Yesterday I went because my phone was dying to quickly. Joe helped me pick out a new phone and case plus screen protector. He was very quick and very polite. I will recommend this metro pcs to anyone.

Everytime I have an issue with my phone or need a new one, the Metro store in Dunedin is where I go. Ive never had any issues with them. On Weds the 29th of July, I came to the store with some phone issues as well as a durable phone case. Josh was the employee that day that helped me, he was very kind, caring, and helpful. He fixed my phone and I could tell he really cared unlike some other Metro employees (Not Joe) at other stores. I just wanted to thank Josh for great customer service, and to keep up the good work. I have already recommended all my friends and family to go see Josh or Joe at the Dunedin Metro store. Id like to also say Thanks to Joe for going above and beyond to help me with some technology issues today that Id prob never understand. Joe, you are a good person and go out of your way to help people. I HIGHLY recommend Joe or Josh to help you with any phone issues or problems.🤗

I couldnt tell you about their customer service because they never even answered the phone. All I wanted to know was what the store hours were for Christmas Eve, called numerous times throughout the day and nobody answers the phone. They obviously are either understaffed or just not there.

Jo. Been there 30 years... Is condescending arrogant and a liar. He would not help me.. Sent me elsewhere... Then would not make correction to sell the phone I wanted and did not issue me credit for the phone I left there. He has the phone and the charge for it. That needs to be reported. Mar 20th

This place is a joke. The one and only employee Jo is this a liarAnd very rude. I was told by Jo switching carriers and using my iPhone would not work I knew he was lying. I had spoke to a very helpful person at a different T-Mobile location and she told me she does it all the time and there is no problem whatsoever. So the moral of the story is do not go to Jo at the Duneden location.I drove out of my way to the Palm Harbor location and had wonderful experience/service and my phone is working great!! How does this guy even have a job? seriously there are good people out there wanting jobs and willing to work. Then you got the D-bags like Jo Who couldn’t even be bothered to smile when I walked through the door...

My phone would not charge. After waiting for 2 people ahead of me, a very agitated dude told me the charger housing was mangled, the screen would not appear the phone was history. This is Sunday, 9/3. I was not interested in the phone options he wanted to sell to me. The 3 phones I picked out showed final price. He quoted a higher price than what was shown. Each of the 3 I picked out were not available. He told me to go to the Metro store at the Walmart plaza. I asked him if he was sure because my phone wasnt working and I could not check. I drove there. There is no metro store at that location. By then my phone started to work. The screen setting was set to low, thats why it did not light up. I called the dude. He insisted the store was there. Then he told me while I was gone he called his boss and the phone I wanted just arrived while I was gone, I could come back and buy it.Heres a 411 to people who hate their jobs and the people who employ them - leave or get fired.

I highly recommend this location! Yana and Estelle were so quick, friendly, and funny! They helped my son get a new phone to replace his broken one and had us in and out in less than 30 minutes! If youre looking to get metro but dont know which location to go to, go here!

They were able to resolve half my issue, but were somewhat rude about the issues they couldnt resolve. The clerk was rather condescending about me needing to go to the corporate store to resolve my issue. It could have been easily handled without the attitude.

There is a guy that works at this location now who is great! He took his time to go over my issues and really did his best to help me. I would give this store 5 stars however the short hair blonde girl that works at this location is very rude. She does not try to help you with anything and acts as if you are bothering her when you come into the store. Most of my friends say the same thing. I will only go to this location now when the guy is working.

The guy I just spoke with on the phone truly needs a customer service lesson on phone ettiquette. He was short and it felt like he would rather be doing anything else than answering my questions.

Super rude over the phone. The “guy” talked my mother into a bunch of things she did not need and while she can’t figure out the phone he pressured her into purchasing... originally told her she could return it if she didn’t talk on it for an hour. She did not and now he’s saying no returns on her phone after just one day. When I called to question him, he told me I was “swerving” the conversation and hung up on me. Must be a new term for someone who knows they’ve done wrong. Definitely do not use this location. They scam you.

This store has terrible service, the woman who was working showed no motivation to help or satisfy the customer. She was very mean and inappropriate with her language. i asked to speak to a manager and was told to find him. I will not pay my bill at that specific store due to her and hope anyone else did not get treated with such disrespect.

Store smelled of marijuana, woman with short blonde hair was rude and was chatting with a customer who had a young daughter and was dropping F bombs left and right while I was in the store. On top of that, all phones are priced at least $20 more than what is advertised, and when I asked the woman why this is, she just said that theyre a private seller and to go to the corporate store. So thats exactly what I did. First and last time going into the Dunedin store.

I was told my phone had a warrentee and could be replaced for $15.00i was told to call in on monday, i called several times and got no answer, either they dont answer the phone at the store or no one is there.i have gone so far almost a week without a phone trying to find a warrentee store close to me, waiting on this stores bullshit promises. they SUCK

I went into this store on Feb 18,2016 and had to buy a new phone because mine was stolen while I was over in Dunedin. The phone I purchased was a LG K7 ... I bought the phone, a case, a SD card and a screen protector. The person behind the counter ( YANA ) put the protector on and told me that the bubbles would be gone within 24 hours ... well they did not go away and the protector started lifting down the whole right side. I am disabled and could not get back over there so I called over there and explained the problem to another employee ( A Young Man ) and he said that they would give me another one. I told him that I lived in Lakeland so I would be having a friend come in and pick it up for me. When my friend went in to pick it up yesterday 3/9/2016 the employee behind the counter charge them for it after telling me they would replace it for nothing. They will lie to you to shut you up and tell you what ever you want to hear. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. They are a bunch of liers.
