Our new vehicle was struck by a deer. We took our vehicle to Winner Ford and glad that we did. The staff was great!! Customer service was top notch! Was notified regularly about the progress on our vehicle repairs. Rental was a breeze with their help. We could not be happier with the repairs. Great job Winner Ford!!

It took 5 weeks to get my car back and every part they repaired had a problem. They painted over chips without filling them 1st. Dirt in the clear coat. The rims where painted and they didnt clean the inside of the rims 1st so there is clear coat over break dist. I had to bring it back time after time together they had the car over two months. No one would check the car before delivering it. One of the many times the inner truck parts where not installed just laying there. Plus every screw that went in to plastic was stripped or broke. Including the bumper cover. Many parts where not install properly the door handle feel out on my hand and I had to take the door a part to get the parts to install it the right way. It was the worse experience I ever had and will never do business with any of there dealership from repairs, buying parts or buying a car.

Not professional they lost my paperwork for a repair that I needed so I had to go somewhere else and get it redone keep in mind all they had to do was take pictures and upload them simple right. I have never experienced a place of business who never answer their phone I have been sent to voicemail so many times. And if I get called honey one more time. Smh will not come here again or recommend this place to anyone.

My sons car was damaged on the right front. Thy finished the body repair and we picked up the car in February. When the weather got wam,warm, tried to use the AC,and it didnt work. Took the car back and they repair theAC.Turs out the lines were cut. A short time later, the right front brake seized up and srated smoking. The sams side that had been damaged in the accident. They replaced the right front caliper and,rotor, and broke pads. Since they were doing the right side, he paid them out of pocket to do the left side. The right front still stuck. He took it back and was told that the caliper pins were really dirty, so they cleaned them up really good, and said it was fixed. Again, te right front stuck, so he took it back once again and they told him the rear brakes were shot and needed to be replaced. At this point, me being a certified auto technician, I got involved and told them not to touch the rear brakes, but to replace the right front brake hose. They did,and that fixed the problem. We picked up the car Friday, and he didnt drive it until Sunday to go to work. On the way to work, the car began to shake really bad. He immediately pulled over and called me. I had him check the lug nuts to see if they came loose. Sure enough, they had. Luckily the wheel did not come of,and nobody was hut. After he tightened up the front lug nuts the car was fie. When I called Winner Ford, I spoke to Joe, the body repair service writer, and he rudely told me that they never took the front wheel of to replace the brake line, which is impossible to do. He even want on to say that maybe we sabotaged the cat and loosened up the lug nuts to make them look bad. Winner Ford, or Joe refeuse to take responsibility for the lg nuts coming loose,even though they had just done all that brake work. On top of that, I found out this work was all done in the Collision shop, and not by a certified technician in the service center. SMH. Needless to say, a lawsuit is coming their way. My son, or innocent people could have been hurt or killed if the wheel had come off completely.

My insurance company sent me to Winner for auto body repair on my vehicle. Despite me bringing it in a day late they still managed to return it in a prompt manner after doing an excellent job in repairing my dings and scratches. Would definitely recommend.

The actual body works is top notch. Your car will look perfect after your visit. The lack of communication from the office to the customer sucks and the girls who answer the phones act like they have an attitude all the time.

Turned in car for front end repair from hitting a fox. Went to pick up car and I’m glad I looked under it. Missing screws and rivets that attach the under fairing to the bumper. There’s a broken clip on the bumper. There’s rivets in holes that have screws in them on the opposite side. Not what expected from a Ford dealer. Can’t wait to get that text message survey.Update: got a call that the car was ready to pick up again. Went back to pick it up today and it was missing 5 fasteners still on the bottom side of the bumper. Shop was closed but I managed to get someone’s attention. One of the office workers answered the door, knew the problem from last time and fixed himself in the parking lot. So I’d give five stars for the front office but 1 for that mechanics. Check their work folks. Definitely have a quality issue in the garage.

Gave them my wheel lock just in case they needed to take my wheel off. Forgot to mention it to returned it. A week went by, now I cant travel with the car if I get a flat. They are closed Saturday and Sunday so I have to wait until Monday to see if they have my wheel lock lugnut.

Went there because insurance sent us . Will never recommend or go back was skeptical to begin with. First they will fix my vehicle then cant find the part ( thats exceptable) well then they say they are sending me the money to fix it myself wait a week nothing! Call them apparently they sent it to insurance NOPE they did not they decided to go ahead and call insurance to ask them what they would like them to do insurance says give us our money. The lady is suppose to call me Sarah is her name been 2 days since then. Im fed up with these people they lack communication. And Im tired of the excuses

I was in an accident back in October and decided to have winner fix the damage. Big mistake! Not only did the initial repair take over a month, but the replacement they had to re-order from the botched job, was finally completed last week.. it’s a March! The bumper repair the first time, you could see where all the damage was, it looked like they painted over it and called it a day. The bumper they replaced after I complained about the initial job, is not flush with the vehicle and keeps popping out from the plastic fenders. The person who did the repair, chipped my paint, it looks like they used a tool to pry the bumper from the plastic fenders by the wheel, damaging not only the plastic fenders, but chipping the body of the vehicle exposing what’s under the factory paint. Sloppy job!!

Poor customer service and body work. I felt some what discriminated against. They dont return phone calls when you leave messages. It took almost a month for them to repair my car. My car is still not fully repaired. Had my bumper replaced and they didnt put it back on straight. I will never take my car to this place again for repairs.

I’ve had my car repaired here twice, each time after a fender bender. The work was okay but they could have done a better job. The most recent time I had it fixed I went to pick up my car and they tried to charge me without showing me my car first. What kind of shop does that? I insisted on seeing it and there was this huge white line across once side of my car. I rubbed it and it rubbed off, it was like sticky adhesive. I didn’t think anything of it. I finally got around to rubbing it completely off today and there was a huge scratch underneath. These people scratched my car and didn’t tell me. The inside of my car was also filled with metal dust because they had to take off a panel and smooth out a dent, filling my car with toxic metal dust that was sanded off. They couldn’t have cleaned it up? The mechanics who work here are bad and lazy.Besides the shoddy workmanship, the extremely overweight women in the lobby are clearly miserable with their lives and jobs and they take it out on their customers. They’re hard to look at enough as it is but with the constant scowls on their faces they make it even harder. They’re so rude and simply speaking to them ruined my whole day because of how nasty they are. If you don’t like your job then find a new one, don’t be lazy at it and take out your misery on customers.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Find a body shop that actually cares about your car and won’t scratch it.

Unsatisfactory customer service on so many levels. Did not keep me informed of progress with additional repair estimates given in untimely manner without a reason. Delays. Associates are untruthful. When requesting repair documents...documents arrived 8 days late. I do not recommend this dealerships body shop. Please avoid !! If this is GEICOs preferred body shop...i need to find another insurance company. I am one unhappy customer.

Originally bought our Expedition there. My husband had a slight mishap so didnt want to take it for repairs anywhere else but there. Manager Joe is great. Nice personally . Took care of everything, he did more then expected. Great guy.

Brought my wifes car in, a victim of a parking lot hit and run. Dropped it off on Monday and picked it up Wednesday morning. Car looks new again. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff made a frustrating situation much easier to handle. You need collision repairs, take it to Winner Ford.

So I was rear ended in a car accident and was recommended by my insurance company USAA to go to this auto body center because theyre in there trusted network. When I arrived to get my estimate I informed them not to roll my driver window down because it was broken. (had it fixed once and it broke again). They didnt pass it on to the mechanics and they rolled it down and it fell out of the track. Not a big deal people make mistakes they removed the panel and got it back in the track for me. About 4 days later Im told I can take my truck in to finally get fixed, the parts have arrived and the insurance company sent them the money. They got the truck fixed a day quicker than I expected. Look brand new not going to lie. But My driver window was out of the track again. Not only did this happen once before but I reminded them of the issue after dropping it off the second time. Once again things happen. After bringing it up to the mechanic when he pulled it around he said hed get his manager to discuss it. The manager came out right off the bat with attitude. Saying the truck was dropped off with the window down. After explaining to him the window was broken but it was in the full up position and I informed them of the issue he said his mechanics wouldnt of rolled it down and I need to learn how to take care of my vehicles better and not blame others for my problems. I explained to him I didnt want them to fix the window that was already broken just help from a mechanic to place the window back in the track a 5 minute fix with a screw driver (I know because I timed it when I got home). He agreed if I brought it back the next day he would but he didnt have anyone available 20 minutes before they closed. Not sure if he assumed I was trying to get free maintenance or what but I just wanted a simple hand to temp fix an issue they made worse. If your told by your insurance company to go here save your self the issue Management there is rude. Will not ever go back there

They actually care about their customers. An accident that leaves your car damaged is always hard to handle. Especially the insurance, rental, and body shop. I have to say Winner body shop made it as painless and convenient as possible. They constantly keep me informed and when there was going to be a delay got my rental extended. Hopefully, wont need a body shop in the future but if I do ill use them for sure.

My car was in an accident, insurance company suggested i take it to winner ford, i agreed, bad move. the body work looked good, i will admit, but the paint was all screwed up. the man said who ever painted it last used cheap paint????? He admitted putting it in the oven with plastic on it and it left horrible marks on it. He said they could try and buff it out, My thoughts, how can you buff something out when its baked on????? Still have the car will write another review after i get the car back.

I sent my truck in for a bumper swap as a large medical van backed into the vehicle. I was told by Jenny same day pick up and a shuttle ride as I declined the rental. I call near of the day to confirm my shuttle ride because I never heard back and the vehicle was not touched. OK next day I call near the end of the day to confirm my shuttle ride back to my truck. I was told 4:30, the shop closes at 5pm, at 5:05pm I dont have a ride. I call and spoke to a few people. NO ONE was told by Jenny I needed a ride. The manager was kind enough to drive my truck to my house. I thank him for that gesture. Jenny needs some training or retraining as she is making those around her look bad.

I absolutely will never take my car here again. Multiple things, most notably an iPod, were taken from my car.It took me a full 7 days to finally get ahold of someone to discuss about this, and when I called and spoke with the manager, all I got was “I trust my guys, there’s no way they took it. I don’t know where it went”, followed by “there’s nothing we can do” and “we are not responsible for things left in cars”, which I personally find completely unacceptable.Additionally, the repairs took longer than they projected, leading me to wait an extra 4 days to pick it up. Thankfully, Jen is a rockstar and helped communicate that to my insurance for rental car purposes.

Autobody shop is ridiculous. I was told the car was in paint, followed by assembly, followed by thecar was in paint and then they told me they needed to order parts. Once I queried the shop about the nonsense, the lady on the phone told me she didnt have time for my bullshit questions and then hung on me. After recalling, she was very rude and snappy at me
