Ordered a Vietnamese coffee and it was nasty 🤢. Ive never had a bad V Coffee before. Ive had genuine amazing VC, fake decent VC, but never has it been pure nastiness. Nice people though 🙂

I tried SO hard to avoid this review. I love coffee beans products very much... when I actually GET the items I order. This is a fairly new store so Ive been giving them the benefit of the doubt for over a year now. But, from the app putting a completely different name to my order; to my order not being received; to being able to order unavailable items all happening at different trips at different times, I give up. This last time they even gave us the incorrect drink with the label of the drink I ordered... Does this look like a Strawberry Cream Tea Latte to you???

Then place is great but the last few times they dont have liquid sugar at all doesnt matter what time of day it is, its pretty important thing to have in a coffee shop

Love this place! The VAST majority of the time, they get things right, so lets start off with that. Lots of people only post when something bad happens. Not this guy. What do I like so much? Variety in flavor. Consistency in service. Welcoming staff. My go-to: Vietnamese. Get it. It will change your life. Also good: Dark Chocolate lattes, hot or iced. Cant go wrong. Many, many of their teas are also great. Really, there are few concoctions I do not like from this place. So, thats why I keep coming back.

I went on Saturday afternoon they have going on the deal but one get one free it was a good experience the staff was friendly and the drinks was ok to sweet for my taste and less coffee but next time a just ask for a extra shot of expresóIt’s only 2 persons working on this location so prepare to be waiting but overall it’s a good place

Previous to covid this was a great place to get your laptop or mobile device out and work while drinking coffee or a latte. Lots of electrical plus along the bench to charge devices . Only complaint is the service is a little slow. Mostly a local residential crowd. Diamond Bar is a bedroom community. Most residents are in the financial or real estate industry.

As of lately being grabbing drinks and pastries... Wonderful staff and service! Definitely one of my new spots! Thanks Diamond Bar, Coffee Bean!!

The best deals are on there Mobil app. Great drinks and good customer service so far. They have a drive through which is a plus!

Good parking, although I arrived near closing time when that could be expected. Wanted and got a whole bean medium roast 16oz. valved bag of Mocha Java dated 29 May 2019. Thats a very long date in the internets geek opinions--they want a bag just a day or two old. I took it home and ground enough for two very good cups finding that it had held up well, likely because of the valved bag. The attendant was very pleasant too and I was in and out in under five minutes.

Service is great here. All staff are nice and they are taking safety measures with masks and trays to hand you your drinks instead of hand to hand contact. Drinks are good as well!

I love the mango and peach jasmine cold brew ice tea. The buy one get one free is awesome to share with a friend. Also @ CB & TL have a more varieties of pastries. Try their ice coffee. Its very delicious! Great customer and friendly service.

The young lady Vanessa was phenomenal! She was so happy and we had a great conversation. Very knowledgeable of the teas and coffees and was extremely patient with me as I didn’t know what was a good vegetarian option and she helped me choose exactly what I was looking for. It was my first time being there and she left a great first impression! Extremely great customer service!

Ive been a devoted Coffee Bean patron for four-plus yrs, so much so that I even remained loyal to Coffee Bean during the entire 18 month time frame my son was a barista at Starbucks!Was overjoyed when the Diamond Bar branch of Coffee Bean opened its door and poured its maiden cup of joe in 2018.

This just my humble opinion but I love coffee bean and their coffee always satisfied my taste buds. Plus the sitting area inside is nice and spacious. Good for hangout and great for study environment. Staff is really humble and kind. Also outdoor sitting is available as well!

The coffee bean in diamond bar is nice and friendly, far different then the one in Glendora who are always very rude

DUDE. Super impressed. LOL.I guess I just associate most American coffee to Starbucks (in items and quality). Starbucks tea is gross AF so I was very hesitant in ordering their new Peach Jasmine Green Tea. Lemme just say: its delicious. Its very refreshing and not overly sweet (something I always assume most American drinks are like/lean towards). Its lightly peachy with a aftertaste of the green tea with just the right amount of sweetness (probably will be a little bland for those that enjoy sweeter drinks) and I really enjoyed it! Our cashier was also really friendly and easy to talk to.Parking is easy to find since their lot is huge and usually has plenty of space available.

We came through the drive thru in the late afternoon and the gentleman on the loud speaker was so nice while taking our order. we put purchased a seasonal beverage and it even seemed like he was excited to make it. we were charged and served super quickly which was great. the beverage was perfect which made the whole experience that much better

Sorry guys, I can only give two stars because the facility is very nice. With that being said, why would you be cleaning the windows at 7:15pm and asking people to move? So unprofessional! In addition, they were out of whipped cream! Wow, welcome to the neighborhood Coffee Bean!!! I think I’ll stick to Starbucks, their reward program is better anyways!

The location of this place is wonderfully placed near Pomonapark. Easy to find. The staff are super charming and easy to talk to. The coffee is delicious and I got a doughnut while I was here and it was fantastic. The shop is really nice too. Definitely recommend if youre in the area.

Its SO nice to have a drive thru coffee/tea place this end of Diamond Bar! Great location, good service, good variety in the menu itemsand really good hours (open early, closes late). I LOVE that they have flavored unsweetened herbal iced tea! And more than just chamomile and mint like everywhere else! Their tea lattes are delish, dark hot chocolate is tasty and not so sweet, and prices are competitive. My hubby likes trying all their different coffee drinks too. They have a number of small tables inside, usually with people working/studying on them and a nice patio to Lounge or get work done too. I wish they had some protein drinks with low sugar and maybe some higher protein food options but overall I love this place and am so happy they are at this end of town! Right next to Chipotle is very convenient too :)

Although I get a variety of drinks there, the Americano is perfect! Anytime I need to customize a drink, they are always willing to make sure they got it right, which I appreciate. All that work there are pleasant and friendly.

Close to my house that’s why I visit here all the time. They got good coffee and pastry.

The taste of their coffee, especially the iced mocha latte, is almost second to none! Only because Ive been to mom and pop coffee places where they have organic coffee beans and ingredients. Ill always favor that over any other coffee shop.

Drinks are good, prices are about the same as starbucks. One star because the customer service via drive thru was horrible, waited 11 minutes in line once i got to the window i was told they were short staffed and was told to give my info so the manager ( Jonathan) would call me back to receive some sort of coupon....never got that call. First and last time i give them my money.

Drive thru entrance is jacked up but once you get it it’s fine. Best to come in from the McDonald’s side tho. Lately I order the 32 oz ice tea(black or Georgia peach yummy) unsweetened with “Splenda” packets on the side . They don’t even need much sweetener added especially the Georgia green one cuz a little does the trick IMO. Love they have crushed Ice too. If I’m in the mood and have a few lactsids handy,my go to at CB&T is the Carmel ice blended easy whip.

I always used to go here and get the same thing which was a vanilla bean frappe, that was like ice cream but now they just give me coffee with whipped cream on top when I ask for it.

I am a gold card member at Starbucks, but The Coffee Beam serves the best hot chai latte anywhere!

I informed the cashier, this is my 1st time here, didnt know what I was ordering. But, i did have a sip of my daughter in- law drink, it was Great! So. I odered 2 dried ice hazelnut ameticana. She tjen asked me if i wanted it dry?? ( didnt know what was correct. I said make one dry and the other one regular).When we got our drinks, it looked totally different, 1cup had ice filled half full,and coffee at bottom, the other one ice and water/coffee and tjey both tasted nothing like what we tasted before. We hunted for cream and sugar, out of cream, had to ask for cream, the girl came with the cream, asked us how was our drinks, we explained to her what we had, dried ice hazelnut americana,, she said it didnt look like one, it appeared to be missing the hazelnut on both. We look at our receipt. It read Americana, no hazelnut, she said she will make another one for my wife, I threw mine away, cream and sugar couldnt fix it.
