Before the virus the store would have a lot of hot food for sale. Now when you go in there is no food when I asked they told me there was no staff to make the food. At the store in another town they make food with one person.

So you have signs on both doors masks are recommended yet your employees dont wear them!! Yeah good stuff

I have met some of the hardest working, personable, and dedicated people working here since it opened. Majority of employees could care less about anything, but a couple are really really good at their job. (Gentleman at night alot of the time Is always talking to customers and getting ti know them and I have never witnessed not doing something every second he is there)That being said I have a huge ipet peeve that all employees do here, if you hours are 5am to midnight that means at 1159 your open, but I have witnessed the place closed up at 1152 before? Sometimes 1155 but never, ever, is it actually open until midnight. This means your open at 1159 or 1155 so why do they bother advertising their hours of operation they should just say were open when we want to be. I keep forgetting to wrote a review and I just thought of it

Very rude workers . Not morning friendly. I think the gas pumps are off and ripping people off on amount they are pumping . Plus they dont believe in Landscaping the place is a mess . Poor management

Good polite customer service and store is clean.

Management you need to fix the way credit card transactions are processed. I stop here because it is conveniently locate in my commute. This is the ONLY gas station that I know that the cashier attendant has to allow me to pump gas once approved. MORE THAN 60% of the time they are too busy or in the restroom. Once credit card transaction is approved I have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for some one to press a button inside to start pumping gas. This is NOT good user experience. FIX IT!!!

Great service and for credit or debit all need to be authorized manual after payment go thought. It does not have anything do with employees cause in Massachusetts law someone have to be here to watch and stop fuel orauthorize

The complaint by nelson ruiz....you realize only one person works at night right. Im entitled to go to the bathroom and take a break by law right. Youre being a crybaby because you had to wait a minute for pump to be accepted. Next time ill put the be back in 10 mins sign on the door and take a full break just for you

Was just in the store in dracut one of the guys behind the cash register say i dont understand why everyon is so scared the ither guy behind the register said i know its just the flu.i resonded really he his remark really i said i wont be shopping in this store again. Please people take this seriously

Their pumps dont seem to handle Google Pay correctly and the pump was shut off mid pumping, and then I had to pay inside. Staff dont wear masks to cover their noses inside either.

No food . Nothing even started .Clerk says they open at 05:30. Its 0830 now no hot food at all..Second time stopping here last time it was out of date rolls..

Top notch gas. Good service. Love you.
