We satisfied with our new tires and the work performed. The young man who performed the work was very professional and accommodating. He went out of his way to add the extra tire pressure needed for the weight of our trailer. Everyone in the office was very friendly and thorough meeting our needs. Mid-atlantic is a great tire service place! I got two new tires at the beginning of July 2021. I also got an alignment. Its been a month so far and everything has been smooth on the road. Ive been driving a lot this summer and havent had any issues. They are very helpful and provide great service. Would highly recommend going to Mid-Atlantic!!

I took my car here to have tires mounted, balanced and aligned back in December 2020. I have never been more impressed with a tire service center as I have been with Mid-Atlantic Tire. The road-force balancing and complimentary Nitrogen fill are premium services that I appreciate. Ben & Terry are the most friendly and helpful customer service associates I have ever encountered in any automotive type business. I highly recommend doing business with this establishment. I typically distrust car service businesses and I do the majority of the maintenance on my vehicles, however I would not hesitate to bring my car here again for service due to the high level of quality provided.

Mid Atlantic gave me one of the best experience when I needed a repairs on my tire and brakes. The employees were courteous and friendly. I got an appointment the next day. They were upfront with the estimate and the final bill was very close to the estimate. They gave me a loaner car so I wouldn’t have to sit there all day. Their service is fast, efficient and practical. I would recommend Mid Atlantic for repairs.

The team here is awesome. I have been to other reputable tire shops in Easton. I can say I found my go to place! Easy going, knowledgeable, fair prices. I got 4 new tires, oil change. Ben found a grease leak but didn’t pressure to get it fixed and was honest saying we had time. I will take all of my cars there and recommend to give them a try! You won’t regret it!

Friendly, Courteous, Knowledgable, and Understanding, definitely old school above and beyond is how its done! Clean and comfortable atmosphere, I went in for new tires, mounted, balanced and an alignment check. They addressed the other issues with my vehicle, fixed the tire pressure sensor, topped up my oil, and when I was rooting around for the hub cap I had stored in my hatch, they came out to see if I was okay (😁there is a method to my madness by hiding presents amongst the chaos, works every year) Thank You, Terry, you and your team have a new customer!

Terry and Ben were super helpful from beginning to end. Not only were the guys here able to identify the brakes issue with my Audi S5 (no small feat), they even hunted down replacement parts on ebay when they werent available from the factory because of COVID. In between getting the brakes repaired and refreshed, Terry dropped me off at home and also picked me up after the weekend with a loaner vehicle that allowed me to take care of some errands and not be without a car. This is what great guest service looks like and I know I wont be taking my Audi anywhere else for servicing on the Shore. Highly recommended.

Mid Atlantic is the best tire spot in Easton. From the great customer service Terry & Ben gives to the excellent work you receive everytime you go. They have serviced 3 vehicles for me from tires to oil change to mechanical issues they always deliver!!

Great communication throughout whole service. Had a terrible noise on my car and they were able to get it fixed up in no time! They also wiped down my dash and cleaned the inside of my windows- a small thing to some but meant so much to me. They have a great team, best shop in town.

I asked asked Mid-Atlantic Auto and tire to do a thorough look over of my 2008 Honda Odyssey with $239,000 on it. They did find some major leaks of oil that I had from the road trip to Maryland. And the fact that I needed new brakes and rotors which I already suspected. However they did not find information about the transmission that was going bad, Im not sure if they had the technology to look over the transmission but within 2 weeks I was noted that I needed a new transmission. Had I had this information I would have been more knowledgeable about what to do regarding the other issues that they found. They did fantastic work I would absolutely recommend them again and use them again for the work that they performed and the prices were reasonable I just feel like I didnt get all the information I was looking for. They may not have had the technology to take care of those things I dont know if transmission is a completely separate diagnostic for vehicles

I purchased a set of new tires several years ago at Mid-Atlantic. The purchase included complimentary tire rotation every 5000 miles, and I have to say that their service is exemplary. They would also send me reminders that my next rotation was due. One time, I discovered a nail in a tire and went to Mid-Atlantic to fix it. They took care of it while I waited and didn’t charge me. I would definitely recommend them for tire and other services offered.

Im thinking only the good reviews are posted here. Theres always an attitude when walking into this shop like youre bothering them. We had to take vehicles back several times, using work and vacay time to finally get the job done right. Cody is the only expert and dependable mechanic in the shop. The last time was the last straw when treated poorly when an alignment was obviously not done properly. Instead of making it convenient or apologizing I was sent an email to accept a refund check and go elsewhere. WOW!

As someone who knows very little about cars Im always worried Ill be taken advantage of. I dont have to worry about that here. Great staff and fast service.

Came in 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday, unfortunately they did not have our tire type in stock but called around for us and suggested where to go, what price, and recommended a tire type. These guys are awesome! Had a flat tire and drove it on the Mercedes spare to the shop. I worked with Terry and got 4 new Michelin tires put on very quickly. They found some alignment issues which were corrected and even took care of a headlight bulb. They went the extra mile and repacked the spare, jack and all the accessories back in the trunk! That was a nice surprise when I got back to the farm.Full disclosure—I bought the tires through Tire Rack and had them delivered to the shop, as Mid Atlantic is an authorized installer. After the fact, i actually discovered that their price in the tires was the same as TR. I was experiencing a shimmy/vibration of sorts when slowing down &/or braking in my 2008 Chevy Equinox.I went to Mid Atlantic Tireas they are the only service center I have the trust & confidence in to safely & correctly manage all my vehicle needs on the eastern shore of Maryland.I spoke to Terry Johns the owner who has always exuded the highest quality professionalism and knowledge in any automotive service establishment I have been to in my 30 plus years of driving and owning vehicles of many types. Terry as always approached the situation with concern, caring and understanding. Terry wrote up the work order and passed it to the technician that normally cares for my car, Carlos.Carlos is simply incredible. His technical expertise has never failed at any task presented to him concerning my vehicle and has never had to refer work out.. As usual Carlos determined that my 2 front tires were a bit out of balance and the front end aliment needed some adjustment. Once Carols completed the required work there was no longer a shimmy/vibration when slowing or braking.To some these may appear to be simple task but, for me it is piece of mind that my vehicle will operate safely.The entire staff (Terry, Rich, Carlos Ryan & Cody) at Mid Atlantic Tire are always at the top of their game and ready to take on any challenge. Great personalities of everyone I came across. They were ready and waiting for me when I arrived! They reviewed with me everything they were going to do, and how long it will take. They then offered me a loaner car to use while I waited for no additional charge! Mind blown! When they were finished, they explained everything to me honestly. No pressure, just a real timeline that I can continue to drive my car before causing permanent damage or becoming unsafe. Something I can work with, with my busy schedule. That spoke volumes. The coffee, beverages, and cookies were a nice touch in this stress free, relaxed event. (Who says that when their car is in the shop?) What a wonderful experience each and every time! Tonight I arrived at two minutes to closing time with a very low tire, a sleeping child and a rambunctious puppy. I normally would not have gone in anywhere right at closing but I didnt feel like I could continue driving safely. Terry and his staff were not only helpful and proficient, but extremely friendly and welcoming. They immediately took my car back to put nitrogen in my tires and in the meantime, had treats for my puppy and candy, cookies, toys and TV to appease my sleepy child. It is very clear that customer service is a high priority. In about five minutes, my tires were done and they took the time to talk with me about preventing future issues. I have taken my car in for low tire pressure a couple of times before and have always had similar experiences. Not only will I be using them for my tire needs, but I will certainly be utilizing their other services as well. Highly recommended to anyone looking for professional, honest and reliable service and who really values their customers.
