I made an appointment to get my car repaired two weeks ago, but when I showed up this morning I was told that they weren’t accepting any collision repairs due to a Covid outbreak at their facility. While I understand they are short staff and are currently unable to take customers, it would have been nice to receive a phone call or some form of communication about the situation prior to my arrival instead of getting the news the day of. I took time off of work to bring my car in for the repairs and will now have to do it again next week in order to get my car fixed.

I gotta say Im extremely pleased with the results and the timing. These guys all know what theyre doing and very trained. My car was ready in 3 days max and she looks brand new as if nothing ever happened. Plus I noticed they detailed my exterior on the car which was a huge bonus. I appreciate the service...😊

First let me start by saying that my guard is up the same as many of you when it comes to Automotive issues. No need for that at Gerber Collision. Those of you who read my reviews know I am ok with a good business and work ethic. That to me however is a bare minimum. Deborah, Aaron & Brian seemed like brothers and sister the way they worked together. They treated me like their mother referred me. Respect and courtesy with a thorough business, acumen put me right as ease. I would drive an hour past other collision shops to do business with these guys. If we were not in a pandemic I would bring them doughnuts and chicken. Give them a try you will be glad you did.

Gerber Collision & Glass is absolutely amazing! This recent accident was my very first in my 25 years of driving, and they made the process easy. They gave constant updates on the progress of my repairs and were very professional. My car looked brand new once I received it and they delivered it right to my house. Poor customer service, also they DO NOT do auto glass as advertised. They subcontract a glass company (glass America) who I might add has appalling reviews. We took our business elsewhere after reading reviews.

The staff and the Costomer service is top notch. They keep you up to date when the car is ready and they do a good job fixing everything. If you have an insurance claim, they will take it in and if they find anything else wrong they will fix it.

My car was in a accident. I was hit from behind by another driver. This is where I chose from their Insurance company to get my car repaired just because it was close to where I live. Turned out to be a Great choice. They were very nice and attentive. They helped with rental car, kept me updated on the progress on my vehicle. My repairs were Wonderful, paint was Nice and Shiny better than when I purchased. Would recommend their services

The entire process was fast and convenient! I really appreciated the staff updating me on my cars progress and scheduling convenient times for drop off and pick up! The receptionist was very friendly and understanding! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing body repair. It was my first time involved in an accident and they completely handled everything for me. They even vacuum and washed my car before pick up. Phenomenal job!

Final price was $200 more than the written estimate. Whats the point of a written estimate? Blamed it on internal miscommunication. Shysters.

They are absolutely amazing!!!! As soon as I walked in i was greeted and treated like a priority. They were completely accommodating and even offered to pay for my rental since I was paying for my car to get fixed out of pocket. I got updates every day on the progress and they made sure to keep me in the loop with everything! I absolutely love them and I would recommend them to everyone!

I had some minor repairs done on my car late October and was provided with amazing customer service and care. The whole process was super smooth. They communicate with you through every step of the way and send you a link with live updates on your cars work, estimated costs, and completion time. Stopped by to get an estimate on some minor paint damage on one of our cars. Jimmy was very pleasant and helpful. Not only did he patch paint some dings so they wouldnt rust, he compounded some scratches and gave me some patch paint--all for NO CHARGE! He followed up with an estimate for repainting by email, which was less than the ballpark figure he had given me. Now THATS how you build good will and a loyal customer!

Upon initial phone call, I spoke with a lady who was very nice and professional. I cannot remember her name. However, she was very detailed and helpful. I wanted to get estimates from other places before I made my final decision. I went to one other place and decided to bring my car here versus the dealership for a few reasons. Cost didnt matter since I wasnt paying for it. The service and their continuous effort to answer my questions when I called back several times before I made my decision. The other place I received a quote from picked up on some things that Gerber missed. I told the nice lady who I dealt with on several occasions. She asked me to email my quote and they would do whatever needed to be done to get the car fixed right. I chose this place because my insurance company recommended them and the work is warrantied for the lifetime of ownership. That alone sold me!!I called in advance to schedule my appointment to make sure they would be able to take my car since I had a rental only approved for a certain amount of days. I dropped my car off and just waited for an update. I was immediately sent a new quote showing what they uncovered (which was great). The timely turnaround was impressive. Two days later, I received a call that my car was done. When I went to pick it up, I noticed a few things. They took the car to the back and fixed it right then and there. No questions asked. The customer service from everyone that I encountered was phenomenal. I appreciate their great workmanship and will refer others!

First let me say that the quality of their work seems very good. I have no complaints with that.And since myy original review, they have addressed my issues and I am now a satisfied customerWhat I do have an issue with is 4?misrepresentations of when my vehicle would be ready.I also had some additional work done on the opposite side of my vehicle from that of the accident.First they quoted $900, then they called back and changed it to almost $1500 saying the estimator missed something.Then they failed to repair two scrapes on the rear bumper we absolutely discussed during the inspection and estimate.This is a 2017 Yukon DenaliDo you really think I wouldn’t have the two scratches fixed while it was in the shopI believe my problems were strictly with the estimator, not Gerber. He was also the one giving bad advise on when my car would be ready.I left totally frustrated with the entire experience, and although I am still upset, I would probably use them again at a different location because the quality was good.Oh and when I returned my survey they sent me voicing my displeasure, they said someone would be contacting me to discuss, but they never did.Oh well

Got one of my cars serviced for paint. They did an excellent job with matching the color. Would highly recommend!

Gerber and Theresa were wonderful. Everything while I was out of town so that I could drop off my car when I returned. Theresa also worked to provide a repair option so that I didnt have to complete the claim with my insurance. At the end, my vehicle was repaired perfectly and it cost me less than my deductible. She also had everything handled on the rental car including the return. It could not have been any easier. Everyone I met was very nice and made me feel appreciated.

If I could give less than one star I would. First, they submitted an incorrect estimate to the insurance co, creating it to be flagged by the total loss Dept. Second, they told us it was a total loss when it wasn’t. Third, our car has been sitting without work completed for two weeks. Third, we were sent text messages from Gerber with progress on our vehicle (I.e, 55% complete, 75% complete) and was given a day for pickup only to be told our car was a total loss and no work has been done. We’re in week 4 and nothing has been done. Do not use this place. You’ve been warned.

The customer service I received was horrible. Myself and two others waited 45 minutes before we got service because they decided to hold a meeting during business hours. To make matters worse, they wanted to salvage my vehicle because I had some broken glasses. Gerber Collision is not a legitimate business. Quoted one of the lowest prices anywhere for windshield replacement on a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder, over $100 less than some more well-known companies. I was very pleased with the installer, who was very professional and did a great job with the installation. The more expensive companies justified their prices by saying they only use OEM glass, claiming that cheaper companies use lower quality glass. But my new windshield is stamped with the same name-brand identification marks as the original it replaced, so clearly the more expensive companies are just overcharging for the same materials and labor. Gerber will be my first call the next time we need any auto glass repair or replacement!
