I called mid Sept 2020 to request an in-home consult: (from their website) Show you Pella product samples, Talk you through all of your installation options, Provide you with a free, no-obligation quote, Answer any questions you may have. No one returned my call.I called at the end of Sept 2020 to again request an in-home consult. The scheduler confirmed with the consultant on a 10am consult for an upcoming Friday. No one came at the scheduled 10am consultation. No one called.An hour and ten minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I called to ask why no one came or called. While on speaker phone, the scheduler and the consultant stated the appointment was for some time during the morning, not at 10am. The consultant stated he was busy and had just returned to the office from another appointment. I asked why he returned to the office instead of coming to my appointment late. He asked why I didnt call earlier to question why no one came or called, suggesting something was my fault. He asked if I had a contractor, because they are only product suppliers and dont arrange installation. I said we could have discussed this if he had shown up for the consult.I had high hopes for Pella of Dodge City for this project and future projects, but I was disappointed and must choose a different company.___Post script after response from owner, AH: Thank you for your response and apology. To me, it seems an engaged owner would naturally want to look into this further regardless of what I would like. If you do, you will see that Pella of Dodge City already has my telephone number they never called and my address they didnt visit. -EH

Brandy Thomas is a pleasant person in Customer Service. She is eager to help and if she does not know the answer to my question, she is quick to find it. Initially I talked with Brandy on the telephone but since she is helpful to me on email. Her response is very quick, most often the same day. Good Job, Brandy.Jon Farra has serviced my Pella windows from wrapping an already installed window to replacing the blind turners that were broken or hard to turn because of age and repairing screens and sliding doors. The service call was for one thing but he always asked if there was anything else needing his attention while he was there. Jon is pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable of the Pella product. Several years ago we made the decision to install Pella windows with slim shades in our entire home. Our back door faces west and is a full window. We have used the slim shade EVERY DAY since installation and recently discovered it was getting worn. Our contractor contacted Pella our of Dodge City and within a week or two a Pella rep was at our house to install a new slim shade AT NO COST! The service was excellent and the rep was very friendly and knowledgable. The decision to pay a bit more for Pella years ago was definitely the right one.
