Want to give a shout out to the great staff at Mattress Firm in Eau Claire. I was in need of a mattress, and due to a personal tragedy was probably not their greatest client of the week let alone the day.They work with me to find exactly what I needed.They even double checked on when I would receive it, and my old mattress would be picked up.It may sound so simple, but I needed something special and they were willing to work with me to find the right one. We had a great experience. We were looking on line for a mattress for our son. We went in to Mattress Firm to look around found a better mattress for about the same price. We felt a lot more confident being able to lay on it and make sure that it was what we wanted.

Great place great friendly service. The store had a great high quality inventory. The sales person was very helpful. I am shopping for a mattress for my RV. The sales person was actually honest and said I might want to double check the mattress size cause sometimes in RV the size can vary from normal mattress sizes. I did leave with out a purchase but once I double check sizes I will definitely be returning because the sales person was honest and great selection. They also offered many great finance options I was not aware of but that were explained.

We walked in to this store, completely unsure of what we wanted, or needed. The manager was kind and friendly and helped us pick out the perfect bed to fit our budget. Me and my partner walked out satisfied and will probably go back for any future mattress purchases. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I did some comparison shopping and found that Mattress Firms prices were fair in comparison to other stores in the area. The whole experience didnt take too much time, and it was nice to find what I wanted without having to go into the store at this time.

My mattress purchase went extremely well, very smooth. They answered every question with confidence so they know their matress types/who theyre good for, comfort level and cooling effect (if any). I needed to make a change in my order after speaking to my husband - all it took was a call to the store requested the change and they were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this store - prices are good, all the employees are very nice and knowledgeable!
