Told me that it was going to be a soft inquiry but was a hard inquiry!! Then they guy still tried to get me to try to buy a mattress!

Bed shopping is not for the faint of heart. You’ve got to take into consideration of something your going to spend a third of your day on. After hitting several places in town we stopped here and found exactly what we was looking for and at a better price. The staff was helpful without being pushy and we made the plunge. Two days later our bed was delivered and setup by courteous gentlemen who made sure there wasn’t any mess left behind and gave us great care instructions and showed us how to operate the adjustable base. This was an awesome shopping experience.

The Customer Service rep was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The store had the box spring (platform) that I needed in stock.

I cant review the products since we havent received them yet. My wife and I shopped here on September 6th and purchased a mattress, base, cooling pad, sheets and pillows. We spent what is to us a lot of money. We were told our sheets, pillows and pad would arrive Friday the 10th via FedEx. ( here it is the 14th and still no accessories) The mattress and base would be delivered on Sunday the 12th. Sunday came and went We have no bed or accessories. I call the store to inquire, I was told they cant find out about accessories and the bed will now supposedly be delivered on September 26th. Oh also they gave us a tracking code, which on delivery day I tried. It contained no information at all. Simply said in process

We bought a mattress set about 2 years ago. Paid 1300.00 for it. Delivery guys backed over a telephone box at the road. After about 8 months the mattress started sinking in the middle. Every time you laid down you would roll to the middle. Had to go somewhere else and buy a new mattress. We will never buy from Mattress Firm again. I think they gave us a different mattress than the one we picked out.

Adam was knowledgeable, most helpful and kind as we looked at the mattresses. Like most items, they are more expensive than you might want to pay, but remember too, you get what you pay for. Mattresses should be tested for comfort before you buy them. He said they sanitize the store at least twice daily and after each customer.

I have been searching for a new mattress for awhile. Ive researched types, prices etc. Austin was who helped me, his knowledge & patience to go above & beyond helping me was wonderful! I now have the best bed that i could have for me, I went in thinking that the purple would be the route to go & found a better feeling mattress & it was even cheaper. We were greeted by the store Manager Mike Palmero - He made us feel comfortable right from the start, no sales gimmicks or pressure. The mattress we wanted wouldnt be able to be delivered until after our guest had left - Which was more our fault for waiting so long! Mike helped us find another mattress that could be delivered with-in the time period & gave us a size-able discount for the inconvenience. I bought my mattress, the delivery truck came and the delivery guys were wonderful. There was a small tear in the base, which the delivery guys pointed out and told me to call the store. I called and the salesman I had worked with was unavailable (Zack) I spoke with Catherine, who advised me to email her pictures which I did. Zack called me when he got back and said they wouldnt bring me a new base and could only knock 50 dollars off... I explained that was unacceptable.He advised he would call his regional manager. Then the area manager (I belive her name was Danielle) called, she was very polite but said it would take a couple of weeks to get a new base out to me, but asked if there was a number they could refund that would resolve the issue. Since its a small tear I said 150 and she agreed. She advised it would take 5-6 days to refund the money to my account and on the 5th day it was refunded. In the end it was resolved peacefully and I appreciate that. The reason for the low rating was that I had to call 5 times and chase them down when the tear was not my fault. What concerns me most was at first Zacks refusal to bring a new base. I would caution anyone from buying from here because do you really want to go through the hassle of a lawsuit if they refuse to bring a new base and honestly if you buy something new, you expect it to come in perfect condition not have to chase the seller down to make it right. I wasnt planning on writing a review till I got an email from mattress firm asking me about my experience and after I wrote the review it advised they would review it and post if they found it appropriate.... so pretty much they just post the good ones...

The new store manager spent roughly 2 hours with us going over beds and plans and such. He is one that cares about his customer. Go and see him if you want to look at a bed and not feel pressured

Ordered a mattress Monday was to come in Wed. stated i needed it by Friday foe my daughter moving home called at 6pm said truck broke down had an option of going to warehouse myself to pick up or wouldnt be here for four more days that would be Sunday. Paid cash and couldnt give me a refund in store said they would have to mail me a check. Would never recommend them to anyone.
