Who doesn’t like a good deal?Aaron picked my car up from my place of work and then delivered car right before my work day ended. Overall, Happy buying experience. We purchased a 2021 Suburban with the Duramax engine option from Nikki Johnson. She was very easy and pleasant to deal with. No high pressure tactics or games!! Would definitely buy from Nikki again!! Scott was more difficult to deal with on our 2013 suburban trade in as he surely knew we were a sure buy for the new Chevy so lowballed us on the trade in price. But, we guess thats just bizness and we didnt want the hassle of selling our old suburban ourselves.Andria did a very efficient job at writing it all up without pressuring us to purchase add on warranties and plans. They have some good options that we purchased as they sell themselves (e.g. extended warranty to 150k miles, tire/wheel protection etc...) without an added push by the staff to buy.The dealer had a small town feel to it without all the hustle & bustle of a big city, high pressure sales lot. Everyone was respectful throughout the whole process.P.S. Our Duramax I6 3.0 diesel gave us 28 MPG on our first 400 mile drive through NDak highways and interstate. The second filling gave us 25 MPG for 400 mile drive on shorter highway trips. The diesel engine is as quiet as our former v8 Chevy and, surprisingly, has more power AND acceleration. It doesnt even sound or feel like a diesel. Now I see why they are experimenting with Hi pressure fuel rail diesel engines on Gran Prix racecars. This new engine ROCKS!! Even better, the new chassis gives a ride as good as a Cadillac suspension...NO exaggeration! We bought it because I have a bad back and hurt when driving NDak rugged highways. NO back pain with this new ride now.THANKS Nikki J.

I noticed some scratches on the vehicle I purchased and contacted them. They said they would take care of them. I also told them that my brakes were squeaky. I emailed the salesperson and told them where the scratches were. Well, guess what the scratches are still there and my brakes still squeak after having my vehicle for two days. I have attempted to text and email the sales person with no response. Needless, to say I am a very unhappy customer. I guess buying local was not a good idea.

2 months ago we bought a 2010 buick enclave that was on sale, thinking it was a awesome deal, everything was wrong with it, thats why the salesman said it was so cheap, n they knew something was wrong cause not only did I have to put in thousands of my own dollars to drive it the engine n power steering both go out, before buying the vehicle I asked to purchase a extended warranty but was told that We cant not cause of the year n mileage on the vehicle...so Im stuck with a blown vehicle just sitting there, making payments....I will never do business with Lake Chevrolet or any affiliate to this dealership....If you want a vehicle go to CARVANA they were straight forward no hidden fees, they give you and extended warranty with the purchase of the vehicle and work to help you get in a vehicle of your choice with very little down...I highly recommend CARVANA to anyone....thanks CARAVANA..

Not impressed only driving 3,000 miles of purchasing my vehicle I had to pay for a rear diff flush already and engine light is on already. I dont even have 38,000 miles on my vehicle.UPDATE!!! Worst customer service I have ever received. Failed to order the correct part for my vehicle 4 times and failed to call me each time the part came in. After 4 months of this I was going to receive a refund and they failed to process that either. Seems as though there intentions are to keep your money and not to provide good service.
