I went in to sell one of my shotguns. Everyone was friendly. However, I guess the owner himself is the only one that can put a value on guns because the employee had to send him a bunch of photos. The employee is texting back and forth with him and claims “he’s not getting back to me”. Okay weird since there was another person in the store selling a gun and had no problems. Long story short I wasted about an hour of my time. Finally he said when the owner gets back to me, I’ll call you. He never did, even after I followed up a little while later to see what the deal was. I’m not sure whether they had no interest in buying an 870, which is fine and they could have just told me that or if it was a communication error. I ended up going somewhere else and was in and out in 5 minutes with the price I wanted for it. If they can’t follow up with me about this, I doubt I would trust them to do transfers or anything else.

These Dudes are awesome! I purchased a quality parts kit to finish a Polymer 80 at a very competitive price from the showroom. I went back the next day and Julian did a complete safety check and even lined up my sights free of charge... all while providing top notch service to the 6 other customers waiting in line. Highly recommend a visit for all your gun needs

Moved back to Dundalk looked for a gun shop to transfer a rifle. All the ones I Used to use have closedI chose Baltimore Guns close to homeWent in gave the info to transfer never heard anything for a week, contacted by sell no FFL yetI Called the store was told we will get back to you they never did. I NOW USE BLUE FINS never had a problem and had several transfer done

The younger guy in the blue shirt and glasses was really chill and helped me find the perfect firearm for my needs. Ended up going with the 380 EZ. Couldn’t be more happy.

I participated in the HQL class on 1/26/2020 at Baltimore Custom Guns. The staff there was very knowledgeable and were willing and able to answer any questions that I may have had throughout the day. The presentation was very informative. I can honestly say that there are not many 4 hour presentations that can keep me interested the entire time, but Julian and Ben were able to do just that! Going to be honest, this has been one of the nicest and most welcoming fun shops I’ve been in. The workers knew what they were talking about as well as what their inventory was. Staff is wonderful, are willing to help you with any questions you may have. They do not treat their female customers any different than they do their male customers, which is a refreshing change from some shops Ive been in. Very friendly staff. I took the HQL course here and theyre very knowledgeable and make it easy for someone with little to no experience feel comfortable handling guns. They have a nice little shop thats easy to find and if you have any questions they do there best to explain anything and everything in terms that anyone can understand. Definitely recommend them.

I got some good deals had a good time like talking to them. there good at modern weapons not old stuff like I am but they will buy your guns if there nice. and maybe if there not. I love projects hope they get some so I have something for me to do.

I purchased a gun about 2 weeks ago. Had to wait for the background check to clear which is fine, not a problem there. Well something came up in my personal life and went back to get my money back never picked up the gun. The guy working told me to write down my bank card that was used and the amount and that somebody would be in contact with me. Its been a week since then and havent received a call or anything. Now today 5/1/20 Ive tried calling like 10 times and nobody will answer the phone. Im really hoping I didnt get scammed because thats almost 700 dollars I paid out to not have anything to show for it.

Took the HQL course today at Baltimore Custom Guns. The instructors, Julean, Ben and Mark were very informative and explained the material thoroughly. When questions were asked, they answered them in a manner that whether you were inexperienced or experienced you understood the answer. The shooting portion was conducted with the same professionalism and patience as the oral portion. Thank you and look forward to visiting the shop in a few weeks to purchase a gun.
