I walked in today as I have many times before and just simply asked if codes could be run on my car 2 hours before the shop closed. A man named Brandon was working at the front desk told me they don’t do that and I told him they’ve done it before, he said that the guy who can do that has the code reader locked up in the box for the night. He seemed to be bothered that I asked him because he looked like he was having a great conversation about nothing with a customer who was waiting on his car to be repaired. My children and I are currently fleeing a domestic situation and needed a quick read on the status of my car health. It was not that serious to make such a lame excuse as to why you can’t assist me. Saying ur reader is locked in the box was the silliest thing I’ve ever heard! Brandon is lazy and I would not recommend anyone who cares about customer service to come here. It was the way he said it and how he just looked irritated I came into the shop. I will not make this mistake again!

I am super impressed with the service from this location. I brought my car in mid afternoon for some new tires and was prepared to leave it overnight if needed. Not only did they squeeze me in, one of the mechanics and the manager stayed late after closing to finish the job and even to complete the alignment they discovered I needed. Plus, their lifetime alignment is great where I can bring it in every 5,000 miles and have it redone again for free of needed. Theyve got my business for as long as I live in the area. Highly recommended!

The service is always done right. The advise from service technicians and sales advisers is always trustworthy and based on safety as well as affordability. If even if it is a unusual request for a non-standard part of service, they can find the part in a timely manner. Ive been going to Firestone Complete Auto care for years and will continue to do so. Now my daughter has her own car, she takes it to Firestone as well.

I had a hole in my tire and they replaced 2 tires saying it was ok and shouldnt be a problem. When I went back to do an oil change, they said I should have gotten all 4 replaced. Cause it can cause problems. I would have to buy 4 new tire not 2. So now I would spend an extra 400. And the 2 they replace is only 1 old. I took it somewhere else to get it done and found out they gave me wrong size tires! Not going back there.

This is NOT a place if you have any major work needs to be done on your car especially even if have any steering and Rack and Pinion related. I am NOT sure what kind of parts they use, they dont last less than few months. They had to fix my cars Rack and Pinion three times still the issue is NOT resolved. Though the parts on life time warranty, The team is NOT honoring the same and giving up on fixing the issue and doing the proper diagnosis on it. If they cant even diagnose the issue properly and suggesting you to go actual dealer ship after you spending big chunks of money like 2k to 3k, then there is no point on relying them.

We called at 4:20pm today to see if they could change our tail lights. Dana answered, said they were just going to close, but if we could come in right away they would fix it. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. and we were out of there in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend the firestone in Eden Prairie. The service has always been GREAT!!!!!!!!

Came in and asked to be squeezed in. Dana made it happen. Very friendly staff. Helped me find a great set of tires at a great deal. Manager was a amazing with all customers while I waited. Open and honest service no overselling or bs. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.

The new manager is great. She really took the time to explain each issue that was found and the cost to repair them. She also did everything she could to keep my costs as low as possible. She was easy to work with an extremely kind!

Waited an hour past my prescheduled appointment time today and they still had not started work on my vehicle.When I went up to the manager and asked for the keys back that I would need to cancel, she gave no response. No apology, no acknowledgement even though she knew I was waiting, no offer for a future appointment with a discount, etc.This manager needs to be trained or fired if they dont want to keep alienating customers.Needless to say, they have likely lost a 20 year loyal customer for good!

Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change at 2:30pm and walked over to the mall to waste some time. When I got back at 3:40pm the guy was just about to move my vehicle into the garage to get started. Nobody bothered to call and inform me that the person ahead of me had some issues that required tending to (extra wait time on my service). Decided to go to another location instead... will not be returning here.

I had an appointment with this location at 1 pm. At 1:56 pm my vehicle was taken back for the service to begin. Oil change with a free rotation and alignment. We will see how this goes. So far, not too impressed. Why have appointment times if you cant at least stay close to them?

I used to be impressed with the service and have been a customer of Firestone, at various locations, for over 10 years. I have had great experiences with the multiple sets of tires Ive purchased over the years. But the service level has been sliding. I set an appointment for routine services and end up waiting for much longer than the job should take. Oil changes, tire rotations (which are complimentary for the lifetime of the tires), alignments are the main services I utilize Firestone for. I have even been told it would take an hour to have my air pressure checked and adjusted, when stopping by before a trip, on a walk in. That is ridiculous! Walk in service is not an option for anything anymore.I dont find this to be an issue with other similar outfits and am now done with Firestone for any other purchases. The lack of work ethic and service values displayed with their current model is unacceptable. I would advise anyone to search for other options while tire shopping or looking for regular maintenance services.

I called and got in for an alignment within 30 minutes. Jeremy and Kendra were very helpful. I was informed of what kind of repairI needed and the cost. Afterward I realized just how poorly my vehicle was before the technician fixed it. Best service I could have received. And a great price, too! Thanks to everyone at Firestone!!!

Terrible customer service. They changed my brake pads and rotors. After they did, there was terrible brake squell. I went to fix it myself and the lugnut did not come off. They had completely ruined the lugnut and bolt via crossthreading. I took the car back to them and they claimed they fixed it. I wanted to make sure, so I tried taking the lugnut off it was still seized on there. The rude manager claimed I went offroading and did damage to the car (I have never been offroading in my life.). I took the car to Bobby and Steves in Eden Prairie, and they stated that the lugnut and bolt was damaged and was never fixed. They fixed the lugnut and bolt and was very professional. The lugnut now spins off the bolt fine. Firestone will never have my business again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My experience with Firestone has been exactly what I would expect. The service is good, the staff are knowledgeable, and the prices are okay. Some locations are certainly better than others. But overall, my experience has been a four star rating.

These guys do a great job, Their service is second to none! They get me in quickly whenever I need work on my vehicles. They are courteous and treat me like theyve know me for years. I bought two sets of tires from them in the last six months and take my cars to them frequently. Their prices are in line with other auto repair shops and I like using my easy to qualify for Firestone card! My experiences have always been pleasant and I feel they are trustworthy.

Excellent, friendly service at the Eden Prairie Firestone. Nick is the best and always changes my oil and rotates my tires in a timely fashion. I feel confident that Firestone is the place to be every 3,000 miles. I highly recommend this affordable service to everyone I know. They always have deals and its a great price.

Came in to check my brakes was told by another shop that I need a lot of work on my car took my car to Firestone and the lady name Dana was very helpful the stuff I was told by the other shop I did not need Dana made sure things was check only the breaks front and back breaks and a oil change was all I need to fix my car then Dana told me about the Firestone Card I apply for it and was prove. I could not ask for a better person then Dana so Ms.Dana I Thank You for all the hard work .

Excellent service. Went for a license plate change ( I had new ones with me ) and they did it for free and with a smile on their face. It just needed a tool which could take out my rusty bolt. A few other shops nearby asked me Upto $ 60 for same service !!

This is the second time I have brought my car in for an oil change and they make a giant mess each time. It takes a couple minutes to clean off the old oil that spills. He also forgot to put my air caps back on. Front desk guy was nice though.

I went in to get a slow leak taken care of and I was completely satisfied. It was taken care of in a timely fashion for a good price. They even went the extra mile to tell me why a light was on in my dash and possibilities to fix it. It was my first time going there so I look forward to seeing them in the future if need be.

Management is not good. I had my car fixed there and the manager likes to talk a lot and heard her being rude to other people there. Rips people off. I wished I’ve done my research before going to that place.

Jeremy and team did a great job of getting me in and out (just before closing time) with a malfunctioning left tail light in my daughters car. I really appreciate them taking the time to ensure my daughters safety while visiting from out of state. I would highly recommend them for any car/truck tire/maintenance needs!

I made an appointment to get me tire patched. Was told it would be over 1 hour, they over booked people and even though I had an appointment I had to wait with the people who dont have an appointment. How I love to spend my weekend with the wonderful people at Firestone. Its like I dont better things to do with my time

My tires are only halfway through their life but failing. We were initially unable to locate the cause of a sound but subsequently found it to be a defect in the tire. After talking to the manager again I am revising my review to say that he very professionally reached out to me and ensured that my tires and my service experience were perfect. I really appreciate the work that they did on my car.

I give this store 5 stars because they have some great managers! Shawn and Jeremy are amazing! They remember who we are when we walk in, they make sure they have their best guys working on our vehicles, take the time to walk us through the issues and explain things to me in terms I can actually understand and to be very honest we started going back to Firestone EP because Jeremy came back - when he was gone for a while I felt my car wasnt getting the greatest service they had to offer (because I knew they could do better) and if Shawn wasnt working we didnt go and took it to another shop. The reason we go back is because of great managers who make sure their guys are doing their all to make customers happy.

I dropped my truck off at 3 pm (kicking rocks at the mall) until 6:50 pm, only to be told that they could not get my vehicle in for a simple wheel alignment. Thank you for wasting my afternoon!I have been a customer to Firestone for over 20 years, and after today and endless BS, I am DONE. The worse customer service ever!!

Absolute morons who do not even know what kind of vehicles theyre making appointments for. You will definitely waste your time and money coming here I suggest you go to a real shop, maybe one that knows what theyre about to work on. If youre wondering what this is about, all 94-02 dodge ram 3500s are dually trucks therefore when I make a damn appointment for one, you do not make me drive to you just to tell me its too big we cant do duallies typical of these shops to rob you blind on labor and parts but fail to maintain a proper universal shop.

Great customer service! I have been to 2 Firestone shops in the past and had a very bad experience and for years have avoided returning. This particular shop was great, they had a very friendly manager who gave us a great deal on our repairs.

Got condescending service from front desk techs, and was recommended a $700 fix for an emissions code that has returned multiple times since that service was done. Not sure this is the most honest shop. Wont be back.

Began going there in April 2018 and experienced shaking when breaking after brakes, calipers, rotors, and everything was replaced. Replaced control arm. Shaking continued...replaced rotors under warranty, and then new struts, new tires, new wheel bearing and the list goes on and on from recommend parts. Now Im getting the rotors done for the third time at a different Firestone bc guess what? They are warped again. Clearly some over torquing or improper installation.

They broke the hood of my car and when I went back to them, they wont fix it. I said my car starts beeping because it thinks something is not closed properly (which was the hood). They said to show it somewhere else and as it was Sunday not many shops were open.The guy at counter was very rude and asked me what kind of locality I live in. He said cant you keep you car at a safe place and keep it open so that it does not beep until Monday and show it to another mechanic.He broke the hood of my car and is not ready to fix it and is asking me what kind of area I live in! Thats very unprofessional. I will never go there again.

Would highly recommend to all my family and friends. Was taken care of from the get go from Jeremy and was always made sure I was highly satisfied with the work. Even if it was a random noise, he would make sure my car was looked inside out to find the problem.

It did not seem like there was a appreciation for my business on this visit. I been customer last 10 yrs. at the time of car alignment just ask tire rotation they ask me to pay. never been ask to pay tire rotation before. I had 9 clock appointment they didnt even touch car 25 mins

Took my car in to get new tires and my alignment done. The car didnt pull when I took it in and after having them work on my car it pulls WAY to the right. I took it elsewhere and it turns out 1) The alignment was way off on both sides, in fact, they are pulling in two different directions. 2) They put the complete wrong type tires on my car... this is tires 101. The auto manufacturers tell you what class of tires to put on and they decided to put on some random tires 3) When replacing the hubcaps and lug nut covers, they did it wrong (new mechanic isnt even sure how they screwed this up as there is only one way to put them on) so that they would have eventually fallen off. Within months of having them fix my car, I am having to pay someone else to fix their fix I am only giving them 1 star because 0 stars isnt an option.

Liars & thieves is the best description I can write. I took my Mazda Protege in for snow tires and when I went in to pick it up they told me the front brakes were low, this is true, I asked how much to put brake pads on? They quoted $400, I said that is a lot just for pads and they told me I needed discs also, this is a lie. I know this because my wife took my car into the Hopkins Firestone store 30,000 miles ago and they ripped her off the same way by telling her quote Mazda uses thin brake discs and you MUST replace them every time you change front brake pads, this is a lie verified by Morries Mazda dealership. I asked to see the discs and the measurement that showed they were too thin to use, are you surprised to hear that the discs were no longer there to see, you shouldnt be as they are LIARS. At the Eden Prairie store I said no thanks to the brake ripoff and looked at my bill where I saw a $30.00 charge for getting the tires sent to the store. I asked if he was really going to charge $30.00 to get Firestone tires to a Firestone store and the answer is yes, as I said LIARS & THIEVES, do not make the same mistake I did go some place else.

WORST PLACE EVER! Charged $800 for Spark Plugs and said my HEAD GASKET was broke and they could fix it for $3100. Took it across the street to Holman Auto. and he said the Head Gasket was fine - Firestone is a bunch of liars looking to make money only. They dont care about you or your car. KEVIN is the worst mechanic, knows nothing.

Simple and easy to get oil changed

CAUTION!!!! If you want your car to be fixed, DONOT go to their shop at Eden Priarie. The mechanic not only doesnt know how to repair your car but also how to diagnose it, though they charge you lump-sum for it. My Service Engine light was switched ON and it was a Sunday so had no options but to take my car to them. The manager wont pull up the codes till the time you donot go for ENGINE diagnostics, which they charge a lot. He came back with a list of options to which I got all the engine repairs done (and they charged a lot for that, more than any place in town). I asked again and again to the mechanic and the manager if the car is 100% fixed and they assured me that everything would work perfectly and claimed the mechanic knows everything. But when I drove my vehicle, it was really rough and the Service Engine light again came up. This time when I went back after spending a fortune, they gave me an impossible quote and said this is a new set of problems which werent there then but have come up now. I doubt if they have worked on my car as the mechanic hardly worked on my vehicle and knows nothing. In a weeks time the car again broke down. When I asked about the problem, the manager was really rude and was trying to take advantage of my situation as I had already paid. If Firestone wants to maintain their standard they should look into the situation of this centre. If anyone needs any clarifications, I have both (my receipt of the work done) and the new quote, check the two dates and they are just a week apart. I would NOT recommend anyone to this shop but rather BEWARE of them. They will surely make sure that they loot you entirely for replacing those parts which arent necessary and not solving the issue so that you come back again and spend on other stuffs which result due to their mistake. This is sheer negligence of professionalism and integrity towards any job.

I made an appt online to get a tire repaired. When I arrived, I was told that making appts online is unreliable for them, and they were already overbooked. Left the lot with a nearly flat tire, but not until I finished this review. If you know that your system is broken, then fix it! What a waste of time and gasoline!

Got me in very quickly (as a walk-in) and was able to track down the problem with my car (bad alternator) without much of a wait!
