Nice clean store. Well stocked. Not too busy on this Friday morning. Plenty of parking available. Their gas prices are very competitive with other places in town. No one working there is wearing a mask. Most customers did not have a mask on. Not COVID aware.

We dont call it highway robbery for no reason. The prices are ridiculous and good luck getting formula if you need it. Went in this morning to find theyre STILL out of stock of the brand and kind of formula our son eats. I stay out of this store at all costs oh and did I mention the staff is rude except the baristas and meat dept? Get it together

I was visiting from out if town, and havent been into a Safeway in a very long time. The store was clean and orderly, and prices were good. The most important thing is the store staff was friendly and helpful.

Prices are better than local grocery, but the location is further than the local grocery

Decent selection of goods. Employees are all masked at this time. Can use Safeway members card for discounts, but you will find most items will be priced higher than larger Wyoming cities. Big parking lot with fuel center.

The store is always clean, staff willing to help. My cost is always less by half or more. Just love the store

Were traveling and I give my dog a special treat of a raw boneless skinless chicken thigh (usually frozen). I only needed one and catered to me and took just one out for my pup!!! Their meat department rocks!!! Thank you!!!

Employees are rude! Asked a lady for help taking an item off at self checkout and she was mean about it. Also the new ladys in the deli wont pay attention. Stood there for 10 minutes and kept saying excuse me while I was ignored. The place has really gone down hill the last few months. If you cant handle helping people and being kind maybe get out of retail. Wasnt rude to them so no reason to be treated like that.

The wife and I shop there all the time mainly the wife I hint hint hint we love and are you guys got a great meat selection great prices all the personnel there to Cashiers are also Pleasant and nice we appreciate all the service that we get very clean and we thank you have a great holiday take care bye

Disappointed in chicken selection. No whole chicken available, only various pre-cut boneless, skinless chicken parts.

Absolutely atrocious, got some strawberries that were supposedly cut fresh this morning only to get a couple pieces in and find some covered in mold.... er trip later(thanks to mold allergies) but I got my 6 bucks back yay me

I love safeway. The main issue is having to wait at the deli, they only had one check out line & I could have used help out but there was no one there to ask.

Only place for donuts between Casper and Cheyenne... gotta get there early or expect a limited selection

We have found some cool ethnic foods here on occasional (generally unavailable elsewhere in Wyoming). Some of the staff go above and beyond in being helpful. Have had several issues with pricing over the years, I do wish I didnt have to be so vigilant to make sure their sales ring up properly. Have also had to go to customer service to get partial refunds on a few items I missed prior to paying. Not a big deal but it does add up; living so far from civilization it can be a bit of a time sink if I still have a long drive ahead of me or an appointment. Mostly positive experience overall.

It sure is expensive... ask for a free shopping card it will save you $ on long run. Now the customer service is out of this world starting with cashiers also the produce if you need veggies low due to crazy demand ask the girl who lives there she will get it.

Was there on a bad snow day, so it was very busy. The staff were friendly enough and helpful, and unlike Walmart actually had cashiers in all their aisles. Reason for lower rating is the limited availability of goods. Not that they were understocked, but finding items other than general bare bones amentaties is not an option

Just went in and about one out of every twenty patrons were wearing a mask. The employees were at least.

Vegetable dried up bare shelves overpriced- not the usual bountiful clean friendly Safeway like Grand Junction Co. or Ogalla, Nebraska. Actually I was taken aback on how shabby the store is and very dismayed at actually offering dried up old vegetables in the produce section. And out of common items. Now Safeway is always been pricey but compare it to what I saw it was an affront. Some dried up old cashier staring out of the corner of her eyes at customer in line instead tending to business.

Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are a little higher than Winco, but good quality products.

This was where we got groceries when we came to town August 21, 2017 for the total eclipse. It was a nice grocery store and the staff were very friendly. We got a lot of cheese to snack on while we stared at the sun. Every moment of that day was magickal, so I remember this Safeway with a special fondness

Nice employees. However, I was very dismayed that Safeway did not remove the snow and there was several inches of slush and ice on the ground making it very difficult to bring my groceries back to the car. I will not be going back to this location during times when snow is on the ground.

The ADVERTISED prices dont ring up at checkout. The digital items are NEVER available in click and cashiers dont have a clue how to ring up the digital items. Friskies canned cat food, advertied .55, at checkout they rang up.60 each. Why? Shopping at Safeway has turned into a complicated effort. Driving 50 miles to a Wal-Mart is starting to look more appealing all the time. Cashiers are pleasant, but I dont go to your store to exchange pleasantries. Rethink your marketing program!!!!!

Decent prices and very helpfully staff. It is no superstore. Groceries only. Get anything else you need from the Shopko next door.

PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH! This is a small town with a lot of minimum wage workers that cant afford these price gouges :( The staff is mostly rude & you always have to wait at least 15 minutes to get help at the service desk. This is the worst Safeway Ive ever been in

Regularly out of common produce & sale items, and understaffed at the registers. If Safeway wants us to keep our business local then there should be more effort to ensure our basic needs are met consistently.

Its very embarrassing when you cant stock up on groceries for your family without people treating you like a criminal. I wrote a check and had to be escorted in front of tons of people so that they could call and get approval. I shop there ALL the time, but maybe not much anymore!
