Their where great and very helpful

A very nice feeling tonight. I ran into a dear friend when I first walked in.then the staff greeted me and tried to help me find a fairy sticker. Then I found my daughter in the clearance section with her husband. I also found what I was looking for right there in CLEARANCE. Everything I got was on sale. It was quiet in store. There were three employees and maybe 5 customers. Overall it was a great time for shopping at JoAnns.

I was there for curbside pick up. After 20 to 25 minutes I finally decided they must nut be doing curbside so went in. They looked at how long i had been there, apologized and gave some credit back on the order which was prepaid.

I was surprised to see the prices on everything, it was higher then I imagined on almost everything. when asking the employee what options I had to use a coupon she was very short with me and not helpful at all. I went to the scrapbooking section at Wal-Mart after here and found everything I needed for a fraction of the cost

They did not have a very good supply of heat transfer vinyl. Also, the coupons that say you can use them in store and do not say any ristrictions; they told me i could not use them.

Its pretty much the only crafting store in the area, but its pretty good quality.

Love love this place . Anything you cant find at your Walmart, you can for sure find it here . Service kinda sucks . Most of the workers dont know the name of items sold here . If you ask where something is located, except to be told they dont carry it . Youll have to find it yourself.
