Nice informative staff, kind and very low pressure to buy. They did not even make me feel stupid for not knowing what i was looking for...so i made sure i bought things. There is nothing like a low pressure salesmen that puts pressure on me to buy things cause i respect them.

Excellent, personalized customer service! They knew exactly what supplies were requested by my daughters middle school band teacher and even made recommendations based on skill level and comfortability. Also, if you arent in school, theyve got you covered on almost all musical fronts!

Pretty good selection of string instruments and percussion. I was looking for a very specific item and although they did not have it, that gentleman there gave me some pointers as to where to find it. Knowledgeable staff and a very nicely run store.

Went in without an appointment the other day to get my daughters clarinet fixed. They took care of it right away while I waited. That was awesome since I live in Moses Lake. I went back a couple days later and bought an alto sax from them. Very good customer service!

Service was so scattered and took forever. The prices are expensive! More than the Wenatchee music store. I needed to rent an instrument for my daughter. The paperwork you fill out is long and equivalent to renting an apartment. Had I known this I would have gone back to Avalon in Wenatchee. I filled out the paperwork and waited my turn in line, but as the man was helping me, he would stop and help someone else. This happened 3 times. All adding to my wait time. He needed to ring up the book I wanted to purchase, but before he did, he took someone else in line and rung up their items. They hadnt even been in line for 2 mins whereas I had been waiting my turn for 10. So frustrating that he couldnt have told them to wait as he was already helping someone. ALSO, the instrument wasnt working correctly. Air was not passing through. My daughters music teacher had to fix it. Ill be going to the Wenatchee side for any further rental needs.
