Ive been looking for a Ford bronco sport for over a year. I didnt want to order one. So instead I reached out to all the Ford dealers in Delaware. I told every sales person what I was looking for and to please let me know if one came in that wasnt spoken for. Ive lost out on two! So when Mr. Mason called me and said they had one in I was thrilled. He set up the appt for me and Caleb took care of us. We are beyond excited with our service!

I bought my Honda Pilot last year, customer service was mediocre, management seemed to lax and unprofessional then, now after going to the place to speak with someone in finance (drove 50 minutes) to be told no one was there to help and to call back or return when the person supposedly was available. Not! I’ve left several messages on voicemail, none of my calls have been returned! Explained my frustration about it all to the receptionist who then said she was taking my name and number down for the message to be passed along. No one called me back and I expressed I needed Immediate help. I’ll never suggest these people to anyone! Let’s see who reads this review

There are times when it seems only the dealer can effect a repair, when the problem is so uncommon that specialized knowledge is needed.Such was the case with my ageing (20 year old) F-150 and Winner was able to diagnose and repair what other shops could not.The customer service representative was also particularly nice working to assure that the repairs were complete (it took two tries.)

A couple weeks ago I was here and received the most impressive service in my life from Chris R. He was helpful from the START. He saw us outside looking at the cars and came out asked me about everything I was looking for from car type to budget. He qualified me with what he had in his inventory, and I told him I had some thinking to do and wanted to check out some more dealers! Long story short I ended up coming back because I just really loved his service and the Honda Pilot he showed me and test drove it! This was an amazing experience, I would also like to mention out of the 6 dealerships I went to that day Chris was the ONLY person who came out from his desk to help us!!! Even while we waited to check out he offered us snacks and drinks! Thank you so much Chris and winner, my service was way over the top and I’m loving my new car!

Can’t trust them!! Very poor communication and service. Spoke with a sales rep over the phone and email for several days regarding a used car we were interested in. We got an appointment confirmation email on Saturday morning at 9:30 am to come see the vehicle. Drove over 1.5 hr to the dealership. Upon arrival at 1 pm, we were told that the car is not at the dealership (apparently an employee drove it home for personal use the night before). A simple phone call or email to let us know that the car won’t be available would have been much appreciated. Please review your sales and appointment process so you don’t waste your customer’s time.

Bought an Expedition back in May. Had to use their finance company because of the time of day on a weekend. Asked if paid off before first payment will the GAP insurance be returned and was told yes. Contacted bank they said to contact Ford. Have reached out numerous times with phone calls and emails with no repsonse from finance. Live 100 miles away and cannot find out any information from anyone.

Today I was at the dealership and was looking to purchase a used vehicle. The first sales representative was nice at first but once I was asking questions he couldn’t answer he became very nasty. I provided an offer for the guy (A younger male with a green suit on that had Santa Clause) to take to his manager and he told me to my face “this vehicle is worth more than that and I wouldn’t even take that to my manager laughed and refused to send another sales representative to help me, he told me “you can walk in the building and get someone yourself” as he continued to laugh. Once the manager came out he so called apologized for the rudeness of his sales representative and continued to tell use about the vehicle. He made sure to tell me “due to the pandemic I can’t help with the price I have to make money also, you get what you get with a used car. If I put money into fixing the issues you named I will be raising the price of the vehicle.” There were electrical problems with the vehicle we noticed once the vehicle was driven and there was a hole in the back seat also we were told by the sales representative that the vehicle had extensive damage to the body in various locations. We liked the vehicle and don’t mind putting money into it but we should have to put the same amount into repairs that we paid for the vehicle. I have never had such a disrespectful sales representative in my life he tried to make it seam like I was some kind of fool. I don’t plan on going back anytime soon or referring anyone I know to this dealership.Update: After my original post Rob the general manager reached out to me and was able to assist us in purchasing the vehicle we wanted. He and Chris were able to turn the experience around. Im glad to see that Winner Ford takes responsibility and corrects issue in the dealership. Thanks you guys cant wait to see how everything turns out with the vehicle.Update 4 months later and the rear seat still has not been fixed. I have reach out to Chris a dozen times and nothing this is insane

I cant even rate this place . We recently baught a car from Winner Hyundai Dover. After turning over everything for my military discount including dr license, ss card and my military ID and my divorce papers! After all that they want a birth certificate. Because I didnt have the birth certificate they held my tags until I played back the 500$ discount . UNREAL!!!! IVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET WITH SOMEONE WHO SOLD ME A CAR! BUYERS BEWARE!! I just bought my 2012 Chevy Equinox from Winner Ford in Dover yesterday! Woohoo! My sales Consultant was Malik, he was very professional, knowledgeable and easy going. After I was sure I wanted to purchase this vehicle the process was actually very simple and quick. The financing consultant Ryan was also very helpful and great at explaining the Financing process and all of my options. Overall, I left the dealership with no question that they didn’t answer. We are currently in the middle of a nightmare with trying to get my college son’s Ford Focus repaired. He is in Delaware and we are in NJ which makes things worse.While I understand that there are issues with the transmission of this particular year I would think that a Ford dealership would be able to fix the issue. Instead it has been one issue after another. At one point during a test drive performed by an employee of the dealership the car broke down and was left on the side of the rode and then towed by the police !! My college son is in the middle of finals week and had to find a way to get to the police station to release the car back to the dealer. We have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism ! And now to Make things worse after getting the car back from the impound, having a week to fix the issues my son went to pick up the car and it did not start!! All we want is the car to be fixed and all issues to be resolved. I see the owner responds back to these reviews, I think after everything we have been through we deserve to be contacted and someone please help my son to get his car back on the road in good running condition. It is not easy to be in college but to have to deal with car issues like this is makes things so much harder! Please HELP!! Ps my son said the woman (I don’t know her name)that works the front desk has been empathetic and very nice!

The manger Brandon was extremely rude! He seemed to be getting frustrated because I had a lot of questions about the car I was looking at and he didn’t know the answer to any questions apparently. The questions were basic questions about the car such as if there were any issues, when and what was inspected etc. He gave me a lot of attitude when I was asking questions and as a woman he made me feel extremely uncomfortable interacting with him. He was very condescending while he was talking to me and even tried to trick me and tell me the car I wanted cost more money than advertised because he thought I was not paying attention. Lastly when he got frustrated with the questions I was asking he abruptly cut me off emphasized he didn’t have answer to my questions and said “are you going to buy the car or not” which was extremely rude. It’s unbelievable to me that the MANAGER would have such a bad attitude and be so rude to a customer and expects them to want to shop with them.

My wife and I decided to get a new car. We scheduled appointments at several dealerships and spent an entire Saturday shopping for what we thought we wanted. We did a lot of research and comparison shopping. When we got to Winner Ford and starting working with Charles in the sales department, we had to take a serious pause. We walked in to the dealership with our mind mostly made up, we were all but set on a purchase at another dealer. Charles worked with us through what we wanted to look at. We then decided to look at a few vehicles we hadnt considered. We had Charles running all over the dealership (literally, he was running for us!); we test drove at least 3 vehicles. We were so impressed with Winner Ford and the entire shopping experience that we canceled two other appointments we had. We narrowed our purchase decision down to two vehicles between Winner and another dealership. In the end, my wife fell in love with the Hyundai Venue Denim Edition. We were so impressed with the professionalism and fantastic job Charles did that we couldnt purchase a car from anywhere else. Great job Winner Ford/Hyundai. Our next car will almost certainly be from a Winner Dealership.

I was in search for a Ford F-150 and found the one I wanted at this dealership. I dealt with Rob Hall a Manager at the dealership. I am happy with the truck but customer service is very bad. I am a veteran and was told that the military has a $500 discount. They did not tell you everything about the discount and or rebate. Classic bait and switch or salesman lie. Please do your homework before purchasing a truck or care from this dealership and do not believe the words from their mouths. Also, if the general manager would not tell the truth, I would assume this sort of leadership would be passed down to other salesmen. I would rate this dealership with a negative star if I could. Customer service is everything. It will make a customer tell others about their experience and possible bring in more business. I would hope that the GM of the dealership would consider customer service training for his or her sales team. My experience has been very negative and I will not purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever based on Robs arrogant customer service skills. Please consider another dealership before purchasing from this dealership. I did file a complaint with Ford.

I went in to Winner Ford without an appointment one day to test drive a ford ecosport. I was able to test drive the car that I was interested in right away. Unfortunately, I was not interested in the ecosport after driving it. However, when I returned the car to the lot, I just so happened to park next to an escape that caught my eye. My sales man Aaron informed me that the car had just came in and he was already so knowledgeable about it and was able to answer all my questions. I only planned on test driving the escape around the lot, however, I fell in love with the suv right then and there and ended up taking her out on the highway just to be sure. Needless to say, I came back 2 days later and bought it. Aaron and Ryan made the buying process fairly easy and with the less amount of stress as possible. Id recommend Winner Ford to anybody that wants a smooth, hassle free car buying process

I had the occasion to visit Winner Ford Service Center because my seat belt had been locked. Because of the age of my car (2001) I figured a Ford agency would more likely have any parts in stock or know where to get them easily. I happened to enter the Quickie Center. I was greeted very courteously by Arnold, told him I didnt know where the Service Dept was located, and informed him of my problem. He didn’t explain the Quickie Service, but checked my seat belt, then told me the ‘diagnostics” would cost $139. He proceeded to find a mechanic immediately because he said this would be considered an “emergency.“ After the diagnostics, Arnold informed me the total cost would be about $600 because of installation, parts, and labor of the ruined ‘complete works’, including $40 for the ‘emergency’, And he encouraged me to accept. I was literally stunned speechless, but could not lawfully drive without a seatbelt. I left my car, was given a ride home by Rick who was quite personable, friendly, and courteous. At home I still could not believe that a seat belt could cost $600. Arnold was quiet-spoken and friendly, he showed me around the completely empty main waiting room. Although the personnel were exceptionally nice, the cost of the service was exorbitant and I know now why the waiting room was empty. I will not enter Winner Service Center again, and will inform others in need of repairs of my experience. Thank you.

Today was a perfect day. I walked into Winner Ford and the vibe was immediately positive. The team worked together to get me the best deal on my first car. I came into the dealership expecting to get a used car at a high price. What I came out with was a BRAND NEW MODEL CAR for less than what I was going to have to pay at a less known dealership in Newark DE. The team was kind and entertaining while I waited for my paperwork. They even helped me get my new vehicle home. I would give each person on that team 10 stars if I could. They are all highly knowledgeable and all highly professional. The team helped me with understanding the process of new vehicle purchases and did so with incredible clarity.

I had to go in for a recall on the airbags of my mustang. To tell the truth I was dreading it! I went in to Dover Ford and the gentleman behind the counter couldn’t be nicer. He answered all of my questions, made a few jokes and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. It was nice to know I wasn’t forgotten! I was pleasantly surprised how well everyone worked together, how quickly the maintenance handled my car, and personable the staff was. I didn’t feel like just a number. There is only one really good thing about this dealership! It is the Ford service advisor named Amanda. She is amazing, smart and honest! Please use wisdom and don’t take your car here. I just got my car back after handing it over to them on and off starting in November of 2018 ( we are now in May of 2019)to repair damage caused after being rear ended. The body shop is even the worse. Winner Ford even did more damage to the underpart of my car during the repair and never mentioned it. I only found out by chance while looking at something else. Both sides were destroyed when they improperly put it on a lift and squeezed too hard. They then replaced the damaged metal with plastic. Don’t go here if you are smart!! Not even for an oil change.

Once this vehicle is paid off I will NEVER deal with Winner Ford again. My fault for purchasing pre-owned but they repeatedly made xcuses to not repair issues such as losing engine coolant until the warranty was run out of the vehicle. I have a lifetime oil change card for the vehicle and an oil change takes 2 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Brought vehicle in for a recall and after 2 times being here it still was not fixed properly. Hands down worst service and dealership in the area.

We made an appointment to see a particular vehicle, we were very clear that we were driving over 21[2 hours to get there to see THIS vehicle. We made the appointment mid day Friday for Saturday. We were told by the internet manager we had to have an appointment, and the website said you need an appointment. We arrived for our appointment after a long drive in thunderstorms very excited to buy the vehicle only to find out they had just sold it. To make things worse, Rob the sales agent we were given couldnt even give us this news, he sent out the very young man to give us the news. Then as we are driving home we checked our email and phone messages to find messages that we did not show up for our appointment!

I bought a used car from the hyundai side 3 weeks ago and my check engine light came on so I called the dealership and they transferred me to the ford service, TERRIBLE! no one knows how to pick up the phone or return calls! I left a message on Friday & no one called me on Saturday, I had to call 3 times to get a hold of someone and when I did all I got was saying someone will be in touch with me on Monday.. it is now Thursday and NO ONE has called me back.. this is ridiculous and frustrating

The Service Manager, Seth, and other staff members of the service/body shop were phenomenal! I needed to clear out my recently totaled car but could not get to the dealer before the service department closed. Seth listened to my needs and offered a solution for me to work with a sales department associate to access my car. I forgot a screwdriver to remove my license plate, but several service center/body shop employees loaned me one on their way out! Kudos Winner Ford Service Department!!

I didnt have an appointment so I had to wait a while. That gave me time to enjoy some of their coffee which is found in the service waiting room. They forgot one minor thing that I asked them to check, it didnt get written on the service order. Thats what cost them a star.

Very helpful and genuinely nice people. Brought my car in to have the transmission looked at, they took down all notes pertaining to my issue and made sure everything was done to get me back on the road. I was called whenever there was an update, or issue, with my vehicle and made sure I was aware of any and all information.

First attempt I had a bad experience, however I voice my concerns and winner ford team from management to the sales team listen to my concerns, heard me out and rectify the situation. At first I thought they was in business for profit. I truly believe now that there in the business of the people. A little communication goes along way. From Patric to Malik they really took care of me and made sure I was taken care of. I’m definitely coming back as my business grows. I can’t say how excited and thrilled how things worked out. I highly recommend this dealership. I’m so happy with the new truck I purchase. Thanks again I wish I was able to give 10 stars.

Original Review: (Feb 2016) (3 Stars)Wasnt that impressed with the dealership, they didnt seem to know what they were talking about when I asked about replace the key less fob on my Ford TaurusNew review: (Nov 2016)(4 Stars)Scenario:Visiting my parents from CT and had extreme car issues. The car shut of and stalled on the side of road. Starting it made a very loud rumbling noise and very weak acceleration. After being towed to dealership on a Sat, had to have a lead mechanic look at it on Monday morning. After a week and half and continuous communication from Tiera (who was GREAT!), was quoted a fair price for major repairs. The total damage was water pump and timing chain to be replaced. As well as connections pieces for chain and valves (solenoids). With quoted labor at $110 hr, I did place calls to several dealerships in CT and DE was quoted roughly the same for labor and parts. Final cost for repairs was Under $2,000. Car is running great and after getting the recommended 1k mile oil change, other dealership stated that everything looks good.Review:Service was great and all repairs held up. The car is performing well. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! The few issues I had was:1: Spent $2,000 and the car wasnt even washed(just recently went to dealership for 1k mile checkup and only spending $46 received tire rotation and car detail)2: Looks like I was double charged for the Oil and Filter looking at the bill.3: Little confusion communication wise within dealership between service manager and the other workers for part ordering. (referring to the not knowing if parts were ordered or not. Not the fact parts were wrong a few times, that I know is out of their control)Overall I would say it was a good experience and they were always on top with communication with me. I have to say being out of state and car breaking was nerve wrecking, but these people put my mind at ease knowing they were on top of things. I was happy that were professional and quick to get car back on the road. The folks who work here are amazing. Eddie and the management team worked with me to get me a new vehicle. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get something affordable. Casey was also great and was very helpful and caring. Overall I had an excellent experience and would absolutely recommend buying here.
