I truly love their customer service! It has improved tremendously and they are always willing to help.

You should advise associates (Cliff) to not be on their phone. I asked Cliff if only one associate was ringing he said I dont know whatever you seen up there. While waiting in line of 5-10 customers I seen 2 different associates come from a little room to the left of the registers but not offer help. After about 10 min in line I seen Cliff again and said can you get Wanda some help he said she has to call I keep telling her to call for help he walks away. I then say to Wanda can you call for help thats when things took a turn and I began receiving the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. She says NO I cant I dont hear anyone complaining but you. Then i say im sure everyone wants to complain she then tells me that i dont have to shop there and would i like her to point me towards the nearest store.As a sales manager myself at Macys I would be devastated if my employee talked to a customer in this manner. Wanda never stoped talking throughout my entire transaction and all the way until i walked out the store.this is not my first bad experience at this store or with Ms. Wanda I once came to purchase a candle at 9:55 only to see the door was locked 5 minutes early and a manager that i later learned was filling in from another store come to the door to say we are closed,that was a year ago i didnt complain really. But the next day I was in the store told Wanda about the situation and she told me basically to get over it and shes sure other stores was still open. I hate to say it that i wont be shopping at Rite Aid anymore.Me or my family my mothers address is 19320 Greenfield which is right next door i would rather go to CVS where they dont sell beer and i dont get any type of Plenti points than give my money to this location. I will even be returning the cough syrup I purchased, I would return the beer but my family need it for their Super Bowl party.The lady who came and rung me up was great. But Wanda shouldnt be teeling me the customer I didnt call for help because I know whats going on in here and you dont Did I mention its about 30 min before Super Bowl 50 kickoff. Only one associate ringing is completely unacceptable period. I understand staffing cut backs trust me but the overall shopping experience at this store was horrible.
