Im a first time patient and I was just blown away with how quick and friendly everyone was. Each process was easy and I never felt out of place.I cant believe I havent been getting my eye exams done here this entire time!

New Vision Optical is by far the best! Their customer service surpasses all others. After I had been experiencing frequent headaches, Jeremy got me into the optometrist ASAP. I had neglected my vision for years and needed glasses. They helped me pick the very best frames within my budget. I was completely satisfied! More recently I wanted a pair of prescription sunglasses for vacation. Mrs. Jean was so patient and kind through my indecisiveness. She even took the extra time and effort to look outside their inventory for a frame she knew I would love. AND I DID!! You are missing out if you arent using New Vision Optical to care for your eyes. I once was blind but NOW I SEE!! Thank you!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the time I made my appointment Shannon until I picked up my glasses, the customer service and atmosphere was top notch. I went in for an exam for glasses and contact lenses. The doctor was very thorough in explaining my exact needs/options and Jeremy was very precise in helping me pick out frames. I love it that there is no hidden cost like with the bigger chains and that they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that your needs are met and that you are satisfied. I will highly recommend them every time I get the chance!

This was a great shop! The optometrist was professional. Jeremy took all the time needed to fit the perfect glasses to my face and style. Super patient and knowledgable.

Jeremy and Shannon were fabulous in helping me pick out new frames and contacts. The doctor was wonderful and helped with finding the best fit for my eye. My whole family uses them and would not think about going anywhere else!

They are great my contacts came in quick, great and friendly service. Great family friendly service. Mr. Reed ordered extra contacts for me so when I was ready would have them on hand when I needed more.

Wonderful customer service from the front desk to the doctors. Just moved to Winston ga and have had not so great experiences from the eye places I went to while I was in Kennesaw. When my husband and I went here they were very fast very on point and also had a wonderful selection of glasses. I got the works done on a pair they were ready in a week and they called to let me know they where ready ( which I’ve never had anyone do before ) extremely sweet and personable. Highly recommend coming here and getting your eyes checked and to get a wonderful pair of new glasses.

I’ve been going here for about 5 years now, and I all I can say is wonderful things about this place. The doctor is amazing, patient and will answer any questions. I get 12 pairs of contacts every time I go and they explain to me everything from the cost to when will my contacts arrive. How much I will pay. The place is very clean, friendly and fast! I never had problems with my contacts or glasses, thank you guys!

What a wonderful experience for me at this vision center. The spring in the side piece of my glasses was broken and I just couldnt find anyone to fix it. I walked in and asked and the piece was replaced, saving me a lot of money during the holidays. I asked how much I owed and he said, no charge. I am so grateful.

Great customer service! I was pleasantly surprised that they didnt treat me like a number - they cared from the moment they first answered the phone. First impressions are the most important and New Vision had a great one on me.

Last week was my first visit to this practice as I am new to the area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Reviews/Stars on a place are one of the first things I go to when searching for anything/place/etc. to help in my decision. I value the experience etc. of others and this optical had wonderful things spoken of it so I decided to give it a go. I have been wearing glasses since I was 9 years old and this is honestly the best place I have ever gone to! So friendly, professional, I had Dr. Edwards and he was outstanding! The first Dr. to get my prescription on point and I can see better than I ever have! He was professional,amazing bed side manor as they call it, kind, patient, understanding, quick, efficient, took time to answer questions, friendly, so much knowledge and the list goes on! Thank you Sir! I was early, checked in, it was almost like all the others awaiting to be seen knew each other, so friendly, didnt wait long, he took me in early which was wonderful, the exam was over in around 15 minuets then off to be fitted for my new glasses by Linda. Linda was wonderful, she was quick, helped me in deciding, explained everything to me (insurance coverage, etc.), completely there to assure in my being able to see above all things and this I had never experienced anywhere else! Thank you so much Linda! I as well had the blessed opportunity in meeting/speaking with Mr. Reed a few days after my appointment date to where I was picking up my glasses and in just the same as Linda, I was treated like family, excellent customer service in just the same! I have never been, seen and received a call that soon after that my glasses were available for me to come by to assure the fit and wear them out of the eye practice that day! If you are looking for a professional, friendly environment of specialists who treat you/your kids/family members (as I saw and experienced, especially Mr. Reed fitting children, he was outstanding with them) like family, I highly recommend this practice! If you are also looking for a very very clean establishment from A to Z along side sit with some of the most friendliest people there in the waiting room area (those I spoke with had been going here for as long as they remember and their wonderful words verified my decision after reading other customers reviews etc.), be seen, leave with all questions answered, a sense that you know you just received excellent customer service plus the same care each would give to their own family members, want to receive a call back quick on affordable glasses (should you wear them, as well contacts) and I could go on and on but, if you would like to experience what I did, I encourage you to visit this practice! I couldnt say how much it meant to finally in my life be able to say I had at least one practice/Dr/Staff that cared about me as a person start to finish with an open invitation at any point! When you can leave a practice saying that, you know you have just experienced something rare, you got to share!! I am one who can say, I really needed some light to shine in my life and this here really showed me that there is still hope out in the world in being welcomed, taken care of, valued, made to feel like family in it all, your time respected, you respected, valued and left to feel not only that everything is going to be alright, but that you were treated fair and left with a you are welcome to come back at anytime as we are here to assure that you are taken care of because we value you as a patient here, I encourage you to visit this practice as well! Thank you to each of you who helped me! I absolutely will continue to go here and hope that my review helps others out there who are looking for a vision practice! Though I read reviews a lot, I am not one to write one unless it was the most horrible experience or it was one of the most amazing ones, this one here I can say....AMAZINGGGG!!!

Was ok yes very clean .. When i walked in i didnt get a welcome like i feel like you should and customer service is my field, very sarcastic. was told that there unbeatable as far as prices . I felt taking advantage of .. Like they played off the fact that my 7 year old vision was so bad no one else could help. I bought a pair of glasses they charged me $200 + the school lost them within a month time i had to replace them they gave me a 10% discount saying they was trying to do me a favor because i just paid so much for the first pair less than a month ago.i really believe them and was truly greatful ..for i have 7 kids Untill i found out that that the place they sent to charged me $125 the fisrt time and they felt bad and gave me a almost a 60% discount. So it cost way less to make his glasses and he really needed them like bumping into walls and stuff. I prayed on it and forgive them after all it is a business and thats how most are ran..i did however find a place who did my sons glasses for 95% less than they were going to charge me for the 3rd time .. God is good.. 🙌

Small and personal is how i would describe this optical center.Very pleasant people and great prices for glasses, unlike the MALL traps where you just a number.

We have been going here for 30 years at least. This is the only place where we get our glasses, and weve moved to Alabama!
