They had a great selection. But the real winner was the clerk. She was so helpful, she let us know how much we needed of what things. I will definitely return to that store.

Store is very unorganized and the younger girl working literally walked herself and another customer right in between myself and two other customers without even saying excuse me to anyone and was grabbing for things in front of me. Instead of waiting for someone to leave the aisle or going around, she just squeezed them into a already crowded aisle... social distancing at it’s finest!

Sallys is the best! This location in particular has extremely helpful staff that actually know what theyre talking about. You can tell they enjoy working there and the products and variety is amazing not to mention all the money I save from not having to pay retail price.Plus who doesnt love a store that makes you more beautiful? One of my favorite places to shop.

I was shocked at what great service and such a nice team they now have in this store. I was in there about 8 months ago and was treated so poorly I said Id never go back. But I decided to stop in real quick for some color and was greeted by a wonderful team. They were more than willing to help. The color specialist (wish I knew her name) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my experience and I will definitely be back.

Customer service was great! Employees were very helpful, educated me of store products, expressed different options of products to use for hair coloring. Overall, a great experience.

I love Sallys..In particular this one. Always have friendly staff willing to help you out and they never hesitate to answer your questions. Shelves are always stocked and if they do not have it they will get it for you.

The last two times Ive gone to this store since they changed management my experience has been negative. This last time I was blatantly followed around this store and watched like a hawk as if I was going to steal something. The gay man that works there is very blatantly racist. He stood in the entrance to the combs and brushes isle with his arms folded and a look of disgust on his face and watched me. I looked at him and then he abruptly started pretending like he was straightening up the shelf. I believe he did this because Im black. There were no other customers in the store. If I didnt need the items I purchased so badly I wouldve just walked out. The short dark haired woman at the register is rude as well and has a nasty unfriendly attitude. I will never shop at this location again.

Went there yesterday after my stylist ruined my hair, jackie helped me so much she didnt try to push me to buy something, she knew her stuff and her tips n tricks helped me alot... Its nice to go somewhere where people know what theyre doing! Thanks for your advice jackie!

I’ve been here 3 times and will not come back! I came in today and needed stuff to bleach my hair and when I asked for help they acted as it was an inconvenience. The one girl pointed to what I needed but wasn’t really clear and the bigger girl with glasses was really rude. She complained that it had been so slow until I proceeded to walk in and then it’s busy. When the big girl cashed me out she rushed me and was really rude. Overall I would not recommend this Sally’s I’ll go out of my way to go to the one in Troy

The big girl with the septum piercing was rude and not personable at all. She looked like she hates her job and totally made me feel unwelcome. I will never come here again and would not recommend anyone else to either

I was in there while a woman decided to berate and belittle the employee working. Very impressed with how Jordan the cashier handled the situation. The staff is friendly and kind and always help me with what I need.

I’ve been to this location twice. While I found the products I was looking for with no problem. The employees here are terrible! Very unfriendly and rude! They act as if their annoyed by your presence. The store is also small dark and shabby looking. I will go out of my way to go to the location on Gratiot in Roseville. They have zero customer service skills!

The ladies that were there were very detached and not concerned about my needs in the store until I came up front to make my purchase and also she claims they had no professional sales papers. Which I know was a lie. I believe it was because I was black.

Went in here with no idea what I needed. I originally had blonde hair dyed it brown. I could see Greys coming in with brown so wanted to die it back blonde as not to show as much grey. I originally used boxed dye blonde turned my hair orange. So I read if you use Ash blonde it will take the orange out. Dyed it again still orange. So I walked in to Sallys tell the ladies there my issue with my hair. One girl takes me straight to one and only fix permanent hair color remover. I also got a blonde dye from them. So I get home use the color remover right away! My hair is blonde! There is still light orange tones but barely shows and for this Im so thankful. She did tell me I most likely will have to use the remover twice because my hair is constant dye in dye for years. Gonna use it again tomorrow hopefully fully gone then. Thanks for your help there at Sallys you really know your stuff! So thankful to not have orange hair anymore!

Sallys is a bit pricy compared to other beauty supply companies, but if you perfer friendly and helpful service over one where people arent friendly or helpful and wont even smile at you most of the time, then youll find that the extra cost is worth every penny.
