They misplaced my laptop hard drive! I recently took my laptop in for repair while visiting family in NJ. I explained my timeline and was assured it would be ok. After 10 days and several unreturned messages it was not ready. I offered to come and get it to take back out of state with me. They were unable to accommodate. After my departure from NJ, I called and I was informed that my laptop was not repairable. I arranged for family member to pick it up. Upon receiving it I opened it to retrieve my drive with all my important data and the drive was missing. I called customer service and they said thats strange, Ill look into. Two weeks went by and I left another message, no response. Im extremely disappointed with the service I was charged for and my missing hard drive.Update: manager has offered to compensate $30 for the drive but still refuses to admit it was lost under their care.

We called before the store opened last Saturday and Michael pick up and said that we could drop off our phone for glass repair within a half hour and we could have it back within a 2 hour time frame.Michael was knowledgeable, courteous, and very well rounded in his line of work. ITech cellular is an amazing company with amazing customer service.A few months ago I had to have my cracked iPhone 5s screen repaired. Today, I had to bring my mothers phone in for the same service. Each visit to this establishment has been both, pleasant and fulfilling.The service itself was quick (about 10-15 minutes). The price was great as well, especially considering to all of the other places that Ive tried. I also purchased phone cases for both phones (iPhone 5s), where Jun, the repair specialist, gave his honest opinion on how well each brand of cases would protect the phones. All in all, I am extremely pleased with the service provided by this company. Any whos in search of some sort of smart phone repair - iTech is the place to go!

It was my ch better than for me to go through them Instead of the have insurance with Verizon. Verizon deducuctable was more expensive + would take much longer.My cracked screen is fixed and no more glass chips in my thumb from the shattered screen.I️ highly recommend going there for all cellphone or computer repair. Just got my Galaxy S3s cracked screen replaced.Another outfit recommended that I replace the whole LCD at a cost of $200+.Craig, the guy at the store laughed and said its not necessary. He took a look at the phone and said that the LCD is fine, and that if during their repair if they damage the LCD, they will replace it at no cost. I was told itd take about an hour and a quarter, so I left it there to pick up later. Half an hour later, I got a call saying that its ready.I just picked it up. It was beautiful.I got a reassurance that if the screens not responding properly to a touch, bring it back, theyd reset it for me.Very professional. Very courteous.

I went here to repair my broken screen on my laptop. Unfortunately, while sleeping over my friends house, she stepped on my laptop, which broke the screen, and was a monstrosity because school was around the corner. This was over Christmas break, before classes started up for my college.Anyway, I came to this store as I heard great reviews from my mother, in which they replaced her phone screen when hers cracked.I understand that the way my laptop screen was built, with the speakers below the actual screen, that the screen would be pricey. I paid in full once they told me the price, and had them continue with the repair.When it came to picking up the laptop, the man in the front of the store didnt believe me that I paid for the repair already. It was very much frustrating, even though I had the receipt from the store right in my hands, which I showed him. It came to a point of where he said, Okay, I believe you. and gave up arguing with me.The repair was excellent. The screen is great, and the quality of the product is amazing.Their customer service sucks. It almost makes me think twice about coming here because I dont want to deal with these people, even though their technicians are phenomenal.

They had to send my laptop to their ridgewood location to try fixing it, after not hearing from them I had to call and thats when they told me that are not able to fix it. I then had to wait for them to bring it back to location i dropped it off or go pick it up. I decided to wait but they didnt have the courtesy to call when it got back to the original store. The owner was very responsive on yelp but after gaining my business the communication was very poor. Cant say much of the technical ability because they were not able to fix it... i ended up having an IT friend take a look and he was able to get things fixed and working back to normal.

I took in my failed attempt at 5s battery replacement in and they were able to fix my screw up. Im very happy with their diagnosis and repair which was done very quickly and professionally.Highly recommend them.

Had 2 battery replacements with them. One was for my ipod years ago and he needed my password. I asked why and he gave some answer that I dont remember. After it was fixed and I picked it up, I got a notification that someone in another town wants to login into my Apple Account. I recently had to get another battery replacement for my phone and the same thing happened. He needed my password to check battery settings. Picked up my phone and the next day someone was trying to login into my account. Had to reset my Apple password account. The guy probably wrote down my email for my Apple Account.

Ive used them in the last few months to fix a mac and iphone. Theyre quick, very reasonable, convenient and do a great job. My battery had exploded in my mac and when providing me with an estimate I was told I would need a new battery and possibly a new tracking pad. When I picked it up I was told the old tracking pad worked ok. Theyre honest!

My iPhone broke and I took my phone to several places...including the Apple store & nobody could fix the phone. I finally found iTech Cellular. They worked on my phone until they figured out the problem & they fixed it!!! I left the phone at the store to be fixed and the following morning my phone was shipped back to me by 10:00am. Everyone is really nice in the store, prices are great & this place really knows what they are doing. I never write reviews but had to for this place-they are awesome!!

Do not come here. I was here earlier (Monday) at around 3PM and the person who worked at that shift was very very rude (guy with a beard). Very unwholesome person who should not be in this kind of business. He almost threw my iPad which I wanted to be repaired. He shouted many times and almost turned violent. When you see that you are a customer, you dont engage with this kind of foolishness. You better go to other electronics repair shops so you would not have any problems.

Quality service and good prices. I have brought over 20 company iPads here to be fixed and the quality is great every time.

You get what you pay for. Generally less expensive than Apple, but the quality is poor too. If you have an iPhone 6 or above, it takes a lot to crack them. When you do, itechs replacement screens crack more easily than the original. Stick with the OEM if your prone to dropping your phone a fair bit.

As a graphic designer, my computer is very important to me. When the screen on my macbook pro had cracked I was in a bind. I sent it into iTech Cellular which offers mail-in repair service. Their turnaround time was very fast and I received my macbook back much sooner than I expected. Now my computer is as good as new. I appreciate the excellent service. Thank You!!

Great Experience at their Dumont location. They fix DROID phones as well. I dropped my back-up Droid 2 and needed the screen replaced, as well as the internal speaker. The speaker had to be ordered, and still, I got the phone back within days of dropping it off, at a reasonable price. So far, so good. Jun (manager) is very customer service oriented and they realize the importance of how we all rely so much on out smartphones that their turnaround time is phenomenal. Highly recommend to all..

Fast, reasonably priced service. However, about a month after having my cracked screen repaired, my thumb fingerprint stopped working. Pressing the home button still works however any thumb fingerprint functions stopped working.

Its the worst feeling when you pick up your phone off the floor and its cracked. That sinking feeling you wont be able to attend your conference calls, reply to texts, reach people. Ugh. I always need my phone back immediately. Both times these guys came through in a clutch. The last time i dropped it off close to the end of their workday and they still got it back to me the same day. They know their stuff and execute like a well oiled machine. Great place.

I got some good advice and my repair(s) were done perfectly -- it was a one-stop-shop experience and I was in and out quickly. I even got a nice recommendation for a pub where I could wait.

Rude tech tried to raise the cost of the repair from the quoted price on the phone. I dont work with shady people that try to scam customers. Ill go somewhere else where a new customer is valued.

These guys are crooks their policy sucks, i dropped off a laptop to have a screen repaired never got a phone call or reminder saying that it was ready to go or for pick up. I had family business to deal with in Colorado and I was away for a couple of months so it basically ran thru my mind that it was at the store, people forget were human especially when somthing comes up you dont think about it. Their policy is after 60 days if the customer does not pick it up, its basically theirs. I came back to town and went to pick up my laptop and these schmucks tell me that they cant find it and told me about their policy. Had the receipt and they looked me up and had no record of it. This is nuts businesses keep all types of records wether it was a day old or years old. So they guy tells me that it was recycled for parts and he would give me a discount on a new laptop the hell with that i want my laptop that i spent $600 bucks for. I got screwed real hard big time. I know im not the only one that got screwed imagine how many others did. They make whatever money they can on recycled parts and charge extra. I would not recommend these fuggazy guys to no one. I kept me cool and sucked it up because i didnt want to kick some ass. If you guys at itech cellular read this 🖕.

Warning: bringing your phone here will void your warranty with Apple. Brought my phone in with a broken screen, they replaced the screen, however after iTech worked on my phone, the battery would not charge properly. Once the battery died, I could not get my phone to power back on. Long story short, brought them phone with a broken screen, and ended up with a completely non-functional iPhone. Customer service was terrible, Andrew and June were both very rude despite a patient and courteous customer. I would never recommend using this business, they do not take responsibility for their mistakes and once they touch your phone, you cannot take it to apple for any repairs (I know this personally because I tried). STAY AWAY!!!

I have brought both of my sons iPads here for cracked screens . And both times the service was great . They fixed the iPads the same day they were brought in and both have been working great . Also replaced the screen on my iPhone . The service is great and I highly recommend them .

An update on a review I did about a few weeks ago. After complaining that my iPod Touch was not repaired to my satisfaction. I received an email from Craig on how to rectify the situation. They not only not charge me for the battery replacement, but did not charge me for the return shipping just to make sure that I was happy. I AM!! YAY! You dont get good customer service like this anymore, and Im very pleased that they went above and beyond to make sure that the customer was happy. I just got my iPhone fixed at iTech and it was such a breeze. The store is comfortable with all sorts of little electronic devices. Once I explained the problem and gave my information for a receipt the repair only took 30 minutes. They even had for sale an iPod touch and an iPod Nano for much less. Dont be fooled by the positive reviews.These guys are crooks and I can prove it with pictures of my laptop.I am not a rival repair person ... therefore call them and ask about my repair experience.Summary:1. I gave them a laptop with a simple power jack problem - meaning the jack was intermittently making a connection but mostly not ... it was only a loose jack-to-laptop connection problem because intermittently it would connect and charge the laptop battery. I was not an internal power problem.2. I gave it to them for repair and was promised it would be fixed in 2-3 days.3. 6 week later I was still calling regularly asking why my laptops problem was not fixed.I even went the store a couple of times and received the following answer from the owner (some young kid who lies with a straight face):our expert is on vacation an will repair your laptop as soon as he returnsA complete Lie (I will explain why he lied.3. So I waited a couple of more weeks and kept calling because it was now getting ridiculous and I smelled a rat with their responses4. I finally gave up and went there to get my un-repaired laptop back because I did not believe a word they were telling me and my gut told me that something was not right5. When I went to the store to pick up the laptop - the same lying owner came out - smiled all the way saying he was sorry their expert was still not back (after 8 weeks !!!)6. I was STUPID enough to not examine the laptop before I left (maybe I was too gullible and believed the lies from the owner)7. When I got home, not only had they broken the chassis by about an inch where the power plug goes in, the plug was missing and the entire power related electronics inside was missing (MISSING!!!)This brings to mind the following:1. Did they use a crowbar to try and open the chassis because they did not have the proper screw drivers ?2. Is their expert on vacation for 8 weeks 7 years old ?3. Why be dishonest ?4. Why let me leave with my laptop which they completely wrecked with lies ?5. All these crooks had to do was tell me the truth that we screwed up and give me optionsBottom line .... want your electronics repaired by crooks whose owner lies with a smile and does not have the decency to say I made a mistake.We all make mistakes and I am a very forgiving person.But not when dealing with owners that lie and let you leave with laptop that they broke and completely ruined.Ask yourself, are you willing to take that chance with your electronic repair (with anyone ?)I learned my lesson - if you can afford it, get insurance for your products so you dont have to deal with these crooks.I have NO recommendation for any repair place - so I speak the truth.I use Best Buy but I dont trust them either so I purchase insurance through their Geek squad - at least I dont have to deal with crooks like iTech.Make your own decision, just be sensible about it.Even if you go to a local repair shop (I hope you dont go to iTech) - get a written guarantee from the repair place that if they cannot repair or damage your device they will pay you for a replacement. Take pictures before you give it to the repair shop and examine the device on delivery (compare it to the pictures you take).Good luck

I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an iPad repair! I called several places before finally making the decision of where to go, and not only do the people working at iTech have the best customer service, but they really know what they are talking about and focus on the quality of their work. I called on a Monday to see if I could drop off my iPad before work on Tuesday, and the owner came to the store an hour before normal business hours to accommodate me. I picked up my iPad after work, the same day, and it now looks brand new. I’m so happy!!
