Orded prescription glasses over $650... now I am thinking of cancelling payment, however called a different store and found out that their AC was broken. I bought some sunglasses and when I popped the lens to replace it for some polarized the Frame chipped a bit, so I try to exchange them and they wont do it because it needs to be a major scenario like fully break or lens shatter.... they warranty sucks...

About a week ago I came in to purchase some Holbrooks. I was greeted as I walked in. Zach went above and beyond to suggest what they had available. He would check for things in the back and come back with suggestions. I was pleased with my purchase upon leaving.A couple days later I called back to ask a few questions on Oakley’s Prizm Deep Water lenses. Jeremiah answered the call. Once Jeremiah answered my questions and stating they did not have the lenses at their location, he suggested for me to leave my information and he would call back to see if there were available in other stores. Within 5 mins Jeremiah called back and told me specifically which store at the MOA had the lenses I was after. I went and purchased them.Would honestly recommend starting your Oakley journey at the Eagan location.

The dude helping me find glasses kept talking about his sword collection and harassed me for wearing a raiders nfl hat.

Ive shopped at this Oakley store a few times now and Ive always found the staff to be polite and professional. I returned again this week to find a pair of sunglasses to replace a pair I had stolen at a wedding and had a great experience working with Shannon. Not only did she help me find the exact pair I had stolen, but also helped me pick out a second pair to add to my collection. She had great knowledge about their lenses and I couldnt have left happier. Ill definitely be coming back the next time I need some sunglasses.

Absolutely love coming to this store. They have such great clothing for men and I have a lot of fun helping my guy friends pick out clothes here. They have such a huge variety of colors and styles! Plus of course, they have fantastic shades in endless varieties.

I come to the outlet in this area mainly for this store alone. Compared with the other Oakley stores, this one has the most sale items and I usually find a good deal. There are times when there are more sales item than others so check often. Sales staff are normally very helpful.

Do NOT go into this store!! We had the WORST customer service experience in my life! The employee kept belittling and criticizing us while we were trying to explain the issue and then said employee followed us out of the store while KICKING the back of my boyfriends shoes and then he got in his face (nose to nose to be exact!) and continued to smart off until two other employees had to restrain him and pull him back into the store. I will NEVER go back!
