Continuing experiencing difficulty with receiving forwarded parcels and posts, despite forwarding address being provided.

Bad location. Poor service. Called this afternoon to confirm how late they would be open. The guy who answered advised they would be open until 6:30 pm. And of course when I arrive at 5:40 they are already closed. The local Walgreens offers FedEx package drop off that is much more reliable. Do not recommend this store.

I’m putting together binders for my company and decided to use the store to print off individual PDFs, at least that’s how I submitted it online. However, when I received the hundreds of pages back, the PDFs were not printed off individually but all as one group. Therefore I could not separate them alphabetically or numerically because they were all printed together. I called the manager and she stated that she did not have time to print off the PDF individually even though that’s how I submitted it. I will not use this store anymore, I will drive down to Sherman from now on.

They certainly seem to have some difficulty getting packages to the right place and on time. Seems they love to hang out around the richer parts of town 🤔 Pretty good tips, boys? Or do you just like to goo and ahh at all that stolen wealth? Were in the process of taking care of it. Those bumkins can think twice if they think there going to just hand it all over to their little brat offspring. UPS is a great way to send and receive stuff like laptops and things from family members.

When I go into The UPS Store to ship my packages I usually get the same person who is just there, no conversation unless she needs the method of payment. Today I went in expecting the same service, but was very surprised. Today I had Eric, he went out of his way to make sure that I had the correct packaging and that I had the correct address for mailing. Even reconfirmed the shipping preferences. Thank you Durant UPS for making this positive change.

So, I place an order on amazon for a set tires. They arrive under 1 tracking number wrapped in plastic. Unfortunately the tires are the wrong ones so i request a return, get 1 tracking number and go to UPS to ship them back. I am now being told that even though they shipped that way. All tires need to be INDIVIDUALLY BOXED IN CARDBOARD AND NEED AN INDIVIDUAL TRACKING NUMBER FOR EACH. Why is there a double standard for shipping? With this pandemic i cant afford more boxes. Thats why i bought tires off Amazon in the first place.

Everytime a pkg arrives at the durant center it takes 3 days to be moved out from there only to travel 30 miles east. I track my pkgs and everyday these pkgs get scanned but never depart for 3-4 days. And then to be sent to a post office to be delivered.

Staff had no idea how to send COD pkg. Argued with me that UPS does not offer the service. I had sent several items from this location COD. Finally another employee decided that UPS does offer the service and then refused to send the item because it was a spring to to repair a civil war era rifle. Very small Spring in a pkg. We dont ship guns they said over and over... Waisted of 30 minutes. Went to Sherman UPS and sent it out COD in 5 minutes with no prob...

Payed 105 dollars for next day delivery of medical supplies and it set in their office for 2 days took 5 days to deliver and even though advised on Google the refund policy they said ups does not honor that policy just advertise it

Please buy your carriers a gym membership because if they cant carry a 35 pound box without dropping it and breaking the content then they dont need to be there! Plus my package was DESTROYED! So Ill pay the extra penny to ship through the postal service!

First time and last time I go in there. The manager was rude and wouldnt let me ship my box because it had a small bump in it. So she said I would need to buy a new box. No problem until she took everything out of my old box and told my mother and I how we had packed it all wrong. When she measured for a new box she argued with my mom about the size.So she got the new box and told my mom and I along with my cousin standing there she would have to pack it according to the store rules because a customer couldnt pack thier box inside your store.Once she finally got it packed at this time Im more then annoyed. She cuts the box down. Which it all could have fit in the smaller box. She produces to tell use so will charge for shipping according to the size and she wont charge a packing fee.NOT a good experience at all!!

Love the local store personnel. They are very helpful.

Had multiple return labels I needed help with, first time, for Amazon returns. Along with help getting them in the store. As a manager myself, customer service gets you a long ways. HELP them. Frustrating when I ask for help and get blown off.

Came in to buy a couple of boxes for shipping. Tyler was helpful and had great customer service.
