We just started a new agreement on Tuesday on the $10 for a week. Apparently to Stephanie a week is only 5 days. We never got a call on Saturday that it was due, we believed that it was due on Tuesday as that is a week. Monday we came in and Stephanie was very rude. She didn’t explain anything to help us understand what is going on. All she said was I’ll print you a receipt and your agreement. And on top of that we were charged a late fee!
Everyone working in the store is nice and welcoming. Delivery was late but service was fast. One of the employees talked a bit too much and then I understood why they were so late. Overall it was a very good experience and my appliances are in great working condition thus far.
Never have washers and dryers in stock, not a way to due business

Only giving 1 star because I have to. This store is terrible. If you come in and make a payment a few days early, it changes when your next payment is due. That still doesnt make since because if I made the previous payment on time, making an early payment shouldnt cancel any days paid for with the previous payment???
