Great shopping experience. Plenty of variety in grocery, snacks, meat, clothing, sports accessories, toys, alcohol, beverages so on and so forth. Customer service is excellent. They have clean washrooms too inside the store. Ample parking space. They offer pick up options too. All in all surely would recommend this supermarket.

I had an amazing experience Ms Tee and Ms Rhonda went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service even when they could have easily said no. These ladies are truly wonderful and helpful, I cant stress enough that they didnt have to help they were closed yet still stayed a few more minutes to assist me. I really appreciate it and I am very grateful for your excellent and exceptional customer service!

Seemed clean enough. I just wanted change. They replaced all registers with self check out, which seemed kind of lazy for a large store like Walmart. The lady asked me to make a purchase to get change, which seemed kind of disingenuous for a large store like Walmart. Little tactics like this might signify a loss in quality, maybe be mindful when shopping here

Atrocious, rude, unprofessional customer service. I processed my marketplace return online- to be delivered in store. Arrived at 10 AM, ONLY person in line. The woman at Customer Service was busy reading on her phone ( apparently more important than doing her job??). Looks up at me and waves a finger at me, gesturing to come up to the desk. I present the return, in its original packaging, unopened, and show her the email confirming my authorized in store return. She says she cannot process my return, and tells me to please leave and contact the seller directly. When I tried to ask her again, she got impatient, and couldnt be bothered to find a way to complete my return. Such people neither understand customer nor service - and since Walmart seems to have a hiring and training issue, this will be the last business they see from me. Amazon & Target are amazing, why bother with Walmart?

Most of the services, are checkout services, and its almost impossible to find out about more information pertaining to out of stock items. For example, I wanted to know about the Dark and Lovely hair dye coloring, but all I was told by an associate in that department, whats on the shelf is what they have. I can see that for myself how about telling me about some shipping information instead 🤔?

Was at this store just now and the register needed an ID check. The 4 employees that were supposed to be helping in the self checkout area were hanging out at customer service just chatting with each other. I attempted to call the store for them to send someone to help, and I watched as someone picked up then immediately hung up the phone. I grabbed another employee that was stocking shelves and he attempted to get someone to help and they brushed him off as well. What is the point of having only self checkout if it requires employee intervention when they dont do anything?

Employees are always nice. The lines are too long. This has been a pattern for the last two years. They are consistently short staff at the customer service desk. This is very inconvenient. They need to hire more people for customer service to ensure the employees arent overworked and customers dont wait for 30 minutes.

Great customer service. I always see the staff working hard and making sure my needs are met. I shop both in store and curbside and the staff are always great.

I found everything that I needed in one easy visit! Although, there were a few items they had out of stock. I really enjoyed the self-serve checkout lanes during my visit.

One of the Largest Walmart store in Atlanta. Good varieties of products are available here. They have good variety of fruits at reasonable price. Like the products from their Bakery. Customer service is superb. Double check when buying furniture, as we saw a broken table kept at shelves for sale.. The store is super clean and well maintained.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I only came to this Walmart to return something and buy a pocket knife. The return took 30 minutes of waiting in line. Once I made it to the knife case no one was there to open in it. I asked 2 different employees to call someone and both flat out refused. I went to the customer service desk and all they were willing to do was page someone over the overhead system. I went back to the case and waited again for no one to show. DO NOT COME HERE FOR SPORTING GOODS OR AMMUNITION. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY.

I was experiencing walking issues and used a mobility cart. After shopping and being my own cashier spending almost $200; the man at the door advises that the cart Can Not be taken outside. Say What?? No you will have to transfer your bags to a regular cart to take outside. I had to work unpaid for Walmart just to shop. Unbelievable!!😡Walmart, I would rather spend a dime more at another store for convenience.

First time here and I love the set up.

This was one of the best Walmart experiences Ive had. Very up to date. I see the store appears to cater to the demographics & income of the people living in that area. Understandable but sad.

The only people who go to Walmart are its base customers and disastrous angry employees. Anyone with come sense would shop at Target and Amazon. The only time I come here if its the last place that has the product otherwise no. This location is in need of new management.

Fancy, fancy Walmart! Wow. I dont know why I thought Walmarts were for the most part the same. Not so. However I have been to this location at least 3 times and have not seen a working cashier. They have 30 or 40 self checkout stations.

The store was relatively neat but unfortunately not the best well stocked. The employees were friendly and helpful and these days it’s hard to ask for much more. I found the cutest shirt that was on sale so all in all I’d say this was a good visit to the neighborhood Walmart!

This is probably one of the nicest Walmart’s in the Atlanta area. The store is generally pretty clean and there are lots of self checkout areas. The staff couldBe rude but that’s a given at any Walmart

I went to make a purchase for a scanner printer. They were out of the one I wanted and they said it was even out online. Wish they would accommodate need of the customer and it was nothing management could do to fix the problem since they checked with all locations in the immediate area and they were out as well. Management says they expect a shipment August 22. The delay is unacceptable.

Nothing special. Just glad I can use self-serve again . In and out in no time.

I went to go buy some soccer cards. The website said they had it in stock. We asked a person, and they said they had them in the toys section. We went there, and we asked another person at the toys section. The lady lead us to an aisle where there was just toys. Then we where told to go to the electronics section, and where did he tell us to go? To an aisle full of video games. Then we went to customer service, and we stood there forever. We finally asked someone, and he asked a lady who did not even know the product existed and assumed it sold out in the morning. They had no way of tracking this soccer cards, which angers me. So we wasted about 40 minutes.

Yesterday and today, I had the pleasure of working with Talesha and Shai at Money Services. They both went over and beyond to provide exceptional service. WALMART CORPORATION GIVE THEM A RAISE AND A PROMOTION! They both deserve it! I had the BEST experience I have ever had in a Walmart and I will return again because of these exceptional ladies.

I highly recommend visiting during the week during the day. Walmart can be downright pleasant if you visit in off peak hours.

Had both rider to pick up and items I had to shop for everything was fairly easy to find and I got outside and I had my I went around to the pickup and I have my item there but then just a couple of minutes everything went fine.

Love this place. Great service and lots of options.

While visiting Atlanta, Walmart was a great place to go grocery shopping, get some items for meals this week, and exit with the ease of self-checkout and Walmart Pay. After a busy day exploring the sights down town, having a place close by with reliable stock and reasonable prices was so helpful in ending the day without having to do a lot of extra thinking or comparative shopping. Thanks for making dinner so simple to plan for!

Terrible service. Only good service was from the “in-store” pickup employees. The gentleman who “helped” me was quite rude and didn’t even have any walmart apparel on, so I couldn’t get his name. Should really make your processes actually clear next time. Very frustrating experience overall.

Clean store. Been newly renovated. Dont like the new check out section. It is very confusing. They are taking jobs away with all the self check outs. I hate self check outs at any store. Bring back those jobs to people that need them. Self check out sucks.

Very dirty and disorganized.The carts are all a mess, clunking around like the wheel was never invented. They try to have them lock so that people dont steal them, but that doesnt work that well and they lock on you when you go to your car. Which explains why people leave the carts all over the parking lot: they are more immovable than a two-year-old with a temper tantrum.Prices are good, though.

Sunday morning, I need heavy whipping cream.....head to Walmart, the biggest grocery store in town. Not a half pint in the store!!!But wait !!!!!( There is the stock clerk with todays dairy delivery. The day is saved...........But no.......not one ounce in the whole order.Just a bit of shoddy management???????Target had it though...... Its just about having to make 2 trips,. You know what I mean.

Please get the shopping carts out of the parking lot.Pay someone a decent wage to pick up the trash and the carts from the lot.Yall got rid of all, yes all of your cashiers. Someone must be available to tend the lot.

On Tuesday, Aug. 3 at 3:30 pm, I entered this Walmart and went to the sporting goods department to check out the pickle ball rackets and but some .22 cal. LR ammunition, for which I would need a sales associate.I left at 4:30 pm, having talked briefly with 6 sales associates passing through the area and having asked for a public page for help in this department. Even with 3 pages over their loud speaker system, I got no response. I left because my wife was waiting.The next day, I called this Walmart and after explaining the above incident, I asked to speak to a manager. So 28 minutes later the phone disconnected and I didn’t call back.I would’ve rated this store at 1 or Zero Stars, but the people I met were all polite. One benefit of in-store shopping is the opportunity to buy some other item you hadn’t thought about before. With the Pandemic, people are afraid to go into a store. But they need to get the type of service they deserve,I received no personal service and think I deserved better.

Alot of the self checkout machines, kept declining my card. Otherwise, nice experience and persons were on hand to assist....

This is probably the most secure walmart that Ive ever seen. So many law enforcement agents.

I shop at Walmart for low prices and product availability. For 20 plus years I’ve shopped at this location, yet today was my last. Missing products, missing associates, and missing cleanliness led to extreme customer dissatisfaction and annoyance. In sum, I was unable to obtain nearly half of my listed items. This onetime flagship store no longer shines The entire crew of district managers and store manager, who allegedly supervise this location, should be sacked! Most likely the problem is with Bentonville and not Atlanta.

I am not one to ask for a discount. I went to look for a hanging plant and the associates in that section told me that they were completely out of stock of hanging plants. I stumbled upon a hanging plant. How ironic. It was a Hawaiian Spider plant. It was in pretty poor condition, so I went to the customer service desk to ask for a reasonable discount due to poor condition that it was in. The lady that I spoke with about the situation said that she would need to talk to her manager. Im well aware of the pricing factors of retail, so I was expecting a consideration of 50% off... Again, because of the condition of the plant. Well, the manager came out, looked at me, and said $2 off is all we can do. My response was clearly NO. I have never felt so discriminated in my life, as I was the ONLY white person in the lines and not one person before me had any issues with their inquiries. Whoever runs this business should probably keep their staff informed of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and teach them some manners. I will NEVER shop at Walmart again due to the ignorance of the staff which is a complete reflection of those who manage them.

This WallyWorld is humongous and extremely busy.The problem was today all the high school age looking kids bringing merchandise out of the back to restock the shelves. These guys acted as if the customers were in their way and you could actually see a fewof them impatiently wading through the shoppers but then you also saw a few just bump people and their shopping carts out of their way with no Im sorry or excuse me ..Someone (Management) needs to pay more attention to them

Lot more organized than most walmarts. I like the automatic entryway into the store. Its pretty clean as well.

I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of produce. The hot food section in the deli was fully stocked with fresh food. The overall layout was good. The staff was courteous and the store was very clean.

Quick stop looking for health & beauty products I cant find close to home.

If this store was only compared with other Walmarts it would get a solid 5 stars. Checkout was easy and fast.

I liked this Super Walmart, it was stocked well and the self checkout was quick but during this time (COVID) I wasnt crazy about having to touch the screen, use the scan wand, etc. Having cashiers would lessen the spread of germs if you ask me

No carts too grocery shop with here and ask the man and lady they just stood there and look . I talk with a manager she said she will take care of it . But they was saying will have too get our self . His name was okka who said I will have too grab it through the parking lot . It was literally workers just standing around . No help at all . Thankfully a lady from customers service bring me one .

None of the departments like to answer their phone. Each time I call customer service it rings until it hangs up. Pick-Up department did the same and I got someone from Pharmacy just before the call was timed to hang up. I dread going to any Walmart. This location in particular has limited selections or none of the items one could usually find and that’s been since before the pandemic. I’ve asked staff for help and they are not able to find these same common items like a small soft bristle brush or pack of straws for example.

Check out is a nightmare. The buggies are broken. A very poor shopping experience.

I dislike Walmart. Self checkout is the only choice, the shelves are sparce and they keep moving stuff around.

Wow, this location has mos def been upgraded since 2019 (last I shopped there).I go to Kroger & publix & target for multi-genre shopping, but this Walmart now has over 15 self checkout stations, allowing traffic to flow better. Still not my first choice in grocery shopping (Sub par produce, extremely overcrowded) but upgrades make it seem like a less depressing shopping experience.

They are going through a store renovation between now and June, so lots of things were moved around and they were out of a lot of items. Theres only two check-out lanes open but they have opened up plenty of self checkout lanes so lines move quickly. Employees are available and helpful.

Their grocery pickup service is AWFUL. You arrive for your pickup time and still have to wait 30+ min just to get loaded up. This is my 2nd time coming in 2 weeks and once again I’m still sitting here waiting for them to bring my items out... Last time I came I was one of the first to arrive but one of the last to get loaded smh

Walmart, Perimeter has recently upgraded their facilities, so you will find things much better than before. We shop there regularly. Weve found their product selections have increased and improved somewhat. Still find they are frequently out of several things we like. (La Croix Water Orange, Maruchan Shrimp with Lime Noodles, They carry a spicier version, but not the same. Also, Land O Lakes Lactose-Free Half and Half.) They have more international selections which is great. Meats selections are great quality. Still very busy depending on the time you go. Early in the morning or late evening is best, less crowded.

Highly disappointed in the new layout. For one, it looks terrible. Did a kid create the new floor plan? Its ridiculous. The employees were already the least of helpful before the major changes. Now, its even worse. I witnessed the disabled and limited English speaking patrons have a very difficult time checking out in this store. Of course, the employees were still not helpful at all. I have no idea why a super center would think to operate on a full self-checkout basis. Thank God a Publix is being build directly (literally feet away) across the street. I will spend the extra money to shop there, Target, and the near-by Kroger. I refuse to shop here for anything now.

Walmart has lost the sense of customer service and that my opinion toward all Walmart store but it’s understandable when you grow to a certain point you have no control over customer service anymore

The walmart is fine. Just your typical run of the mill super center. The employees werent rude but they werent attentive to me either. Everything seemed to be in a bit of disarray. They had what I came for however so just an average visit.

I moved from the perimeter and coming back to this Walmart has brought back so many memories. I have always loved perimeter village. It is great as always.

The location in Dunwoody, GA on Ashford Dunwoody Road is absolutely horrible. The few open lines to check out take forever. The customer service line was 12 customers deep with no sense of urgency or calls for extra help from the staff. The manager is nonexistent. I was told by one employee that he sits at his desk all day. Most of the staff didn’t even know his name. The phone is never answered. After no help from an employee, I called while waiting in line to ask for more check outs to be open. The phone had me on hold for 32 minutes before I finally gave up. The few staff that are working on the floor are completely unhelpful. The greeter I interacted with (I wish I had noted his name) was the only customer-service employee in the entire store. This location is the worst representation of Walmart I’ve ever experienced.

I used to shop here a lot. Its completely self checkout and crazy lines for returns/customer service.

Unfortunately this is my least favorite. Unless you come in really early there are always empty shelves. On this particular day, the small amount of carts available were locked by the floor sensors and there were no baskets as alternative... I know everyone is short staffed.

I like this Walmart. Its enormous, clean, shelves are always fully stocked. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is for employees who dont greet customers and for only the self-check out lanes being open. That is NOT customer friendly.

They have introduced better self checkout islands. Most cashier lane have been removed.

Walmart is one of my favorite stores and Ive been to many 😁 However, Ive never seen one as big as this one. They have lots of merchandise and everything is in order (caters to my OCD lol). This Mega Supercenter is 8 mins from the Atlanta Perimeter Hilton Hotel and not far from 285-N.

Got what I needed and got out quickly with self checkout.

I simply do not like Walmart’s due to such poor customer service. I reluctantly ordered two items, bleach and trash bags from the Ashford Dunwoody location. I ordered a trash can too but after my order was complete I was informed it was out of stock. I get to Walmart there are no signs but one pointing to pick up. I checked in, went in the store, went behind the stores, I called 6 times, 20 mins later still no pick up. I cancelled my order I will only use Target from here on out at least they hire people who know what professionalism and great customer service means for the brand.

Don’t think about calling. Nobody will EVER answer the phone. The new floor layout is blah. Customer service and Management is nonexistent literally...It’s across from my home and I avoid this place. I will travel to another location. Stock is always low also.

I frequent this Walmart because its close to home but it is not always well stocked and not sure if this is due to the pandemic or just the wrong day of the week but the store is very clean and has been completely remodeled with self service checkouts which is very convenient.

They are doing major reorganizing so clothes are mixed in with different genders/styles. Some mens swim shorts are next to the womens undergarments. I like the upgraded self checkout stations.

I wanted make a payment on my credit card,so I got in the money market line 4 customers ahead of me. When it was my turn to step up to the cashier a yellow jacket told the two associates to go somewhere else and today me to go to customer care that had six people ahead of me.no consideration of my time! That truly not the way I or anyone should be treated?
