Wow. First, pricing is great. Tax included in pricing made it so convenient. Holden was incredibly helpful in acquiring my selection. I’ll be back for some tea. Google maps seemed to not quite know the entrance it’s tucked away in a small plaza. blink and you may miss it!

The bud tender did a decent job of answering my questions and his suggestion on which product to purchase was spot on. However as a novice I feel like he could have went a little more into detail with his other products. It was towards the end of the night and perhaps he was ready to go home. So I have to ding you 1 star because honestly, I would have spent more $.

Sign on door says “this is NOT a cannibis dispensary” what the heck?

Have to be honest... this was by far the worst shop I have ever been to.#1 their premium priced bud is $700 an oz.#2 their buds in all containers were tiny pebbles except for the $700 oz.#3 no menu was provided offering little assistance on what we were looking for.#4 the same guy checked my ID multiple times and I’m 35 so I guess he just forgot but annoying.#5 a quick trip down the road showed me what I was looking forI still bought 2 G’s to be nice and try them on their second highest offerings which were decent at best. Anyone that knows the market knows even the best of the best doesn’t run more than 400ish. This store is exploiting the traveler or wealthy first time experience customer that doesn’t know they’d re being robbed until they tell a friend down the road.

Amazing service! Heavenly prices and great product! You may see reviews down there about a few bad experiences, as for anything, you cant please em all. HOWEVER. This place is amazing. Ive been a customer for Years and never had ANY bad experiences. The employees are all friendly, helpful and patient. I LOVE my FREE product from my punch card and I have never been rushed to make my purchase. Give them a chance! Theyre amazing!

Was staying at Purgatory resort last weekend and I was in need of some more marijuana products, just a quick drive from the resort back into Durango. They have an excellent collection of cannabis products. I especially like their edibles selection.

Telluride was one of the dispensaries I stopped at in Durango. I had better experience at others. Definitely felt rushed and the person that was supposed to be helping me was rude.

Ive been going here for a couple of years now, and up until recently, its been a wonderful place. Ever since Ive had to start placing my order online, Ill show up to pick up my stuff, and generally its correct, but the past couple of times, it just didnt really seem like the budtenders care. I was charged for a half oz and got an 1/8, and the bud Ive been receiving is super small and has a lot of stems in it. I feel like Im being ripped off, but Ive been recently buying just cartridges from here and my flower somewhere else. I hope they fix whatever is happening soon.

My boyfriend and I came in earlier today and got great customer service from one of the budtenders. We didnt get his name, but he made the whole transaction effortless. We also forgot to leave a tip but we will tip extra well on our next visit in the near future!

Love this place. Mainly due to the cheap prices, but the employees there are also super nice and very responsive. The buds here are normally very good. The location is also a plus because its right off of main street and is easy to notice from the road.

They’ve got the dank. Good prices too. Honestly I think this place is a go to if you are balancing quality and quantity. It’s slow paced, low pressure and the people budtending are always very nice. The lighting in here is nice and dark. You have too drive across town for this one, so I think that’s why it’s never very crowded.

Bought a bong here recently, when I got it home I realized it was actually a dab rig. I like dabs too so it’s not a big deal but I wanted something to smoke flower out of, this doesn’t work for that purpose due to the bowl being to close to your hair and eyes for you to light it.It was sold to me as a bong and came with a bowl but it just wasn’t workingI put my spare dab slide in it and it is an excellent dab rig.Now I know the difference between the two, but unfortunately it was a 70$ lessonThe rating is because I feel the bud tender should have already known the difference.Good weed though

I have been a customer here for the past year and am familiar with the products they have. The quality of bud has been steadily declining while the price has increased. With the change to mobile ordering, the size of bud has decreased. You recieve a lot of popcorn nugs with stems. Most of the workers here are fantastic though.

Overall this place is alway my go to place to buy bud the employees are extremely helpful. during this whole craziness with the virus going on. Go online and then call. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Staff is unprofessional and rude (especially Lacie). Was told one thing over the phone and another in person. I called BEFORE HAND to make sure what I wanted was available. Was assured it was and when I got there was told something completely different. Tried to call back to for a resolution and was continuously hung up on. My time and money is just as important as the business and I would appreciate if its treated that way. Ended up getting 2 grams of SHAKES for what I was told would be 1/8th of dank flower. Usually go here for good deals but Ill pay extra at Durango Organics for better flower and the exceptional customer service. Will NOT be a returning customer and will spread the word about the poor customer service skills your employees portray.

Telluride Bud Company has been taking excellent care of us since they opened their location here in Durango. The staff is on point and their deals are always fantastic. Samuel is super sweet and personable, and very helpful as well...I definitely recommend checking them out!

They have an online order counter that is never open so when an online order comes in they some how get to cut everyone in line.I’ve ordered online several times and my orders are never ready and tonight when it was my turn, they check an ID and this lady gets to somehow get in front of me as I was literally at the counter. Order was not ready, I hate to wait several more minutes. No fair.

What I encountered while browsing at Telluride Bud Co was a relaxed, yet enthusiastic vibe and only a few people waiting in line. Lots of green eye candy on display and the usual accessories. The bud tenders wore lovely smiles and had no problem answering my questions and suggesting a suitable strain. They have a smaller selection compared to other stores yet the prices are hard to beat. They have a great customer rewards program which allows you get get some great deals on different products and the staff is super helpful.

This place was awesome! I came for a day trip from NM where I work at a medical dispensary, which made me slightly picky on my bud purchasing. The cannabis and customer service here were outstanding! The budtender made sure to cut off any excess stems from the bud to assure I paid for the accurate weight. I didnt get this courtesy at the two dispensaries I visited on Main Ave. I will definitely be coming back! Good vibes all around.

We were the first customers today. The lady that helped seemed like she was on edge having a bad day but plesent. We were told that my husband was a veteran we would get 20% off, when we got our total we were told there was no discount on flower. I said ok I am confused . The other bud tenders voice became very angry and he started getting arumentive and said he heard the lady bud tender tell us there is no discount on flower today. I said I dont need your argument. He said well you can leave and I did. In all the mess the male bud tender put his hands on my hisband he assaulted him. My husband is a military veteran and this is the thanks he gets for fighting for our freedom people who have no compassion even with a service anamal I am just glad he did not have a flashback because of the way this budtender chose to handle the situation. If you are lucky we might come back. So if you want great service in any way shape or form pass this dispencery by.

Don’t go here. The staff is extremely rude every time I go, it doesn’t matter which bud tender. They’re all unhappy to be there and help you and it shows. Also, It’s a tourist trap and while they have jars of nug I always end up leaving with low quality shake.Literally any other store in town is better. Homestead on hwy 3 does $80 ounces and their bud tenders aren’t slow and rude.Avoid this place at all costs, the prices aren’t worth the wait or service.

Been there done that. This place was a pleasant different kinda experience. Much more personalized then any other establishment ive had the pleasure of doing business. I am a local who visits this place quite often. The customer service there has always been good until today. We had an encounter with Kristy, very rude person. If you dont like your job or dont have people skills then maybe find a different job! This one experience with this individual will make me find somewhere else.

I drive up from Aztec thinking I was gonna purchase some rosin from this dispensary with great ratings and grow their own product.Unbelievable, they only carry BHO products, no resin.I left with my money in my pocket and sadden that I made this visit to a high rated dispensary that chooses not to carry safer alternatives for dabbing.

Went there 3 times and was happy till the last time. Got an ounce of the $100 special and should have checked the weight at the store but didnt. The next day I got to thinking how the container didnt look like an ounce so I weighed it myself and came up with just under 19 grams. WTF Telluride? Is this your policy or do you have a thief working for you? Thursday noon time and a girl did the weighing. No sense complaining now that I left the store - Just a warning - CHECK THE WEIGHT AT TELLURIDE. A suggestion - have your tenders show the customer the scale with the bud on it and get their ok before putting it in the container. NO, your scale was NOT facing me - it was facing her and there were things between it and me, blocking my view. Im sure your store doesnt have a policy of ripping off customers but maybe that bud tender does, or doesnt know how to read a scale.
