Started working here not too long ago and the BRAND NEW STAFF has started to renew the store… everyone who was here before are all gone and the store is now being ran properly the way it should have been👌Working towards our version of perfection 🍓

Do not buy from this edible Arrangments / work here. This is a very corrupted work environment. I read so many customers reviews. This place will never change, if you have any issues with your orders you will never be able to speak to the owner. They make their employees lie to customers. Even if it’s the store’s fault giving out rotten fruit, had employees take fruits out of the trash I believe the health department should take another trip down there. If you’re looking for a job that only pays bare minimum even being a manager or working 7 days + no breaks, working 12/16 hour shift the day before holidays and doing jobs that are not in your job description this is the job for you. You cannot have any other jobs with this job. You can not ask for pay raises either and you don’t get paid time off so don’t believe the lies. The owner talks to you as if you’re nobody.

ZERO STARS!I was supposed to get what’s shown in the website. I ended up with NO PINEAPPLE, NO GRAPES, and only HALF of my strawberries were dipped. Rest of tray filled with PLAIN LITTLE strawberries. What a ROBBERY this is!!!!! Spent $72 and all manager could offer was a 6-piece fruit!!! LOST THIS CUSTOMER!!!

Very professional and quick customer service. Bouquet was a stunning show stopper and absolutely delicious! I walked in and ordered last minute, but walked out extremely pleased and happy within 10 minutes!!!

People(including myself) dont like reading long reviews...so im gonna keep it short. Im appalled at how this branch of EA conducts business. Wish I woulda read the FOURTEEN 1 star reviews on Google, terrible reviews on Yelp and sub par FB reviews before I dealt with them. Woulda went to the professionally operated one in Enfield CT. Had an absolutely terrible experience here. They messed up my order. Admitted to it. Zero apologies. Had the nerve to be rude and gave me attitude about it. After repeated calls to request the franchise owner to call me back I was told the owner doesnt talk to just anybody!!! The height of incompetence, unprofessionalism and disrespect. As a business owner, Im shocked that this location is still in business. Read the now 15 one star reviews and judge for yourself. I will NEVER spend my hard earned money with these clowns again!!!!

Great customer service here. I can always walk in and get exactly what i want even if I didnt call ahead of time. The chocolate covered strawberries and pineapples are always so good.

Awillis the staff member lied, by throwing her manager under the bus. Delivery never made spoke with Ashley who said it will be delivered the next day. No delivery at all, I call and get a song and dance, ask to speak with the owner Awillis didnt give the message. Still waiting for refund and to speak with the owner. I guess a customer isnt important. Will never order another edible arrangement, all we were looking for was a professional response. This was going to a medical practice for the nursing staff.

My son ordered a cookie/strawberries tray for a relative, who had an injury. The cost was $50, which included delivery. It arrived when I was visiting the relative. Other company was there. The presentation reflected no effort and the cookies were burnt. People tried to be polite and took cookies. As I sat there, however, I said to myself, “ This is wrong. “ I took a few cookies and paperwork to Edible Arrangements on my way home. I was told that I had to produce the tray and what cookies were left. . I went back to the relative ‘s home and got the tray. It amounted to 12 cookies. I. guess I was expected to get the half-eaten, burnt cookies from the trash to be believed by this establishment. . An excuse was given that the oven was new. So the burnt cookie tray should be acceptable ? For $50($35dollar tray, & $15 delivery) ? I was told I could get a dozen cookies the next day because they were closings at 3 pm. I felt like I was being treated like a thief trying to get “free cookies”...have better things to do with my time, folks. I wanted a refund or something to compensate for the poor product that was sent. I went in today and I was told that since I couldn’t produce the cookies I would be given 6 pieces of chocolate covered fruit. Not looking for freebies folks, just product worth a $35 purchase and the time I wasted here. . My son should have gone to 99 across the way and bought a gift card for dinner as his get-well gift. You all work too hard for your $ to be treated this way. Concept of fruit arrangement is nice. There should be pride in what this establishment offers. There is not, and they do not feel they have to be accountable.Photos here

Horrible customer service. First time ordering and will never order again. The girl dispatching the orders had a long face and the order is all sweaty. It doesnt look fresh. I cant believe this will be my mothers present. It looks horrible. What a way to start my day. The girl placed a balloon that said I love you and I asked her if she had one that said Happy Mothers Day and she never answered, she abruptly grabbed the arrangement and went to the back. My blood boiled I really had to control myself. I will never ever come back to this store again. I hope they go bankrupt. I feel like crying.

This was my first time ordering an Edible Arrangement locally. My Mothers Day order consisted of the A Delicious Mothers Day Gift combo, which was a fruit bouquet (mix of strawberries, chocolate swizzle strawberries, grapes, and the pineapple cut into flowers), a teddy bear, and a balloon. Had them delivered today.HOLY COW! This was so worth it!! My Mom looked so adorable with this bundle, and I wish I had sent the pics up so I could post them here, but the packaging was INCREDIBLE!! LOVED the presentation, the teddy bear was so cute and strapped to the front, a wonderful holiday balloon was floating over it, and it was almost a shame she had to take it apart. Inside a nice pink vase had the fruit, and she thought the pineapple was out of this world! Strawberries were tasty, I only tried one or two since there were a bunch, but they were DELICIOUS! Im sure Ill hear more from her tomorrow about how the grapes were. All in all this was a fantastic present and I will likely be using Edible Arrangements more often!Thank you so much for that amazing combo!! Really made my Moms day!

One of the worst experiences Ive had with a business like this. Called me 2 hours after delivery window saying it was going to be late. I asked for a refund instead (as my GF was out of work at that point for the day) and was told they dont do refunds. We therefore agreed to send it the following week at an aligned time window that worked for both the store and myself...they then missed that window. At this point I called and was told the store manager would call me the next day..she didnt.... Finally after talking to Corporate I got ahold of the local store manager who said they cant do a refund but could resend again. At this point I said just to send it to a local hospital as it wasnt about the money or the arrangement, I just wanted them to take accountability for how poor their store was operating...believe it or not they couldnt even do this without a formal address and person to deliver to......i should have listened to the reviews on here and stayed clear of this store.

Dont waste your money, especially on the cookies. I had a cookie/strawberry platter sent to a family member and they sent only half of what was in the description and to make matters worse, they were all burnt. The woman behind the counter had a not my problem snotty attitude when we came back to address the situation. Defeats the whole purpose of paying $15 for delivery when you have to go back to the store. Ive used them a few times in the past, never again. Better off buying them at a bakery where you can at least see what youre getting and at a better price.

Dont waste your money. This is the first review I have ever written in my life. The customer service is so poor that I am writing this review today to warn everyone.......I ordered an arrangement with MYLAY balloons for my mother who has a latex allergy. They delivered latex balloons to her. I called the East Longmeadow store 4 times and everyone tells me they cant do anything about it and I have to call back to talk to the manager. The manager wont come to the phone or call me back. I then called corporate and I was hung up on. I am a soft spoken mild mannered person, so am very surprised at the way they have been responding to me. Please dont waste your time or money with this store because youll regret it.

Ordered a sympathy arrangement during quarantine for a friend. Received a delivery confirmation but it was never delivered. THEY WHERE HOME! Called the store to get an explanation. Was given the run around and told I would get a call back. Nothing. Will never use the East Longmeadow store again.

Worst customer service ever if i could give o stars i will i ordered my fiancé a mixed box of pineapple an starwberries all fruit was half dipped fruit was overly rip their response was maybe white chocolate was to hot when put on fruit causing them to look like that Priscilla the manager tells me and my fiancé to send pictures in which we did her response was to her they looked ok first its not what you want its what the customer wants ive been in retail for 7 plus years manager for 5 this is no way to handle a situation worst manager ever doesnt need her job at all i spent 50 dollars an she wanted to give me a cheap 25-30 box for the pineapples that wasnt dipped in white chocolate but could do anything else so warning to all dont bother to come here better off traveling to west Springfield talking to someone in person

Ordered an arrangement online for Valentines day ...never showed up on time..never received a call saying it wasnt going to make it.. didnt even get it the next day..called customer service to receive a refund and 20 min later the arrangement magical shows up.. complete waste of time and money...will never do business here again..I advise anyone else not to either

ZERO STARS! My boyfriend sent me a valentines arrangement that never showed up. He never got a phone call that it wasnt going to arrive on time. Wheres the customer service? I got the arrangement a day late, old fruit, and the delivery driver had no sympathy. My phone call to the store resulting in getting the delivery fee waived.. I dont even want the fruit, I want a refund because he went and got me something else. Not acceptable!!

Doesnt have a price to put a smile on my wife .. order edible arrangements for same delivery and it pay off wife was so excited.. im pleased with the service everything was on point will definitely do it again..

If you like fruit, go for it.

Worst place ever never again they never pick up the phone and they are not even affiliated with certain edible arrangements and they take forever to deliver not the place you want to order from.

Fruit is fresh and delicious!

They never made the deliveries on time, I told them to do it between 8am and 1pm and they didn’t so I’m very disappointed and same thing last year with the store on route 5 West Springfield 😠
