I have never seen such horrible customer service as I just witnessed at this store. Went in for a part and there were 3 people behind the counter. Stood there for a good 5 minutes and was never even acknowledged. Finally asked if this is where I needed to get a part and the lady very rudely told me that they were busy and it would be a minute and this was the commercial side. When we finally got to the right side, no signs stating any of this, she continues with her rudeness and had no idea what we were looking for. Took our business to O’Reilley’s down the road who were super helpful

Upon arrival there were a total of three employees at the counter. No one acknowledged I was there and in my efforts to find someone to sell me what I needed all of them were busy. Granted one was on the phone but the other two were just having a conversation and asked me to wait and continued to talk about whatever they were talking about. Finally one of the guys found me what I needed but seemed annoyed the entire time. The reason I gave even 3 stars is because they had what I needed in stock which was nice.

I called the store at 7:30 a.m to see what time they open and the guy say the store opens when ever I get up to the door and open it im counting cash. Well good for me o reillys is opened down the road at 7:30 a.m maybe auto zone should call them and learn how to schedule so they can count cash on time to open store at advertised time or maybe they should just call and learn how to count either. I will not put up with rudeness from a business!!

Usually the attendant does the check engine light reading but the little gala just handed me the OBD2 reader and said go ahead just plug it in underneath your dash and bring it back

I usually dont shop in these places but that clerk made it quick n easy! TYSM

On a road trip and staying in an RV park 2 mile from this store. When we were headed into town for sightseeing turn the key and CLICK,shorted battery. Called this store, bought a new one over the phone and they were nice enough to deliver it in about 90 minutes.Thanks again.

Yeah they could have the parts you need on hand, but they like to blatantly ignore customers until its convenient or they cant hide any more.

AutoZone has usually been a very good place to get parts and they will help.

Buy a lot of parts there good store.

Pretty good selection though I would like to see more motorcycle stuff. At least I can get premium spark plugs for my Harley there. really good service .

The Men Act Like Youre Not Even Standing In The Store Or In Line..Nonchalant Service

My last visit was probably a 4 star but is normally a 3 star place i really scored on my most recent visit here you never know what youll come across

Its your run of the mill cheapest parts you can get in town right now but if only you could wait 2 days on your parts from rock auto you could get an factory oem part for half of what your gonna pay here but they are starting to get some cool in store parts like their line of hid and led headlight replacements but once again if you had the patience to wait a couple days you could get those half price as well online 3 stars for making your line of parts so generic as to call them standard silver and gold class parts when they all the same part just in a different box lol

My husband went to by some things for our truck and was given the wrong ones when he tried to exchange he was asked for his drivers license wich he doesnt have one.......he just wanted to exchange for the right ones he didnt get his money back....never had issues with this place but today so dissapointed...bad service

Always a long line of Mexicans but they only keep one or two people at the counter we. There are 12 available spots. They frequently get parts wrong or lose the order after youve paid for it. If your order something here dont pay for it ahead of time.
