These people are awesome. They have no problem with me bringing my ESA dog in the store. The young guy that work there is super nice, says hello to everybody when they walk in, and is always in a good mood. Hes the reason I drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to this store. The other lady who works there is very nice and helpful also. Amazing selection of EVERYTHING.

This is my favorite tobacco and more store!!! They have a wide variety of tobacco selections, cigarette tubes, tobacco related pipes and other tobacco related accessories. Very wide selection on the accessories. When I am in the mood to try a new tobacco pipe or other smoking related device this is my first stop. They have the cheapest prices of quality design pipes and other smoking devices products. They also had a wide range of preloaded flavored, disposable e-cigarettes. They have some of the coolest ashtrays and tobacco storage jars. They have a wide range of cigar papers, and cigar flavors, they have a large variety of inscense, air fresheners, and candles, and they even have a selection of colored contacts right now. This store really has a bit of everything. The staff are very helpful and have always been very kind to me. I would definitely recommend!!!

If you use tobacco this nice clean little store is about the most economical place to purchase it. There are no quantity discounts here. Check around if you buy cartons at a time to might find a cheaper price, but we have not. The inventory is eclectic so its a fun place to browse. They take safety seriously so be sure you have your mask.

Wish i could give 0. Im in here multiple times everyday. Had a wonderful report with the staff. Tried to go get a gatorade because Im diabetic a dehydrated, and the attitude I recieved from the old woman behind the counter was absolutely disgusting. I needed to pull my money off of the atm before i could purchase my drink and was unable to get my card out of the machine before she was ushering me out, before I could even make my purchase. Ive never encountered such unprofessional and rude service.If you dont like how late you stay open close earlier.If you dont like having customers? Quit.

I wish I had gotten the name of the guy who helped me [small build like mine, glasses, short curly hair] because he was determined to help me find what I was looking for. I needed a specific replacement piece for my water pipe, my roommates and I searched every store in our area but couldnt find it, and when we found something that might work we couldnt find it in the right size. This guy helped me sort through their infinite smoking parts collection to find something to replace the part I needed. Even though the part he found for me isnt typical for my water pipe, it works perfectly and he also found me a new bowl that worked better with it than my original bowl. He even made sure he could find it in blue to match my piece. He had a great attitude and knew the merchandise well. He didnt want to let me go until he did all he could to help me on my search. Will definitely return.

I bought 2 carton of cigarettes on Monday the 4th of April at a price of 74.66. I checked my bank account on Tuesday the 5th of April and two debits were charged to my account. One on Monday and one on the previous Saturday. I have filed a dispute!!!!! I will indeed post the results of this inquiry I have bought all tobacco products from this store for the last 7 yrs. I talked with manager on April 6th and he refused to do anything about the matter. Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere !!!!!!!!

Today,7/27/2013 I bought a cigarette rolling machine. When I home and opened the box,It looked as if it had been opened before. I read the instructions started rolling cigarettesThe machine would only fill 1/2 of the tube.We took the machine back to Discount Tobacco. They refused to exchange for another one or even upgrade. Ive shopped there for years and cant believe they would not exchange. I will not shop there again + I will contact the BBB.
