two new belts. Well I just paid 900 3 weeks ago for a new alatinator why would I need a new belt did they use old belt on altinator. Why for 900 wasnt the belt changed. I have come to this dealer they said I need a timing belt too. But wait less than 10000 miles ago you recommended I get a timing chain replaced so again was the belt not changrd. I have been coming to this dealership for more than 15 years but now I dont know. Last I still dont know if my belts really need to be changed Now if i say ok they do the belts you want another 500 to do this I find this disturbing.

I drove two hours to look at a car they had listed on Cars.com. I test drove the car and had a good experience with my salesman, although I cannot remember his name. I told him I would be interested in talking numbers, and he told me he cant do numbers and I had to talk to his manager (strike 1). So we go inside and sit there for 15 minutes waiting for his manager to come in. The manager comes in, asks for my keys to go look at my car, and is gone for 20 minutes before I hear anything (strike 2). Finally they get back to me, and the price they tell me on the car is 2k more than what was listed on Cars.com, and the offer they gave me on my trade in was 5-6k below a fair offer according to kbb.com (strike 3). I told the salesman I needed my keys back and I was done. A different manager came in to give me my keys back and asked what seemed to be the problem. I explained what was wrong and he told me I will give every customer the opportunity to pay full price for a vehicle. I told him his definition and mine of full price are no where near the same as I pulled up the listing on Cars.com. he them told me to give him numbers. I told him to give me a fair deal and not this crookedness. After some back and forth, he told me to leave his store which I happily did.Do NOT go to this store. The salesmen are great, but the management is full of crooks. Its also very old-school and salesman and customer vs management type deal. Complete bait and switch and total waste of time going here.

After purchasing a car from Edmond Hyundai, I originally gave them a great review. Then I edited it after I still hadn’t received a clear title a month later and felt the finance department was dodging my calls. I finally complained enough they gave me a new paper tag and sale date paperwork, so I wouldn’t have to pay late penalties when I got my tag. (Although that may have been more about the scathing review I gave them online.) The salespeople, receptionists, and manager were more than kind and helpful at the initial sale and afterword, so I suppose it worked out well enough in the end, but I can only give them three stars at this point for all the trouble it took to even have my calls returned. Might have been an issue with the previous lien holder that wasn’t even Edmond Hyundai’s fault, but I won’t be shopping there again.

I was informed of everything that was being done and why. I was surprised at the low cost I was charged A big town dealership with a small town personality. Came in looking for new car, test drove, sales person Parker was actually very nice and helpful. When I came back to negotiate, the price they gave me was almost 5k ABOVE sticker price. Total bait and switch. I understand that there is a shortage of chips right now, but this dealership has plenty of inventory compared to competitors. If theyre able to find suckers who will pay 5k above sticker with a full lot, then kudos to them, but I cant justify that. I offered something more reasonable, and they just said no sorry. No counter offer. Ultimately if they are going to charge 20-30% above MSRP, then their sticker price should reflect that. BAIT AND SWITCH. Would be 1 star, but Parker was great.If youre in the area, I suggest Bob Howard Honda.

A salesman, Ashton, contacted me Thursday morning and we made an appointment for me to come test drive a Santa Fe at 2 that day. He was nowhere to be found when I arrived at the dealership. A different salesman helped me and was very nice.The next day I went back to discuss pricing and financing on a Santa Fe. The manager I had met the day, Brian, before was very rude and told me he would be “handing” me over to the other manager, Dallas, because we didn’t seem to be “vibing very well”. I was upset and questioned him about it. He said he was trying to give me better customer service. As he was walking away, he either called me or our interaction “weird”When I finally got to talk numbers with Dallas, I found out that they marked up the Santa Fe I was looking at by almost $6000.I bought my first ever new car at Edmond Hyundai 9 years ago and had a very pleasant experience.I was expecting the same pleasant experience but did not receive it. I will not be visiting this dealership again.

I initially gave this dealership a great review. Now a month later they still haven’t bothered to clear the title, which means I still can’t get my tag, they’ve spent the last two weeks dodging my calls, and the finance people can’t even be bothered to talk to me in person or even return a call to explain why they had no problem cashing my check, but can’t be bothered to hold up their end of the deal. The epitome of why car dealerships get a bad reputation. Don’t shop here.

My son found a Hyundai Elantra on their website for 22K.He went in to purchase it and they told him that wasnt the price.The sticker price was 25K and they told him that wasnt the price either.The price had to be Manager approved and the approved price was 28K!Its false advertising at best. I stopped by Edmond Hyundai this morning and spoke with a friendly salesman inquiring about a new car. He said I was in luck because they had over 250 new cars. He asked me a few questions to determine what kind of car I was looking for. We commenced walking around the lot and he pointed out some vehicles I might be interested in. RED FLAG ALERT! Many of the new cars didnt have window stickers displayed. When I asked about this he explained, because of market conditions new cars are selling for 2k, 4k, 6k over sticker. That was the end of my visit. I see why they have over 250 new cars. Being a longtime Edmond resident, I always heard Edmond Hyundai was sleazy, but to price gouge at this time in history is particularly disgusting. I will never by a car from those crooks. I see so many obviously phoney 5 star reviews to try and bury the legitimate 1 star reviews.

Tried buying a car for 34k sticker, they wrote it up as 40k and tried buying my car for 10k thats paid off when trade in value is 17.4k and have been offered that else where. The ABSOLUTE WORST service and communication! My car’s engine blew up with only 28,000 miles. Car was towed to Edmond Hyundai and wasn’t even examined for three weeks! I was on autotrader and saw the instant offer. I followed the process and submitted it. Edmond Hyundai contacts immediately. The offer for the instant offer was way below market. I told the gentleman, I was not interested in selling at that price. No is not a answer they liked. I have a offer from carvana for more and I told them, I was going with that offer. 10 minutes later Patrick (mgr) calls me . I told him, I was going with the carvana offer, he tried to convince me that they would back the offer up once they got there to pick my car up. I told him that there are no excuses for this car and it is what it is. Besides their offer was 2k more than his. I kept trying to get off the phone with him as I am busy and he just kept pushing. Finally the call ended, then I received a text message from them, which is attached. I was good until I mistakenly received the text attached. The whole thing about saying I hung up on him, not true. Also, I already knew the price offered of 19k, before Patrick even called. I can post those as well.

I would give zero stars if it would allow me to. My husband and I had the worst experience at this location. We talked to a sales associate about driving an hour and half one way to meet him. He was gone when we arrived. Then we were met at the door by a rude man who tried marking the MSRP price up $11,000. Dont waste your time. After speaking with Hyundai, they confirmed it is dealership not Hyundai. Dont let them take advantage of you at this location.

Not happy with this place at all..was there last Saturday for my check engine light came on as it did a couple of months before..had to pay for a Diagnostic for them to do the same thing as before..reset whatever they needed to reset..not even a week later my car starts to overheat..so I make another appointment so they can replace the thermostat.. my car is still under warranty wouldnt have to pay anything no biggie..they wanted to charge me $160 to do another diagnostic. lol..are you kidding me...just to change out the thermostat? I tell ya this my daddy was the best mechanic ever..he could just listen to a car and tell you what the issue was..he was honest and would never take advantage of anyone to make a dollar

Bait and switch. I see the vehicle on the website. I confirmed they actually had the vehicle on the lot. We asked to put $500 down on the vehicle to hold it for 24 hours, and we would drive there the next day to check it out (and likely purchase it!) but no…we had to negotiate the price first…despite our son never having been able to sit in this particular type of vehicle. The price was listed on the website, but when the initial pricing was emailed to me, it was $6k higher. Since this vehicle is in limited supply, they added 3k. And since they want to sell a package deal to make more money, like tinting, gas in the tires, a leather and paint protection package, etc… - another 3k was added on!! I explained our son would like to choose his OWN degree of tinting, and weve had Hyundais before and never had a problem with leather and paint, so would not want that. But no…you HAVE to purchase this additional package. - So, 6k of additional cost with no negotiation on this. But they would discount by 1k. LOL. William Wildrix was the salesperson. - My advice - call around! Don’t shop here unless you want to pay much more. 27k listed was actually 33k, but down to 32k presented as a great deal. There are other dealerships that truly DO work from an ethical basis that are happy to work with you. But not this place. Try Tulsa Hyundai and Billingsley Hyundai of Lawton - weve purchased quite a few Hyundai’s and been so pleased with these two dealerships.

I arrived to this dealership to trade in my vehicle. I was led to believe that It would not be an issues getting me into a new vehicle. I was passed off to a new sales rep. After waiting for about an hour I was told I could leave and they would call me back. I followed up Monday and again Tuesday. I was told there was nothing they can do. Before hanging up I asked to have my credit report emailed to me and was told yes. I have yet to receive my report from this dealership and will cont to pass on my bad experience to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Negative stars is actually the real rating I would give this dealership. This dealership is a dealer of shade and fraud, not of vehicles. The prices on their websites are complete lies. When you start discussing pricing, you find our they are marking up vehicles $6000 from MSRP due to the market. But the fact of the matter is while Toyota and Honda have lots devoid of new vehicles, Hyundais is overflowing with them. Beyond that they completely low balled my trade in offer. When I mentioned both Carvana and KBB are giving a value of almost $5000+ their offer, the new car manager Brian then claims that when they test drove my vehicle the engine blew and the vehicle is overheating. However prior to arriving at the dealership the vehicle had no problems, has very low mileage for the year, and had no issues at the last oil change appointment. I went to Kia right after to have them take a look at the car and I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. It was running just fine, not overheating, no oil leaking, no noises, no evidence of an engine blown.It was clear to me at this point that Brian had no interest in negotiating and rather than just being truthful and honest decided he would lie. The whole experience was disgusting and the reason people hate dealing with car dealerships. This experience is the reason I will never buy a Hyundai and will be reporting this dealership to their cooperate head quarters. Im sure Hyundai would love to know how Brian and the management team at Edmond Hyundai are scamming and lying to customers left and right and loosing business for their cooperation.I truly wish I would have read the other reviews on here and on BBB as its clear the kind of business this is. Avoid this place. Save your time, your stress, your dollars and give your money to a business with good honest people.
