We placed an online order to be picked up curbside. We got there and did the check in and sat waiting. Not a problem. We know the process. But when you have sat for 15 minutes without getting your product and two vehicles come in and get theirs within 5 minutes after you have already been sitting there for 15 minutes you get pretty aggravated. One guy was bringing everyones out until it came to ours. He brought the two latecomers out and we asked where ours was and he said, oh, its coming, so and so is bringing it out. Thats unacceptable!

Great experience. From the time I walked in, I was greeted at the door, to the computer section. I was acknowledged after only a few minutes. Since he was busy with another customer, he called for backup, which came immediately. My sales person was wonderful. He approached me, and asked if I needed any help. His sales pitch for the extra coverage was amazing, A1!!! Great experience overall! Which I got everyones name but it was around 8pm.

This is my second visit to the store. I was greeted by an associate who directed me to the area of the store I requested. Once I reached the area an associate was assisting a customer so I just looked around. I did not see another associate near. As I turned to walk back to the front and someone be called to assist me; I saw an associate come from no where and asked another lady if she needed assistance. I know where he was but he definitely was not in the area I was. I immediately turned and left the store. I had waited at 5 minutes. It is clear this country has a long way to go with accepting people as people and treating others they way they would like to be treated.

This and all other Best Buy stores recently, have been a stressful experience. The inventory is often stacked all over. Many shelves are empty or just have a scattering of items. The staff does do their best to help, but most of the issues are outside their control.Unfortunately, they will likely be another victim of the retail apocalypse soon.

Honestly, these guys are blessed i gave them 3 stars. Waited damn near 20 minutes for some assistance in the computer section. There was only 2 reps in that section and while one of them was really helping an elderly couple, the other one was only joking and laughing with a customer. Finally i said to hell with it and walked out. Clearly dont go on the weekends to this place.

Its a pandemic, yes, but the shopping experience here makes me grateful for online shopping. They stopped us at the door and asked what are you here for?. Couldve been a bit nicer. We said wed just like to browse please. The man at the door responded well, if you want anybody to help you, you gotta come back here and tell me what you want. We told him we wanted to look at washing machines. He radioed to someone I have a couple that wants to buy a washer. No we didnt. We simply wanted to look at them, not be harassed by a salesman. We were so turned off by this experience, we just left.

My visit to the Best Buy in Douglasville to buy a phone and a drone was rough. I found out that I couldnt just ask employees questions or have them grab a product that I just wanted to buy, because theyre all locked up. I had to wait in a queue of unknown length, and then I find out I have to make an appointment to buy a phone. I chose to buy them from Amazon. Its easier.

While I did finally find 1 case and 1 screen protector for my Samsung S20.... I really got no help and unless you have an iphone... Dont bother. In almost every department it was... No but we have this or that for iphones or macs, or anything apple. Some of us really do love our androids and you can keep everything apple or I related sand toss them all in the garbage where they belong!!! Ill drive to the Hiram store next time. The staff is thankful to have jobs not just standing around trying hide and texting on their phones.. Yes we saw you.... Lazy!

Stopped by on my way home from work to check on a window mount for my Garmin. There were not a lot of customers there. I stood by the GPS section looking at all of the products. Several employees passed by but no one spoke or offered to help. I ended up walking out. I walked from the front of the store to the back and no one even acknowledged that I was there. I wont go back.

Excellent service. I ordered an expensive projector online and picking it up from the box store. I like to order buy from boxes in attempt to balance my Amazon purchases. Plus, I get weary when I get expensive items delivered for fear of damage or theft.This purchase went well. I chose curbside delivery which was fast, as usual. They took great care of my purchase.

Placed an order that was supposed to be ready for pickup yesterday. It’s still not ready and when I call to ask about it I get put on hold for a representative, then it rings once and sounds like it’s being answered and then they hang up on me. Terrible service.

Really organized. Maintaining social distancing at thia time so everyone that enters is asked if they need assistance from a store sales rep. This idea and method they are using to carry it out is working very well. Customers receive fast service and assistance with their purchases and social distancing is ensured.

Their employees used to be well trained on the products they sell but not anymore. The guy who helped us was friendly but clueless about what we needed and didnt even know where the products he was going to show us were. Not the first time we had this experience.

I waited for 15-20 minutes after my appointment time, but thats alright. The gentlemen to get my TV and test it. It runs fine, so I am looking for a TV stand that holds a 40 inch tv. The stand should be able to be at least 36-38 inches wide. The one that I have holds 50 inches, but what holds the tv up is 35 inches wide....weird but ok. Geek Squad is AWESOME 👌!!!! I wentabit further if anyone knows where I can get a reasonable tv stand I would really appreciate it. Be Blessed.

I bought my drone here last week, it was a quick in and out type of thing but I want to talk about c-service . I felt like the employees lack energy good vibes and big smiles . Some people don’t care but I do, I like when I go to a store that I’m greeted with smile, not just by the person at the door but also the agent that’s going to help me . The person they sent to help me was a little ghetto, like come on, be more professional, and while y’all letting your employees wear Jordan’s to work . Lol, what a joke . Anyway, it’s a Best Buy like any other you’ve ever been to. TVs, radios, games, computer, fridge etc … nothing else to it

Always receive friendly service and they usually have what I need, unless its a very in demand item. Very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Depending on the time and what service youre needing, their may be a bit of a wait, for cellular services or items. Overall its a great place and I keep going back.

Ordered item on 11/25 for curbside pick up. Drove all the way to Douglasville on 11/27 checked in and sat at curbside for 1.5 hours talking to 4 different reps for them to tell me they couldnt find my order. Yet as this is happening I get an email saying if I need more time they will hold my it until 12/8. They wanted to refund me but it was purchased on a Visa gift card that I threw away after making the purchase. It is now over 2 hours later as I write this review and still no resolution.

I purchased an Apple Watch Series 6 through the Best Buy (Douglasville) website on June 14, 2021. I chose the ship to store option as to avoid any delays as this was a Father’s Day gift. The website showed the watch would arrive on Friday June 18, 2021. On Friday, I checked the status of my order and it now showed the watch maybe delayed “a few days”. So I called Best Buy and the automated system stated “they were no longer routing calls to the store due to COVID.” The call is routed to corporate customer service. I speak with a representative asking for a more definitive eta on my watch. The representative stated “we don’t know when a truck might arrive and if your watch will be on it.”I then decide to go to Best Buy today (Saturday June 19, 2021) to see if maybe I can buy a similar watch in the store. I speak with the representative in the order pick up section who again stated he had no idea when my order might be in, but I’m free to buy another watch ($400), but the refund will take a few days to credit on my account. I asked if the watch was available at any other location as no one seemed to offer any other solution. Again, this is a Father’s Day gift. The representative stated it was available in “Alabama”. I then asked to speak with the manager. She came over and told me I could drive to Hiram because that store had “2” in stock (per the website). So I asked “can you call over to that location and ask them to hold a watch for me, please?” The manager said “No, we cannot call any location since COVID, but you can go to the Buckhead location they have 13 in stock.” I could not believe it. Not only would I have to pay another $400, but not one employee including the manager thought to offer a solution. So I decided to go to Target (Douglasville) where I encountered an extremely professional lady named “Yolanda” in the electronic section who clearly understood customer service. Not only did she look for the watch, but she read every spec about the watch to make sure it was the right one. So thank you again “Yolanda” at Target (Douglasville). I will make sure to spend my money at Target in the future. Do better Best Buy. Stop blaming the pandemic for your ineptness.

Worst customer service ever. We wanted to buy a printer and asked the guy that was signing people up to get help was extremely rude! We asked him for someone to help us with printers and he said I doubt we even have any in stock. He also said youll have to order it online and acted annoyed we were there. The worst experience ever. I bought a refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered in a few days. Two weeks later still no refrigerator and no one calls to explain whats happening. We kept calling to find out the status and I was told it would be delivered on a particular day. The day came no call and no refrigerator. Eventually I had enough and canceled my order and went to lowes.

I order my stuff online and pick it up. The prices are usually good and the customer service at pick up is good too. Usually very prompt. Inside the store on the other hand, looks like they going out of business sometimes. They never have what Im looking for, hence the online shopping.

Geek squad review:made online appt for new iphone battery install. check in was great. i had the first appointment of the day so no residual delays from repairs in front of mine. battery was in stock. was told what expected repair time would be. told them i’d wait the estimated 45-60 minutes. repair tech approached me after maybe 15 minutes to say he had broken the screen on my phone and they did have a replacement in stock. ok, accidents happen. no biggie. said he was having difficulty reaching Apple for “approval” to make the screen repair, but they would try to get Apple in a chat session. after about 30 minutes i was told, by a different guy, Apple was being difficult about the “approval” but they were still trying. i told the guy the broken screen was on best buy and to just fix it and not waste my time waiting on resolution of an issue they were having with Apple. he says “we’re doing what we can” (or some such). i told him again, fix my phone and quit wasting my time. about 15 minutes later the repair guy tells me “good news! apple gave us an ok.” and he was going to start the repair. so after sitting there an hour and half i finally had my phone back.best buy should know and respect the fact that a customer does not want to be delayed because of politics between best buy and Apple. it’s unacceptable customer service period.

This is a pretty good store. The employees are friendly and for the most part attentive. The impressive this for me was the extra measures for sanitary shopping. Hand sanitizer available as you enter and a newly organized socially distance friendly layout.As usual the prices arent the best but this is a convenient location so you pay a couple of bucks for convenience... No big deal! Its a good store!

I went in directly to what I wanted. Stood there for a few. Asked an employee if there was anyone to assist. He said they were all busy and someone would be there to help. Walked around the same area for about 20 more minutes. I have a bad back so I cant stand for long periods of time. No one ever came. I walked straight back out. No one ever said a word. Im sure its cool because they were busy, but customer service on that day was a definite thumbs down 👎

My wifes computer went out this morning. She works from home and could not work today. So I had to make a trip there and get a new one. The service was fast. BUT the selection of towers on hand was VERY limited. I guess it is due to everyone working from home now.But I was able to get her up and running by the end of the day.THANKS Best buy staff.😀

Great clean store and nice employees who inquired if I needed help. Yep, I needed a hard drive, was prompty pointed in the right direction and yes they had it. (on sale - yea for me)Then as I walked around the store, I started to notice that BBs (looks to be slowly slippin off into oblivion -like Frys did before they closed) - they have a low inventory count on all products, childrens toys and oh no.. the as seen on tv items on the shelves.Come on Best Buy, please keep evolving your business - people love to go to the stores to see whats new, touch products & inspect the items they would want to buy.

Its a good place to go to for electronics when you cant wait for Amazon shipping. Walmart is cheaper but their selection is limited. At Best Buy you might not get exactly what youre looking for, but youll find something good all the same. Raspberry pi is the way of the future FYI.

Wow what horrible customer service. I called to pick up a non Black Friday item and was told it’d be on hold. I drove 45 minutes to pick up but it rang up different price. “Shanna” was exceptionally rude and made what should have been an easily resolved issue iturned into a screaming match” .
