WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! First time getting covid test done there, 6 days later, no results. I called and the pharmacist told me they never submitted my test to the lab. Second time getting tested, I figured I’d give it another shot b/c this pharmacy is convenient for me. I am now going on day 10 with NO RESULTS. When I call the lab they say they never got my test from the pharmacy. I am beyond furious and will NEVER GO BACK

I dont know whats going on with this Rite Aid but something changed for the worse. Sadly the guy in charge is cold, full of purpose and awkward, leaving no sense of customer service nor warmth once had in this store. Walgreens across the street is looking alot more appealing. Plus there was trash all over the outside and in the parking lot...This has to be addressed as its extremely disheartening.

Pharmacy understaffed and unprepared for vaccine distribution. Compared to CVS or anywhere else really, this is not the place to get your covid vaccine. Extremely slow even when near empty, and workers explain nothing about the process

The pharmacists are amazing. My wife and I drive from a different town just to use the pharmacy.Enough said. Go there, its a good pharmacy with great employees. They go out of there way to help with scripts and advice.

I go to this location very often as its only few blocks from me. Staff friendly and helpful, hopefully they can increase the pharmacy hours.

All employees here are very nice. Restroom is clean, floor is organized. My car broke down yesterday afternoon so I had to temporarily pulled over to this rite aid store parking lot. I bought some snacks for my son and asking if they have some coolant. Cashier lady very nice to introduce me to another guy Joseph. He is very knowledgeable and explained a lot so we finally solved the problem and able to fixed the car and left.I want to thank you JOSEPH for your help!

My favorite pharmacy hands down. Very courteous staff. Always willing to help you find an item.

The restroom is dirty. They dont clean there toilets.
