Went in for some bolts and nuts for a trailer. Marshall helped me get everything I needed and even went out of his way to make sure I had the right bolts for the trailer. This place is great.

Beautiful store but staff is the worst possible. Strictly self service at best

We bought some shirts and they didn’t make up the deal and I told her about it and said said “well I don’t know where you got that from” so they sent someone over and we were right. Then she said that it was a stressful situation? Like how we were patiently waiting for the manager to come. She was just very rude and I wanted the guy next to us to go ahead of us since the other workers didn’t want to open an other cash register till the manager came.

My husband found a good deal on some new work jeans. Good farm and ranch clothing selection. Friendly staff.And the baby chicks were cute. So that is always fun.

I was in Dumas on business and bought a childs cowboy hat at Big R as a souvenir for my son. The hat ended up being way too small. I contacted Big R, and Sheila helped me quickly exchange the hat through the mail at minimal cost. I did not get to shop for very long inside the store, but their customer service proved to be outstanding! Thank you, again, Sheila, for your help!

I took a grill back to Big R that I had bought there because it wasnt working. I was told that the problem was that the pellets got wet and expanded, then hardened. They were able to clean it out, but it was no easy job. When I returned to get it, they did not charge me anything. The problem was my fault for letting the pellets get wet, but they would not let me pay anything. You dont get service like this much anymore. Im a BIG R customer for life!

It was great they got a little bit of everything and the good thing about Big R they open on Sundays.

There was one girl named Kailey or something like that. She was a very rude girl and she gave me and my boyfriend a bunch of dirty looks and made some rude comments. I would recommend not dealing with her.
