Discount tire comes through for me everytime. My go to for all my tire service. Staff very friendly and good customer service.

Busy tire store, had an appointment, was done in approx 45-50 min. 4 tire replacent and balance.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Every employee I encountered was wonderful. Over the phone they helped me find the right tires for my camper. Took a few calls and days to order the right ones but never once did they make me feel like I was bothering them. Also I unexpectedly had a flat tire and brought it in for them to look at. Turns out there was a screw in the tire. They had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. I will always go here for my tire needs and recommend this place to everyone I know!

They were friendly, respectful, very efficient. They fixed my problem in the amount of time they said they would need. They even honored the price another business had given me which was cheaper. They didnt charge me! I got out of my car at the grocery, and my rear wheel was almost completely flat. I limped it to Discount Tire. They had one of their employees inspect the wheel, and thoroughly! The fellow spent about twenty minutes identifying the puncture, fixing it, and putting the tire back in place. When they brought the car around, the guy says, you dont owe us anything, Tire repairs are free. I was speechless, surprised and grateful. I am now a Discount Tire customer for life. Plus, while I was waiting there, I saw at least five cars pull in to have their tires inspected, quickly and efficiently. Something Ill be doing regularly.

I brought my car in today with what I thought was an unrepairable flat tire. I was prepared to have to buy a new one. Michael was extremely nice and suggested I let them check the flat first to see if they could fix it. They fixed the flat and saved me a lot of money. I appreciate a business like this one. They didnt try to sell me a new tire when I didnt really need one.

My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament and during the trip I had a low tire pressure sensor come on. We arrived in town after most businesses were closed. The next day I was at Discount Tire bright and early along with (4) other customers before they opened. When the doors opened every customer had a service rep taking care of them like they were the only customer at the store. Needless to say, I had a leaking valve core which ended up being (2) leaking valve cores. I told Julio my service rep I needed to be done by 9am, he said no problem. As a result, I was done by 8:20 and there was no charge, I said I gotta pay for something and their reply was have a nice day!!!! This customer experience is second to none!!! Thanks for making my stressful out of town experience a pleasure able one that I did not expect. I will definitely be buying my tires from Discount Tire!!!!

They been doing my car for the last five years had new tires put on at this store they never said to me not one time that my luv nut where strip but this time on the second tire rotation they said that they where strip so the young gentleman told the manager about them he said tell her she have to by new ones but mind you I really believe he strip them that day when they rotated my tires can some one help me plus every since the rotate my tires the tire light been on.

They did not give me my old tire back. I called next day. Michael said it had been recycled. Then he said it was in a big pile of tires and did not offer to go look or ask anyone else to go look. It was a Firestone and they do not sell Firestone so it would not have been hard to find. I was there at closing Wednesday night and I called Thursday morning. They also took my spare tire and put it in the trunk. Not under the equipment where it belongs. The trunk was empty. I will not go back. I’ve gotten tires there before.

Quick service but, check your valve stem caps...they forget to tighten which will fall off before your next rotation. Also, make sure you give them or show where your wheel unlock mechanism is located and that you get it back.

I was having the worst morning of the week... like crying/worst& THEN got the flat. got to discount tire& gabe was super patient with me& julios customer service was top notch... hate that I needed urgent service, but these guys made it quite simple for me

Professional, fast and friendly place. When the temperature drops, the tire pressure sensor quicks in one car or another of ours, and I always wonder if it might be a leaking tire. They always check all the tires, re-inflated to correct pressure, and provide any suggestions when needed. This service is FREE to all.

Very nice and helpful people, they always done a great job for me, I would highly recommend this store for your vehicle tire needs (I had tires mounted on two Land Rover SUV and a small passenger car). Would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family.

I have used Discount tire for longer than I care to remember. I went in for a flat repair. It was free, but took a very long time. If not 3 hours very close. I assume they must have been busy with appointments.

On my way in and a rep was coming to meet me. Got the service I needed. Was in and out. Friendly staff.

Very disappointed in this location. Out of all the locations I have been to across the country, the techs moved the slowest here. They hammered weights onto the back of my wheels and damaged them. Before this location, techs had only used tape weights. The biggest complaint and safety concern was they didnt buff a single one of my hubs or wheels. Something like this would get a tech suspended if not fired at my usual locations. This is against Discount Tire policy and can compromise the safety of the vehicle. At the end they finished off with the most aggressive snap torque I have ever seen, thus overtightening the lugs. With another location only 15 minutes away, I highly recommend you take your vehicle there.

Came here today to replace a flat tire and seal a slow leak in another. Every interaction I had was prompt and pleasant. I was genuinely surprised at the level of service and how smoothly everything went. Im originally from CA and the store out there was nothing compared to this. I made an appt online the night before, I was in and out in less than on hour. Thank you!!

I stopped in to get my air pressure checked and was told it was way too much air in all my tires. This was the first time checking my air pressure since buying my new tires. They had to have done this.

Very professional and friendly staff, definitely following covid-19 regulations. Very simple check-in. Came in to get some patchwork, was pleasantly surprised to learned it was free of charge. Would recommend 10/10.

I would definitely recommend this tire shop! I called to ask some questions on a Monday. They did a price match on tires and ordered the tires. The tires came in the very next day and they were put on that same week on Thursday!! Everyone was very nice and helpful there. And it only took 30 min for them to install the tires!

Working with Michael, Cal, Rigo, and other team members was phenomenal! I called as I was completing a journey to start another the next day and told them what was going on and they said come on. Keep in mind that this is at the end of the day and they were slammed with at least 15 before me and this is at 5 oclock and they close at 6. In my call, I told them I would look elsewhere, but Michael said come on!I wouldnt trade Michael nor his team for any other location or company!

My father paid for four new tires October 2019 he also paid for a warranty on these tires .suddenly my tires what youre supposed to have 32 in it have 14 air in it so we take it to Discount Tires I have to take off work to do this they do a leak test and informed me there is no leak in my tires so they rotated the tires did an alignment did not fix the tires that have a warranty on them. 3 days later I am on my way to work and my tire is flat yet again and everyday I have to put air in my tires. so I will have to miss another day of work two days off of my paycheck which means one bill will not be paid on time just to go back and God only knows what they will tell me then. If we had not gotten the warranty iam sure they would have suggested 4 brand new tires. Funny how the world works.

They are polite but rough on your rims.

I called at 8am and made and made an appointment for 4pm. When I got her I was told to wait in my car which was fine, but it took them 30 minutes to check me in and another 30 minutes to get my car in, and another hour to put them on. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and left at closing time. Why even make an appointment.

Why have appointments if you can NEVER honor them? Fourth time I have made an appointment and have waited over an hour past my appointment for nothing to happen. So frustrating to be told your next and watch other cars go into the bay. So messed up. Damaged tires I paid to warranty and can not get service.

Lucas Blanchard at the Durham NC store provided excellent customer service. I had pre ordered tires on line and when I arrived for my appointment they were not at the store. My first reaction was disgust however Lucas made it right and was very professional.

The guy took his time and explained everything to me. He was very patient!

Discount tire is an exception to the world of buying tires. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with the experience. Today was the third set of tires I’ve bought there. What I love is that they educate you, but support whatever decision you make. You could ask them to wrap duct tape around your tire and they could probably recommend the best duct tape to do it with!

I had a flat passing through, the cashier tried four times to sell me more than one tire. After an hour and a half of waiting I got a refund and drove 200 miles on a spare to the one in my town. Despite my town’s location being busier, they got me out of there in five minutes. Poor service from this location, and unfortunately the cashier was unpleasant.

Highly recommend this place me and my brother use this place for our tires.

Great service every time I go. My family and I have been going here for years and I had been looking for a specific tire to put on my mustang. I had been pricing them online and as always they came through with the best price for the lifetime of the tire, especially putting that type of money into them.

I had to get two front tires as a result of needing a front end alignment. Discount Tire had the best prices as I did some shopping around. Unfortunately Discount couldnt provide the alignment service so I had to get that done at another shop down the street. Service was pretty quick even though I stopped by shortly after 4pm. FYI...the tire rotation was free

Ordered tires online and made an appointment for my Mazda. They called to confirm receipt of tires and appointment the day prior; showed up 10 minutes early for appointment at 9am. So, I’ve been here a few times. I think the staff is extremely professional and polite and I’ve never had an issue with their service. I do, however, raise issue with some hidden fees. I had a consultation and conversation about replacing tires. I decided to get them replaced and made a choice on tires (making it pretty clear I was concerned about price). I was not informed of the additional fees that added close to 100 bucks to my total.I will totally admit that I should have asked. But I also wish they’d been more upfront about the costs. Thus, three stars. Recommended, but also recommend exercising a little more caution and a little less trust.

Spent over 1200$ on new tires and tire sensors. They installed the wrong sensors. They also told me they would let me know if I needed an alignment based off the wear pattern of my old tires. Which they did not tell me I needed one. After a 300 mile trip, I came back to tell them the tire monitor light still hasn’t gone off. They confirmed they were the wrong sensors. They had to order the correct ones. So I had to come back a 3rd time to get them swapped out. Waste of my time. After driving a few thousand miles I noticed my tires were wearing bad in the front. Went and got an alignment and they were out of alignment. Now I’m sitting up here waiting for them to rotate my tires. Which has taken over an hour and a half. Not to mention more than one customer has came in here after me and they installed a whole set of tires on their cars before they finished tire rotation. Not a very happy customer. Do not recommend this location to anyone.

They had two good use tires at 45 dollars a piece which was good. Now I regret getting them because the bank came I got my car last night. Now, I could of used that money to pay my storage fee thats due Wednesday. I just hope I dont lose what I have left. Overall I always use Discount Tires for that purpose. They are a trust WORTHY company and I would recommend them to anybody

Great value! Staff and service can be a little hit or miss at times (guy was in the service bay playing on his phone one time) but normally very good. The warranty is absolutely gold! For the price, it is invaluable to us particularly living in Durham, the pothole capital of the world.

Big Dog came through with the Hummer. Tires were replaced...told the rep not to change back spare... Of course he did EXACTLY what I told him NOT to do. The guy I spoke with on the phone was nice. When I got to the store, I spoke to another who asked me three times what kind of truck I had, then I informed them that the lug nuts I had purchased elsewhere was in the front passenger side, but they came back and asked again, then they were incredibly slow. Got there about 12:30 and didnt leave until after 3pm. They never offered a warranty on the tires which my Burlington store does. Just a total cluster.

Guy named Jacob helped me air up my tires. He was extremely kind and answered all my questions. He deserves a raise.

I walked in with a specific tire that I found, in stock at this store and said that this was budget price range. I was presented with an up sell option that was $40/tire more than I asked for. Even when I said that my budget was a specific amount, I was presented with another option that was still $15/tire more. The positive is that they presented ratings information that justified the cost. After agreeing on a tire, I was presented with maintenance and insurance costs like they were a an expectation, not an option. And although I would have taken maintenance package, they just assumed and added these costs in, increasing my overall bill by $160.I agreed on a tire and left the store with an estimate completion time of 30 minutes, requesting a call when my car was complete. An hour and a half later, I called them to inquire on my car and was answered with, yeah, its done. I picked up my car and checked the tires. There was excessive lubricant all around the tires that had not been wiped off. I then checked my psi readings and found that all of my tires varied as much as 4 psi and all of the tires were over inflated, one by over 7 psi.

Ben P, the manager on duty was extremely helpful in making my new tire purchase smooth. I called just 30 minutes before closing and advised that I was interested in picking up 4 tires for my truck and that I would be running a little late. He gladly obliged with my delay and told me it wouldnt be a problem if I was coming in past closing time. Upon arrival, the team showed me the tire that I was looking at to ensure it was what I needed. Thorough with their work and knowledge, cant thank the team enough at Discount Tire - N/Roxboro Street in Durham!
