Worst place to order from. I ordered on 5/3/2020 to be delivered on 5/8/2020. It item was never delivered. I called from 11am over 20 times and no answer. How is this a business and you dont answer the phone. How unprofessional is this! DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received after there was a mistake made with an order I placed online for someone’s birthday. I contacted the store to address the error with my delivered order and the manager on duty, Tiffany was inconsiderate and rude. She told me the balloon I ordered must have flown out of the truck. “Things happen,” she said. “This is a moving van that makes multiple stops,” she added. My order was also missing a plush teddy bear and I was not happy but made sure to remain respectful. The phone connection was filled with static and cutting out, meanwhile Tiffany accused me of being “hostile” during the phone conversation. I was offended immediately because I was actually being patient but I did expect her to be a tad bit apologetic. She offered me a refund and didn’t take time to see what she could do to remedy the situation. It is clear Tiffany did not care about me as a customer and wasn’t the least bit concerned about my level of satisfaction. In fact, she seemed as if she was annoyed and bothered. The planned birthday gift I ordered was delivered, missing items I had paid for and again, like anyone else, I was disappointed. I live in Houston, TX and depended on this New Jersey location. If I lived in NJ I would never patronize this location, ever again. In my opinion, you should take your money and your business to an establishment that prioritizes customer service and attention to detail.

I have used Edible Arrangements, several times for different events. Birthdays, send to homes of bereaved, get well, etc. it has been my experience that the recipients enjoy the fruit much more than flowers that die. Thank you for a healthy solution, that’s also a thoughtful gift.

I placed an order for my friend’s birthday to cheer them up during this time. Never received the order and they lied and stated the case was resolved to avoid giving me a refund. Just terrible.

Unprofessional unethical Rude and liars. Do not spend your money here. They are rude on the phone when you call to inquire about anything. The young women who answers the phone Need to be trained in phone etiquette and customer service. They lie and tell you they don’t have enough supplies for your order so I Called the corporate location and magically my order was out for delivery and they have enough supplies. Don’t waste your money here

Kay was so awesome and nice!! She really made the gift to my mom 10x greater . If you want good service and going above & beyond, ask for Kay . My mom loved her arrangements and I recommend this store !!! Love you Kay !!

I picked up an arrangement for my wife from here, it looked great and tasted even better! The person working was very friendly and helped my choose something that my wife would love. I was even able to get a smoothie while I was there, I recommend the kale and pineapple, absolutely fantastic! Will be coming back here for Valentines day.

Employee seemed bothered that I wanted to look in the book to pick out an arrangement. She went on to inform me of pre-made arrangements up front. I immediately saw her roll her eyes when I inquired if it would be possible to pick up a specific arrangement next day. Already seemed like she wasnt up to do any work. So instead, I opted for the pre-made. When I looked at closely after already purchasing it, I immediately regretted not getting an actual arrangement of MY CHOICE. The pre-made arrangement lacked fruits, completely scarce without resemblance to the actual photo. I ended up purchasing another arrangement in a more, upscale, neighborhood and actually got something that reflected what it should.

This is my go to spot! Great place to drop by and pick something up really quick. My wife and kids love their chocolate dipped strawberries. You cant go wrong with fruit and chocolate!

I placed an order, paid an extra 20 dollars for same delivery, just for my arrangement NOT to come in.. How disappointing, I do not recommend

Horrible place, employees and service! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. You will catch a charge dealing with these people at this location. I dont trust them with ANYTHING edible.

The lady who took my order was the absolute worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. She acted like I was bothering her and was very annoyed. One of the rudest people Ive ever dealt with. Get over yourself you work at edible arrangements not the Waldorf. I just had the worst experience at this location I called in about 30 minutes ago the employee was very rude did not want to help and hung the phone up on me when I showed up to order she gave me old strawberries and had a terrible attitude I asked her if there was an issue with me and why she was upset that I was giving her business she dismissed me and then told me when I asked for a new set of strawberries she told me first that she can do it then was upset and said you know what no I dont have strawberries I have been a long-term customer for Edible Arrangements for many years this is the worst location I have ever been to terrible customer serviceAnthony Giordano-Picerno
