Three Walmart is a decent size store, but a lot of items are out of stock, or placed in the wrong location. The store was like this before and after COVID. The only good thing about the store is the Dunkin Donuts and its crew, they are awesome.

Just did an online pickup at this Walmart location. This was the worse experience i ever had doing a pickup. From start to finish it took them over an hour to bring my items to the car. I checked in through the app that I was on the way and it didn’t mean anything I Couldn’t even get customer service to answer the phone to see why this was taking so long. This is just unacceptable compared to other retailers who come out within 5 -10 min.

It was a busy time of day when I arrived. Parking was not bad, I was able to find a spot quickly. Walking into the store there were people in the front smoking, which was a bit unpleasant. The store is conveniently placed in town. The store was clean. There were nice employees working stocking and seting up new merchandise. I was able to find what I needed. The lines to check out were not bad either.

We had a great breakfast. Very clean. Waiter was efficient.

Usually always find more than I need. I love their crafting selection! Way better than the other in the area! Only thing I really dont like is lack of normal cashers. It is virtually all self checkout.

As you walk in you are greeted by a friendly Walmart smile. Well stocked, well managed. Lots of self service registers.

I was only in pharmacy but everyone was very nice and helpful

You can tell, in the freezer section, where the supply chain is really broken. Frozen potato products were almost nonexistent. Other areas were slim, too. Staff were out stocking the best they could. Doesnt help when customers dump stuff wherever.

Chaotic, not Walmarts fault....dover has really bad inattentive drivers.

Very friendly and orderly service. Fresh meat. Neat and very clean. Big recommend.

I loved my experience with them. I found everything I went for. But make sure you carry your bags. They are now enforcing the no bag law. Everyone was great.

They never have enough registers open. They overload the aisles. The greed sets in.

Its a typical Wal-Mart. Prices are always cheap and lines are always long. They have literally everything in here. This store is cleaner than most. The only thing Im not crazy about is their parking lot. It feels cramped and awkward. They have done a good job keeping the carts and everything sanitized.

Half the stuff is in the wrong spot. Took 20mins to get cigarettes since Karen had the keys somewhere else in the store instead of letting one of the 3 employees that are next to the cigarettes have them

Convenient but forever out of stuff that your looking for 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄

Monday afternoon, June 7th, 2021Customer Host was welcoming @ 12:08pm.Proceeded to the Over The Counter area of the Pharmacy to get moms low dose aspirin & Vitamin B12.Then headed to Customer Service. Associate was very professional and knowledgeable about helping me to retrieve & process my app initiated return.Associate then invited me to check out my two OTC items.

Wanted to try on a couple items went to the fitting room, the lady with the key wasnt there . I asked an employee that was at the booth if she could call for the lady over the mic which she was like 6 ft away from she ignored me and kept on hanging clothes on the rack right infront the booth with the phone I stood for like 3 min, just because I know she has her own thing asked again and she ignored me. Thanks to a gentleman who was passing who assisted me, all he did was picked up the phone and said like 3 words.

This is my home walmart. I love my walmart the best...but here lately there hardly stocked. Not there fault im sure but still a inconvenience.

Easy shopping. Cashier assisted or self check out available. Excellent for every day needs.

Went to get a phone and they had all the phones displayed but only had one in stock. After I explained that they not have them displayed unless they physically can put hands on that particular phone they should not have them displayed. I need a phone because Im on call with my job and could result in termination of I dont respond even after explaining my situation they still could and would not help me. Walmart is a joke I will never go there again and nobody else should either. There is Target and other stores that have better service and more willing to help you. I will be talking with there cooperate manager to see if there is a way to resolve this situation. Will never recommend Walmart to anyone.

Watching Delaware get beat but very nice stadium

This store is useless and the employees are rude and ill-equipped to do their jobs. I ordered beach chairs for curbside pickup. Arrived and followed the instructions in the email to the curbside pickup. Called the number on the sign, which went straight to a voicemail box that was full. Called the phone number on Google and was placed on hold, after 10 minutes on hold, I went into the store where customer service called for someone from curbside pickup many times. When someone finally arrived I told him what happened. He said the number on the sign doesnt work because its 2021 and I should download the app. Why have instructions to call a number if the app is required? After 30 minutes, I finally got the chairs. Needless to say I dont need the app because Ive had way too many negative experiences at Walmarts to ever step foot in one again.

This store is one of the better Walmart in the area although their parking lot design is horrible. Typically well maintained, the shelving is sometimes a mess. Staff is usually helpful but typical)y over worked. They should do something about persons who park in the fire zone in front of the building ... they cause a lot of traffic headsches.

If anyone likes Walmart, they need to take medication for their mental infliction. Walmart is the worst place in the world in every possible way. The only difference between goodwill and Walmart is everything is new at Walmart, but its not better quality.And I would love to have the ability to vaporize people on sight. Shouldnt exist anyway.

Was that Walmart on October 20th they had no bags to bag your items cashier said theyve been out of bags for 4 days I wish they would have posted something on the front door to let customers know that they were out of bags people could use their recycle bags this was not a good day at this Walmart

All Walmarts are becoming sloppy, unorganized & chaotic. I use to love shopping at Walmart but for about 6-8 months now, its annoying to go inside any of the locations. Their prices are still good, Ill give them that.

Fir since I live close its a convenient place to shop

I do not go to Walmart unless its absolutely necessary. I prefer online order. The store is too busy for me.

Sidney went above and beyond with extended the X with customer service. I am thankful for this gentleman for rectifying the situation. Tuesday the cashier didnt take the initiative to walk over and see that the Pop-Tarts were indeed priced at $8. She simply went off of a scan device. I advised her that modern technology does deceive us sometimes due to defaults and malfunctions. Also, sometimes they dont update with what is current. Yet, I expressed to her that the Pop-Tarts were in the center display for $8 and the smaller boxes of Pop-Tarts were priced at $3.68. Thank you again young man for taking the time out of your busy day to address something that cashier should have taken the initiative to do.

Not helpful...not friendly....most employees rude...a few good ones... employees gossip and complain about Walmart...but begged for their job...got hired now ingratitude..forgets customer pays their wages when making purchases.

Items are more difficult to find and the merchandise are all over the place. Prices are not correct for displayed merchandise.Luke was exceptional in offering assistance and he was the most magnificent thing about my shopping experience.The cashier that replaced Madonna at register 6 did not know how to add money to the Bluebird card. After completing the payment for my items, I had to go to customer service to add money to the card.

This is one of the nicest Walmart stores in Delaware. It is clean and very large. Has everything you need!

Best selection of products around but it bothers me that self checkout is card only. If you are paying cash you have to wait in a long line of only a few open registers.

Things were a little hard to find but in all the store was me and clean and people were helpful.

Had some travel size items, but many that i was seeking, was not in stock.

They always have everything l need. Only negative is they often run out of bags to pack your groceries in.

I had a horrible experience ordering online and trying to pick the item up. I went through 6 employees on the phone and in-person at customer service. The only person who was knowledgeable and able to help was Manager Melissa. She had excellent customer service and is the only reason I would go back to that store. I hope she is recognized/appreciated by Walmart for the amazing work she does.

Employees act like they dont wanna work and then the cashiers alwasy act like they have an issue with people buying a kart full of items like thats what yall do if you didnt want to ring all that stuff up dont ve a cashier

Get ne management in the middletown Delaware Walmart Store.Worse store Ive ever been in. Very Dirty Store. Never has shelfs stocked,or any of the freezer areas.

The Man in electronic, was not helpful at all, Seemed like he did not want to be bothered. With, Black People, He greated a white nicely & told him to have a good day.Agter not finishing ringing me up at the register.

All the usual. Quick in and out, so nothing special to report. Good experience; more another time.

What else is there to be said about Walmart its a staple store one stop shopping and you cant beat their anywhere Walmart is always my first pick. I get a little frustrated sometimes when the shelves arent stocked, but lots of folk shop Walmart Its the BEST!!!!

What can I say about Walmart??? They simply have most everything a person could need or want 🙂 This is the first place I go after I return from being overseas and I just spend hours looking at everything and buying things I missed because there are no shopping places like Walmart abroad. Love this place!

Great place found everything I needed

Parking lot was horrible as always. People drive like they are still on Route 13. Most of the items I ordered for pickup were out of stock and the substitutions were way off.

People staff were friendly and courtious

Completely unprofessional covid vaccine center. Went and was told it was a different vaccine online and that they didn’t want to waste their product on me so I would have to come back another day. I had an appointment and cannot just call out of work whenever I feel like it. I will be telling all of my friends how unprofessional this place is.

I realize these are strange times, but this issue precedes the COVID Pandemic.WHERE IS ANY HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT? They might as well call it SELF-SERVE.While thats my only complaint, its a Big One! Also the reason I wont stop in more often. I think Ill try online ordering. Cheers

Although I love Walmarts prices, that is meaningless if they are continually sold out of the products I need. You would think we just had a hurricane warning or some other impending natural disaster, but this is typical of this location in their grocery section: empty shelves.

The pharmacy staff is absolutely clueless. Ive asked them twice to transfer my prescriptions from another state due to me moving and these idiots still havent done it. Ive never had this problem with Salisbury Walmart. The staff is very rude here as well. Very disappointed. Bad for business.

Store was empty and on top of that, they have no bags at all. Got to throw my groceries in the car trunk.

This Walmart is okay, usually quiet and peaceful. Not the best but everything is clean and they have the wide selection most Walmarts have.

This store is always crowded. Customers and employees are rude. Shelves are always messy and never stocked. And check cashing center is never open, even though it is advertised as open. Walmart in Middletown is better!

Found everything that I planned to buy. No problems in and out pretty quickly today.

Shelves were stocked, lines were long but the lines were open! Busy holiday weekend and just a lot of people.

They had most of the groceries we needed/wanted. However, we did grocery pickup. Our pick up time was from 12-1pm. We received the notification that our groceries were ready for pickup at 11:40am. We got there at 12:15 and had to wait about 10 minutes for a parking spot. Then we waited an hour for our groceries to come out. No one answered the main phone or the pickup phone lines, despite multiple attempts. There was no visible activity for delivering groceries for at least a half hour. Then with a slew of us having been waiting for over an hour, they helped someone who had just pulled up and not even in a designated pickup spot. The employee said he didnt know and the supervisor (?) said they were working on getting orders out. I informed her that we had all been waiting and this person had been helped out of turn. She said maybe she was in the queue before you. I informed her that she had been there for maybe 10-15 minutes and we had been there for an hour, so that definitely was not the case. There was no apologies, no bustling to get groceries out, nothing. We will not be returning to this Walmart.

This place has almost all your needs and it is always busy . Very good products and even pickup is easier . It has lot of parking spaces and even they have pets, plants and much more . I recently bought few plants and seeds fromThis store and it’s really good. I really recommend this place .

POOR OOR POOR placed an online order did not receive when to pick up, checked my account said ready after 12Pm no notification all day, called the store no answer, called at 7:45Pm no one answers and on hold, 7:45p - 8:20PM no help, went online chat says call the store, how when no one answers, CLOSE THIS STORE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chat says show up at the store and give the order number!! NO MORE online ordering and I will drive to CAMDEN!!YUCK!

This store is one stop shopping BUT when you go expect it to take forever to check out. They only have 2 registers open or force you to use self check out. Then you have to wait for monitor to come oversee or fix any issues that you have by not knowing how to be a cashier. Its crazy that it takes that long to give them your money.
